Prima notte in Namibia

Abbiamo passato qui la prima notte. Camere essenziali. Piscina e due ristoranti presenti nella struttura, entrambe cose positive se si è stanchi dal viaggio e ci si vuole rilassare. A 5 min a piedi c’è un supermercato comodo e sicuro.

Al nostro arrivo non c’era nessuno, abbiamo aspettato quasi un’ora per il check in. Una volta entrati nella camera, ci siamo accorti che non era ancora stata finita (senza federe e con asciugamani sporchi) ma la questione è stata risolta velocemente. Piscine sporche e anche la camera non il top. È un peccato perché la struttura ha molto potenziale.

A alimentação. Sou Angolana e a nossa alimentação é diferente da local.

Great plce to unwind

The location is great ,the staff is amazing Jenny the waitress and the receptionist made my trip to be a lovely experience the place was peaceful

The fact that was on the balcony on a call and the cleaning lady knocked to say I’m making noise I was not even playing music just on a call and few hours later a group of people came in making so much noise till very late they were not stopped that was not cool

Nice stay for one night with large pool.

Big pool, large rooms and nice restaurant nearby. Staff was also very nice and supportive.

The beds were quite hard.

Lovely pool, very nice people and amazing café at the back!

Adorei o vibe bem verde e de reciclagem! Este hotel além da parte da muito bonita e acolhedora ao pé da recepção (frente) tem um paraíso escondido na parte de trás com um restaurante/café com bolos maravilhosos e pratos deliciosos! O recepcionista Melvin é a estrela do hotel ajudando em tudo e sempre que necessário. O pequeno-almoço à beira da piscina foi outra experiência paradisíaca. Não deixem de visitar os coelhinhos e a horta na parte Este da recepção.

O pequeno-almoço é algo confuso. Pode ter-se quanto café se quiser, mas se se quiser mais do que um chá, tem de se pagar à parte. A composição das opções não é só confusa, mas algo mesquinha e decepcionante. Ou se tem full English breakfast ou uma omolete ou musli com yogurte. Este último parece-me ficar muito àquem dos outros, mas duas vezes seguidas de full English, fez-me não querer ver carne para o resto da minha estadia. Preferi a oferta de outros hotéis: buffet e escolha quente (ovos mexidos, cozidos, estrelados, escalfados, omolete, com/sem salsicha, bacon, cogumelhos) com fruta, yogurtes, pão e bebidas ao gosto do cliente. Parece ser caro, mas no final, penso que não faz uma grande diferença e o cliente sai satisfeito por ter servido e comido o que quis. Ficámos um pouco chocados com o número de borboletas mortas à entrada do edifício do nosso quarto, mas este parece um problema de Windhoek. Mesmo assim, poderiam limpá-las antes de receberem hóspedes. Dá um péssimo aspecto. Por favor, invistam em cortinas à prova de sol. Entra muita luz no quarto e para quem não tem "guarda-sol" para os olhos, passa mal!

Our stay was relaxing.

Its an overall beautiful place.

Our room (family room) was dusty,especially the cupboards. And the bathroom had hair in it, with only 1 toilet roll provided.

das Personal macht im Garten um 7:30 schon ordentlich Lärm, also nichts für Langschläfer . Die Hauptstraße sorgt auch für genug Auto/LKW Lärm.

Breakfast, facilities, very comfortable bed.

Very bright light at light outside at night which disturbed sleep a bit.

Superb

Very responsive and very helpful personnel. We enjoyed also the terrace for lunch under the sun of July.

The location is very good, relaxing, not far from city centre and quiet. It was a very good starting and ending point for our trip around Namibia.

Breakfast was included but not coffee, you have to pay for that seperately. Room overlooked staff area and 2 bright lights shine directly into room.

1) The bathtub didn't have soaps and couldn't get them from the shower as they were fixed there. 2) Only 1 bathrobe for 2 people 3) Remote controls to TV and decoder were not working. 4) Had to wait 45 mins for breakfast and was served after 2 other families that had arrived well after us. Was told there was a mix up of orders but had seen a manager talk to the same families and then go to the kitchen when they arrived. He never once came to our table or offered us an apology. I felt very unwelcome. The other staff members were friendly and nice though.

The shower is waisting water. The bedlamps was not connected. No fresh milk in rooms for coffee. Breakfast was not ready at 7:00
