I liked the beds and shower, amazing comfort, and great water pressure. staff was friendly too. Area was close to everything.
I didnt like the rooms, there was no windows, so the rooms were stuffy all day. Also, the breakfast was not good. Also, very little English spoken by the staff.

Pusryčiai paprasti, tačiau maistas skanus, nesikartoja. Galėtų būti daugiau vaisių. Vieta netoli centro, puikiai pasiekiama pėstute. Netoli yra metro sustojimas. Nuostabus, nuoširdus, visada padedantis viešbučio personalas. Ypatingai miela ir šilta administratorė Elen. Viešbutis labai švarus, kambarys valomas kiekvieną dieną.
Užsakinėdama viešbučio kambarį nežinojau, kad jame nėra lango.

Very good breakfast, amazing location and comfortable room. The receptionists are extremely nice - she printed our boarding pass and allowed us to charge headphones with her charger since we forgot ours at home. If I would come to Yerevan again I would stay here again. Room service is every day, you receive a bottle of water, tea and coffee.
The room is indeed small and has a very low roof, however it didn't bother us much. I'm 177 cm and could hit the roof if standing on my fingers, so I guess for taller people could be a problem. The room also has no window to outside (there is a window to the hotel lobby), so there's not much fresh air, but it didn't bother us much, since you don't really stay the whole day in the room.

The hotel was really good
Transfer from airport was a very old car with an extremely dirty interior and without safety belts on the second row for passengers. I was worried about my kids who were sitting there. I was shocked with this kind of service.

They have daily cleaning and the staff are really friendly and professional they will help you in the things you need while your staying with them location is near the republic square and it’s very accessible would like to commend the staff especially araksha and the other lady in the reception which we forgot to ask the name. It made our stay in yerevan very easy and would recommend it to everyone. They also serve breakfast. Rooms that they offered is the same as what they describe here in booking.com

Location wise
The room that we stayed was not the room that was booked for us which was 2 twin beds but we got 3 single bed and the other one is an improvised sofa bed. The room was too small for the 3 of us because it's a twin room only not triple room. The toilet was a mess because it's leaking all over the floor from the shower.. We requested for 3 bath towels and they gave us hand towels only.

I loved that the place is centrally located close to several landmarks and especially I liked the helpful staff. Special thanks to the wonderful lady, who helped me with a taxi on my check out day.

Расположение отличное. Нестандартное планировочное решеное внутри: как бы лестница и балкон, на котором расположены двери в номера. В номере холодильник, сейф, чайник и чайный/кофейный набор, 2 бутылки минеральной воды. Вполне удобный туалет и душевая.
Номера без окон, очень маленькие, низкие потолки, справа над кроватью боковая балка-мы с мужем раза по два ударились головой, если ночью в темноте резко встать, забывшись, то можно серьезно травмироваться, следует или передвинуть кровать чуть в сторону, или пометить балку яркой лентой. Завтрак заявлен с 8 утра, по факту накрыли примерно в 08:30, нам пришлось позавтракать тем, что нашли-хлеб и нарезка, их поставили еще с вечера, видимо, а когда уже уходили из отеля, увидели, что несут мармит с чем-то горячим…так что, возможно, завтрак и нормальный был .

Постель чистая, персонал вежливый, также помогли распечатать посадочный талон. К сожалению завтрак был пропущен так что ничего не скажу. Район хороший, недалеко есть круглосуточные аптека и магазин, плюс можно заказать доставку еды через яндекс или глово

Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный, всегда были готовы помочь. Сам отель расположен в центре города, в пешей доступности от множества ресторанов и интересных мест. И даже с учётом некоторых минусов я с радостью ещё раз приеду в этот отель и буду его рекомендовать
Также в цену входит завтрак, но он очень простой, хотя для детей утром и этого достаточно.
К сожалению, в комнатах душновато, если не включать кондиционер. А вот кондицинионеры (как минимум в трёх комнатах) периодически начинали очень громко стучать, словно внутри них ломается какая-то пластмассовая деталь, от этого даже просыпаешься ночью. Также в моей комнате не работал сейф, а холодильник словно работал не в полную мощность, из-за чего даже подтекал порой внутри.
Отель предоставляет бесплатный завтрак, но выбор очень простой, а напитки порой казались по вкусу просто разведенными типа юпи из 90-х. Ребёнку хватает хлопьев и огурчиков, но взрослому на завтрак хочется чуть больше.

The location of the hotel was central - easy to walk to the city centre. The staff were helpful, especially when it came to ordering taxis. The breakfast was reasonable.
There were no windows you could open and the ceiling was low in the room and stairs (I'm not that tall, but I still couldn't stand upright). I would recommend the hotel for a couple of nights but not longer.

The location is excellent, the room was clean, has all the facilities, the staff friendly, the breakfast good.
The toilet was outside the room which was quite annoying cause I had to lock/unlock the room and the toilet everytime I went to the toilet. However, I was notified before about this. Also, it is quite pricey for what a city like Yerevan has to offer.

- все номера без окон !
- номера разные. Фото на букинге самого лучшего номера , который один . Остальные все меньше, с низким потолком и старой ванной . Какой попадётся вам вы узнаете только при Заселение. Имеет смысл рисковать ?
- завтрак вроде неплохой, но его мало и категорически не хватает на всех жильцов. Уже к середине завтрака все пустое и персонал не докладывает еду.

The room had a useless window (it was covered with bricks). The reception was most of the time without any person attending it (at least the times I went there). There was no restroom in the lobby.

I stayed in the single budget room. It’s clean & the separate bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good. The location is close enough to walk to major city centre spots but quiet enough for a good night sleep. If you want to save money for taxi from airport, the airport bus which costs less than a USD dropped me off near the opera theatre & it was about 15 mins walk. The staff were friendly. There were plenty of supermarket & fruit shops near the hotel.
The budget room is tiny & wont fit in much luggage. There are steps to the separate bathroom so not suitable for older people & only one power socket in the room. But you get what you paid for & it’s ok for one night sleep.

Breakfast buffet wasn't great in my opinion. I went elsewhere.
The first room - was super small, like in a ferry. I could barely fit my luggage in. The second room was a bit bigger, still very low ceilings. Both rooms had a window to the corridor which you could not cover - at night the room was fairly bright.

The staff was really helpful and positive.
In front of the hotel there is a kind park or ruin of pool kind of something. That area could be fixed. But other things were nice. This is only suggeson its not about my stay.
