Vista Cay will entice you with its Tuscan-themed condominiums and beautiful grounds conveniently located less than a mile from International Drive and the Orlando Convention Center and just 12 minutes to the edge of Disney. Universal Studios is just 4.7 miles away and the new Universal Park under construction is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is 2 miles, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the large Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Built in 2008 this unit has 1447 square feet under air. Free resort amenities with free parking.

We love staying in Vista Cay due to its proximity to the Convention Center., Publix and great restaurants. Specific to this property - we loved the more open lay out, extra pillows and blankets. Gary was fantastic communicating all the details AND following up to ensure our check in process went smoothly and we had everything we needed. We hope to stay at the same location next Nationals!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo was a great size, fully stocked and very comfortable. Both pools were excellent and the location was perfect. We were so thankful we found it and would definitely stay there again.

The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Loved having Publix, coffee and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. We worked remotely some days and the Wi-Fi accommodated our needs. We also went to all Disney parks and Universal with ease from this location. Host(s) were very nice and easy to communicate with.

This property was a great pick for our family. Here are a few reasons why:
*Owner was thoughtful about details of location and entry to the property. They sent a message with important elements to note well in advance of our stay to ensure we would be successful at finding the property and offering time for us to ask questions if we should have them.
*The property was clean!! My family is fairly tidy and we were all happy with the accommodations. I think they did a good job of managing some specifics that help guests to forget they are not the only ones who have stayed at a property. The property was also well maintained and tastefully decorated which helped with the overall aesthetics.
*The property is in a great location to get to and from the airport with amazing ease! It was only 16-30 min from the Disney parks, depending on traffic.
*I felt the check out process was reasonable and straightforward. I have stayed and many properties and some have extravagant lists of chores to complete the day you depart. This is a nuisance for an already, usually hectic day. However, this property had only a few, very reasonable requests for departure which made our check out a breeze.
A couple other things to note:
*I did contact the owner while on the property and he was quick with a reply.
*I received an email in advance stating how much toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, trash bags, would/would not be at the property. I am not sure if it is a standard email that is sent out to all guests at this community and each individual condo is managed by separate owners, but this property did supply several additional items compared to what was in the email. I am not sure if this is common, but thought worth mentioning.
Definitely would stay again.

Such a cute property! The layout was perfect and the bathrooms are huge! Easy access to everything Orlando. Super safe environment! Loved the community and the pool was awesome even in February!!! Thank you so much, we highly recommend this property!

This was the ideal property for the family to stay, I had access to the conference center for a meeting and the family had access to everything else Orlando. The pool on property was clean and heated. Great response from property manager all along the way!

The unit was as advertised. It was clean and in good shape. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The pool was just a short walk and was never busy. Driving to the Disney parks was simple and was usually about 20 minutes. We did not have any issues with the unit. Gary would e-mail to check in with us to make sure everything was good. It was a great place to stay.

Overall the location was great, close enough to parks, grocery store and all that was needed. The complex was quiet and safe with plenty of parking. Communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions before and after the stay were answered immediately. Gary checked in with us during the stay and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Orlando.

As a family we really liked the house. Spacious rooms, kitchen and living we really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was really new, well equipped and furnished with even access to a pool, which we unfortunately didn't use very often as we didn't stay long enough at this place. I can highly recommend this place for families who want to stay in a quiet neighborhood while being very close to the different theme parcs located in Orlando.

Nice condo with great amenities close to everything!
We had a great time at Vista Cay. We needed a home base for a tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. Located within a quick Uber ride to the center, and we’ll appointed for preparing meal, with plenty of good dining options nearby. The property amenities are great and our teens had fun when we had some down time. Also not far from Disney/Universal. They’ve done a nice job updating this unit and management was quick and courteous with responses to questions and requests. I would definitely recommend.

Disney Trip
A lot of things made this VRBO an excellent selection such as Gary the property manager who set up an easy check in process, was quick to check on us once we arrived, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location to Disney was perfect for my wife and I, close enough to the parks to allow easy entry and exit, but far enough away to allow space from the crowds. Besides being close to Disney, pretty much anything you could need is right in the area. This specific unit is well taken care of and in a great location on the property. The smaller (less crowded) pool in this portion of Vista Cay was just right for relaxing after a day at the parks or shopping and eating at Disney Springs. We picked this VRBO not knowing anything about the area and it worked out perfectly for us. We definitely plan to return.

This trip was to make up for a missed Sweet 16 due to Covid. My daughter wanted to go to Horror Nights at Universal and a couple Disney parks. I wanted to stay at one of the park properties for the amenities but logistically it didn’t make sense. I wanted this trip to be perfect for my daughter, so picking a place out of the 1000s available was really stressful! I was stressed about the area, too many “tourists”, traffic, quality of the unit compared to the photos, distance etc etc. When we finally arrived my family and I could not have been happier! 3 teenage girls were immediately impressed as were myself and my husband! Check in was simply a code provided via email and a welcome note and chocolates were waiting inside :) Contact was via text and they checked in with us to make sure all was well. Parking was uncomplicated, no passes needed or limits on spaces and we never had a parking issue. The unit was exactly as portrayed. it was immaculate. The kitchen was updated and really clean. Any plate, pot, pan and utensil you could have wished for was there. The beds were upscale hotel quality and the bedding seemed new. The bathrooms were large, and very clean. Washer and dryer worked well. We had no issue with noise or other renters, it was a quiet and friendly complex. Garbage pick up was daily and all you needed to do was place it outside the door into a clean bin, that looked like a deck box. The location was EXCELLENT. There was a small shopping center immediately outside the complex that could be walked to. A Publix ( grocery store), Dunkin, breakfast/lunch “diner”, a great burger place and arcade made for unexpected convenience and fun! Driving to Universal was simple and quick. Disney was a little further, but not by much. We went to a few local places as International Dr is not far as well as Disney Springs for shopping. An outlet mall was within minutes too. While there, I used Instacart to find Halloween stockings for 2 teenagers at Spirit Halloween. Within 60 minutes we had what we needed! I honestly cannot say enough great things about our stay here!! The only thing I would suggest change is to explain that the pool and “resort” area for Vista Kay in the photos needs to be driven to. It is in a completely different area of the property. There is a smaller pool within a 30 second walk from this unit, so clarification is all that’s needed with that. It in no way affected how we felt about staying here, it was absolutely perfect!!!!!!

The place was very clean and exactly what was described online. Gary the manager was excellent in communication the whole time. He even gave us restraunt recommendations which was super helpful. So close to Disney it was a breeze to get to while still enough away from the crowds. Would 100% recommend
