This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Located near downtown Helen with 2 decks overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

Loved the location - Right on the river but JUUUUST past where all the tubers get out - So it is quiet and Enjoyable. Very Clean and all was very enjoyable!

Condo was perfect. Very nice and super comfortable. Loved the two furnished balconies. Saw my first wild black bear right off the balcony. Really like the location because it is at the end of the tubbing route and you have the river to yourself. Thank you so much for such a nice place. Will definitely recommend and would like to return myself one day.

Property was great with location and access to the river in the back. The only part that could have been better was customer service as I was told 4pm check in to allow cleaners to clean and even it came to check in I tried to check in early but had to pay $25 an hour for anything early. If the place is ready to check in early you works think that you could allow early check in and not charge anything and just let the customer know that it’s ready when they are. Great place but lacking customer service.

My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and clean. The view of the river was very beautiful and relaxing. If i were to give the property 1 negative, it would be the coffee maker. There was 3 coffee makers on the property and none of them aloud for ground coffee. Not having coffee as a convenience, was a tad disappointing. We had to run out and grab coffee pods. That would be the main downside.

The property has all the convenience of being at home while still feeling like you are on vacation. It was a short, safe walk to the downtown area. Plenty of restaurants close by. We are a family of 4. We have a 9 year old and a 13 year old. We were able to go tubing, mini golf, gem mining and to the waterpark without having to get in our vehicle. Anna Ruby falls is just a short drive away. The checkin and checkout were both really easy. I would definitely recommend this property.

The rental had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The proximity to the river could not be beat. Me and my children walked everywhere we went so my car didn’t move the whole weekend- tubing is just a short walk away. Everything was clean and as pictured in the listing. Staff was friendly.

Excellent, clean condo. Our favorite location we’ve stayed so far in Helen. Being right next to tubing yet being at the river where tubers are not was the best of both worlds. The kids really enjoyed the River each morning and at sunset playing in the rocks. With a crawling baby the cleanliness made our stay perfect! The porches were lovely. We will be back.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable home. Had all the necessities covered. Good location, close to downtown Helen, however we chose to drive and pay to park, as it was just a little to far for us to walk. Great view of the river from the two decks and was Very relaxing! Would definately go back on next trip to Helen.

This condo was a riverside dream. We spent many hours sitting on one of two balconies just enjoying the sound of the river flowing by. On several occasions, a flock of geese would come in for a water landing giving us hours of entertainment. The walk to downtown is quite easy and there is a lot to see along the way. The best feature of the location is that you have a quiet retreat from the downtown traffic and crowds. If I make a return trip to Helen, this will be the property I return to.

Perfect location in Helen. Can walk to all restaurants and attractions. River is in the backyard, Nice for picnic and kids to play in the water. Just off the main strip so it is quite and away from the weekend crowds. Will stay again.

This condo was clean, cozy, had a great view, was within walking distance of downtown Helen, and very affordable for us as college students. The staff was very helpful. We will Definitely be coming back!
