Highly recommended

Welcomed at property by Leon, who was a friendly chap. Shown to room & bathroom - first impressions were very good. In room there was a mini fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery and a table that folded down to save room (it was a single room but with own separate bathroom with a shower). In the fridge was a pint of milk & a bottle of water - never had any of that at previous stays so earned bonus points straightaway. Plus teabags, etc. I was left alone, which I prefer but Leon was around in case needed. Quiet residential area with shops & restaurants in walking distance. Less than a 10 minute stroll from Ickenham tube station. All in all a fabulous stay. Would highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Leon.

オーナーには親切にしていただきました。ロンドン郊外の美しい住宅地です。近所の大きな公園を歩くのが楽しかったです。電子レンジがあり助かりました。

トイレは部屋の外だったのでそれだけです。朝食のシリアルと牛乳はおまけということで。

Home from home.

It was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable and made great use of the space available in the room. The supply of cereals for the morning backed up by milk, a microwave and fridge ,along with the tea and coffee making facilities was ideal. A nice roomy en- suite capped it all off.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Faultless.

Tea-making facilities, TV, fridge and microwave in room. Own separate (and lockable) shower room / WC. Off street parking.

Super host - Leon was very welcoming and helpful.

I didn't go out but apparently loads of diners and bars a quick walk away. Place was spotless - room a little noisy as on the road, nice surprise to get a range of breakfast cereals provided.

Duvet a little thin although it was a balmy evening. I do feel the cold.

Friendly, helpful host. Stayed here after a concert at Wembley

Good location, easy tube access. Nice clean room, with kettle, tea and coffee, bowls and cutlery, small fridge with a couple of bottles of water and a pint of milk. Cereal options on the landing.

Leon was really friendly, helpful, everything else, including parking, made a really enjoyable stay

As I do not eat big breakfasts the cereal, tea and orange juice supplied was ample. The location to where I was meeting friends in Ruislip was perfect

En suite would have been ideal for more privacy, but the bathroom across the landing was immaculate and I soon got used to using it,

Host, Leon was nice fella, chatty , polite and very accommodating. He explained everything in person on arrival. Room was clean, warm and had all drink making facilities and cereals for breakfast.

easy to find. good parking. great room with en-suite. absolutely spotless. really comfy bed. lovely and warm despite Baltic temps outside. decent size tv. great fridge in room with fresh milk for making tea and coffee.

When choosing the B&B I read the reviews that all stated the place was clean which is important to me. It wasn’t just clean but pristine. Couldn’t have asked for better

Our room although had an en-suite it was just the shower, the toilet was opposite the bedroom on the landing . I would have preferred the toilet and shower together in the room and know they do have them so will make sure l ask next time . Not a bad thing but just my preference
