I love the sea, to be right on the beach even when working on my laptop with windows open, fabulous

I loved that the appartement was right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, close enough to town. Loved it had a garage where you can park your car.

The collection of keys, confusion of the box where keys are being kept. Would be better if they tell us to collect at the desert...avoiding me to drive twice up and down

Absolutely lovely view of the ocean Clean and fully equipped living area and kitchen

There were no Heaters and enough blankets Location of the place isn't found on Google Maps, location had to be found using the road instructions

Pleasant

The place was comfortable, and kitchen was spacious, beautiful and well equipped with everything one would require in any home kitchen. There were beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided as well as books to read and music to listen to. It was conveniently located and close to all amenities including restaurants and supermarkets.

The customer service was not so good. The place was not cleaned without kicking a fuss and even when cleaned it was still dirty. It seems as if it was done pacify us but with no effort or care put into it. Most areas were skipped, and nothing was ever dusted. First day when we requested cleaning the cleaner burst into the apartment, arms akimbo with an 'what do you want angry face.' When we requested her to clean for us, she started complaining about how busy she was and needing to take care of a lot of apartments. She told me that most guests prefer to clean themselves and prefer not to be disturbed. I had to remind her that we were not them and were also guests who had paid and needed to be assisted as per expectation or just like the ones she was rushing to clean for, but she kept on complaining. After complaining to the manager Zandie and agreeing on a workable time for the next cleaning, we still had to call to get the place cleaned once again. Zandie came with the cleaner the 2nd time and personally apologized for the poor service which was greatly appreciated. She brought us a bottle of wine as an apology but unfortunately, we don’t drink. Besides poor service and lack of care to cleanliness, it is a very nice place.

This is the place for a wonderful family holiday accomodation.

We liked the location of the unit, it is close to many attractions. It is fairly large (accommodated 5 of us) easily. The WiFi and Tv worked well and we had our own garage big enough for our trailer and car.

There was nothing we did not like.

We loved everything, the apartment was cozy, beautiful and clean. One of my highlights was that it was close to the ocean, resturants and its a walking distance to the shops. I give it 10/10.keep it up.

The hot water runs out fast.

Fantastic views, beautiful and comfortable decorated apartment.

We expected a bit more basic facilities. For example; there were candles, but no matches, there were pots and pans, but no cooking oil, a fire place, but no wood. For a place that is quite expensive we would have expected a bit more utilities.

a gem of a place, well designed, and with a sense of the region's history captured through painting

Great location, in front of the ocean, and with all amenities at walking distance. There was a rich library in the apartment, and we spent a good part of the 2 days browsing through the collection, really great decoration and design style of the whole place. The bedrooms were really comfy, well furnished kitchen. The best part was the view, just splendid.

The parking space was not ideal to park my car, but overall not an issue as the area is very safe.

Enjoyed Swakopmund.

Good location. Good quality of appliances and furniture in a well finished apartment.

Their paying system via Buddy Industries seems to be insufficient. I had to spent a lot of time and had to visit Buddy Industries on site to ask them to trace my accommodation deposit payment seeing that the host insisted on proof of payment which was done by credit card 5 weeks earlier. Credit card statement showed the payment and my bank confirmed payment and a trace I.D. of the payment. I am still waiting for Buddy Industries to confirm that the payment was received in their system.

The perfect stay when in swakopmund.

The convenience created by the owner as well as the overall facilities. it literally had everything one would need and more than expected. First time in Namibia and I loved this place.

Very nice view out of the living area window. Very tastefully decorated. What you see on the pic is what you get. Quality finishing, furnishing and linen. Very convenient and comfortable living. Our host Judy was really very helpful and made every effort to make our stay a comfortable one.

Superb

Really well stocked apartment with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and couches, even some games to play and magazines to read. Very well designed to not feel like a sterile holiday place but actually home-y.

There could have been more towels.

Excellent stay in Swakopmund!

The unit has all the emenities and equipment to make your stay a joy. The unlimited WiFi is a great benefit which all travellers expect.

Excellent views of the ocean from the unit. The decor is tastefully done and has a homely feel. Romy, the lady who provided the keys fairly late in the evening was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Incredible stay

What an amazing stay, luxury at its best. Enjoying an Nespresso coffee while admiring the sea view was such a spoil. Perfectly located close to all amenities, you can walk everywhere. Effortless check-in and out. Super clean and beautifully decorated with more than you could ever need. Would recommend this property to anyone
