Great apartment with everything you need!

Lovely little apartment with everything you need. The complex has a private beach and two swimming pools for us. You do have to pay a cash deposit but we had no issues getting it back at the end of our stay.

Beschimpfungen,Bedrohungen,Freiheitsberaubung!

Katastrophaler Vermieter, der nach einem Brandschaden einer Gardine 1000$ haben wollte,mich vor meinen kleinen Kindern angeschrien und bedroht hat, um uns zuletzt eine Stunde in der Wohnung einzusperren,bis die Polizei die Wohnung wieder geöffnet hat! Die Polizei bestätigte keine weiteren Schäden und er bekam 100€ für eine dünne Übergardine- auch total überzogen! Empathie Null! Respekt Frauen gegenüber Null! Urlaubsstart ruiniert, verstörte kleine Kinder! Wohnung schick,aber schmutzig. Wer in dieser netten Anlage Urlaub machen möchte, findet auch andere nette Gastgeber mit tollen Wohnungen! Wer Lust auf ein Abenteuer hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben!

Nice flat but not trustable due the extra hiden charges

this accommodation is it very nice and clean inside. and the beach is it ok

in the advertisement they ask for 16 US Dollars but in the end they charge me 53.40 dollars. in the accommodation they told me that this issue should be solve with booking.com but after call the booking.com they told me that the accommodation charged extra fee for tax, service and cleaning. do not make any sense, I left the flat clean as I found it I do not used any kind of services and in the advertisement said that tax was already included, so I do not understand why they charged me 3 times the value of the advertisement. this is it a very frustrating situation, the administration of the resort cheating on us charging and hiding services form the advertisement that I do not used.

My favorite place to stay in Hurghada

My second stay at Turtles but a different apartment and I can confirm that once again my stay was pure perfection. They have high standards when it comes to the appliances in all the apartments they manage. Hygiene is also a high priority here and for that reason I will return again.

A perfect 10 ! Modern, clean & comfortable

What a wonderful weekend. A big thank you goes to the apartment manager Engy who is a star! An absolute pleasure to meet and deal with from the very first meeting at check-in. She is a true professional and was also very helpful throughout my stay over the Christmas break which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was very comfortable and it has all of the essential appliances required even for a long-term stay which is truly a rare find in Egypt especially Hurghada. The apartment decor was both tasteful and modern. The entire apartment was impeccably clean and not a horror show like some other places I been to here in Hurghada :-)) Truly impressive and I can confirm the high rating here is very much well deserved! I too have no hesitation in giving this place a full 10.

Superb

The Staff are very helpful and hospitable . Bishoy, khaled at the pool bar and Engy are all great. The studio was very clean and all facilities available. The beach was great too. Everything was great.

Many restaurants like mcdonald’s or pizza hut are out of delivery range. They need a bigger onsite restaurant ( which I heard is under construction). Otherwise everything else is great. Really good value for money.

Superb

The property is beachfront and is very near to all kind of shops.

The room was with back view and had two twin beds.

Pleasant stay on private beach

Location is good with many shops and restaurants nearby. There is a small cafe on the beach with reasonable prices form breakfast till dinner. We got an upgrade, i. e. a bigger apartment, on arrival. :-) All personnel was really helpful and always available.

Leaving the deposit in cash is unneccessarily complicated in some cases, especially our case. Please consider blocking the amount on the credit card in the future. Therefore the bad rating for the handover of the key. Dishes were not clean and the floor was obviously not cleaned thouroughly prior to our arrival. The beach could use more small-grained sand and less gravel. Charging 1,50 US$ per day for WiFi seems greedy.

It was a pleasure.

Mrs. Engy called once reservation was confirmed. She gave me all informaton needed and remineded me to bring my sea shoes ☺. Mr. Johnn took care of checking in and offered me an upgrade for a good rate. The appartment was spacious and fully equipped. It was very clean. Furniture and interior design were great and delightful. I can say that this place is very good for families. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

The sea is not deep but OK for swimming but not for snorkelling.

A nice vacation

The staff members are very friendly and cooperative, the scenery was excellent and being close to the city.

I wished if there were more water games at the pool area and at the beach.

Exceptional

Clean place, exactly like the photos! excellent hosts and a very friendly and cozy stay. The beach is great, cafe staff are very helpful. There are a couple of supermarkets a few minutes away and couple of pharmacies as well. I loved it and I'd visit again any chance I get!

Best place to go to

Definitely everything exceeded our expectations, the place is amazingly beautiful, clean, equipped with everything we needed and some more, I would highly recommend it. It's my go to place every time I would want to go Hurghada again!!!
