Unit Layout
The villa features a spacious and practical layout with beautiful furnishings across its 8-room, 230 square meter area spread over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living/sleeping room with a sleeping facility, satellite TV, and digital TV, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there are two rooms with two beds (90 cm, 190 cm length) each, one room with a French bed (135 cm), all equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a WC and a separate WC.

The villa offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. These include air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, pet-friendly accommodations (maximum two pets/dogs allowed), satellite TV, heating available, a microwave, and television sets. The property can accommodate up to 13 guests and features six bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The upper floor of the villa comprises one room with two beds (90 cm, 190 cm length), another room with a French bed (135 cm, 190 cm length), both equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The well-appointed kitchen comes with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
