Comfortable stay close to the city centre

Great location of the apartment! Very close to the city centre, quite convenient from the boat station from the airport (San Angello). The host was very nice and always stayed in touch.

Be aware of the stairs if you travel with luggage. It was a bit hard to climb up the stairs but it’s usual for Venice overall.

Exceptional

The apartment is spacious, modern, but with a touch of historical charm! It had all the amenities we needed, including a washer, an ironing board, and a hairdryer. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Shame about the noise.

Great central location. Nice and spacious. Everything you would need. Met by Sophie who was very helpful.

Noise. We were very unlucky to have some loud neighbors who we could hear until the 5am. There was a constant loud banging noise throughout the night coming from outside the rear of the apartment.

The owners need to spend some money and learn not to book and then switch

Handy location . Great view . helpful agent .

We were in Loccapart 3 as the owners advised us they double booked . Poor ! No TV set as in the description . The agent advised Govt . had done something and it wouldnt work then bought us one the size of a PC monitor which did not work . We stayed lots in Italy all with TV ! Shower was hanging off wall with one support broken off . Never got into the bedroom closet . The 48 stairs up begin with 20 most dangerous ones . No mini stereo as advertised . A coffee pod machine needed .

a mid way cozy nest between san marco n rialto.

´we prepared breakfast by ourselves but we found a good mokka n some coffee fm prev guests. markets in the close vicinity made food shopping easy

maybe it is recommended a better check of cabinets in kitchen before handing over the keys. we found toast bread slices expired and full of green dots, muffa(in italian ) n the vacum cap over the gas/stove burners shd be better cleaned, grease n oily traces found stuck to it n a glass of paint shd be invested to refresh the heating plate in the bathroom, as it was losing paint flakes at minimum touch
