This wonderful, carriage house is ideally located in the heart of Colorado Springs. Just outside downtown, and only minutes from Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Memorial Park and much more. Whether you're looking for a short getaway or a longer stay, this carriage house would love to be called your home away from home!

The central location of this unit means that you have quick and easy access to anything you might need during your stay. We're just less than 1 mile from central downtown and only 4 blocks from Memorial Hospital, making it ideal for traveling nurses and interns*. Also, just across the street is a wonderful local Coffee House.
*Additional discounts for nurses and other medical first responders.
The carriage house is bright, clean, modern and very comfortable - right down to the big fuzzy rug. It's quiet, private and comes equipped with everything we could think of that you would need for the perfect stay, whether working from home or on vacation.
Located above a separate garage with an Alley Entrance and its own Private Parking (Next to Unit).

If you are interested in exploring central Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, & Manitou Springs this is the perfect location. The Carriage House also has easy accessibility to I25. You can explore and/or cocoon in an incredibly clean & relaxing environment. Awesome environment to rejuvenate in.

Let me save you the rabbit hole of reviews: you should book this property! Convent location to everything. ✅ Clean and very comfortably appointed. ✅ Perfect space for 2-4 people, king bed and pull out couch. ✅ All necessities are provided; shampoo and conditioner; staples, spices, coffee, and every pot/pan/utensil you could need in the kitchen; games and puzzles in the living room. ✅ The world is a big place, so why visit somewhere more than once? Because Jodi & Roger provide an exceptional home base to explore the area. Two of our bucket list items were unavailable this trip: we couldn’t summit Pile’s Peak because of snow, and the Air Force Academy’s Cadet Chapel is under construction. We’ll be back in 2027, and I will contact Jodi first for our accommodations.

I was a little suspicious of a property with near perfect 5-star reviews, but after staying here I see why. It's very nice and thoughtfully put together. Everything a person could need (including snacks) was provided. Jodi and Roger couldn't be nicer people. I'll absolutely stay here again when I can.

It was such a great apartment. It was super clean and had everything I needed for my stay. When the fire alarm lost its battery during my stay the response time was within 10 minutes. Jodi was so nice. I this this is the perfect place to stay, especially if you are coming for an externship/internship.

This carriage house is above the garage but you'd never know it by the high ceilings and spacious feel. It was spotlessly clean and ready for our arrival right on time. All the amenities you could hope for were included. Kitchen and bath have everything, and bedroom included extra pillows and blankets. We especially enjoyed the wide selection of Keurig coffee pod flavors provided. Jodi lives in the house in front and she made an effort to meet us, which we appreciated. She didn't push for the meeting, but we appreciated getting to do that. She's lovely. We were invited multiple times to let her know if there was anything we needed. This is one of the best VRBOs we've ever visited due to the high quality features and cleanliness.

A true “gem” near downtown Colorado Springs. Cute, clean, comfortable & has all the amenities. Checks all the boxes! Especially washer/dryer, stove, refrigerator, etc. Stayed at other places, but this had it all. Jody & Roger were exceptional and accommodating. Definitely would stay again without hesitation. I spent about a month here while visiting Colorado and working remotely. The apartment was beautiful and had everything I could have possibly needed to live and work during that time. The location was quiet while being close to downtown and convenient to get on/off the highway to venture to other parts of Colorado (and the coffee shop across the street was a nice bonus!). Jodi and Roger were terrific hosts - kind, friendly, and communicative!

This is a wonderful apartment in a cute neighborhood. For anyone who is interested in working from the carriage house - there is a folded desk & chair you can use and the wifi works great. Jodi is so nice and left us welcome/goodbye notes and treats!

It was a great location. Centrally located and easy to find. The cottage was adequately stocked and very clean and welcoming. Excellent hosts, very friendly and easy to talk to when we enjoyed the outdoor space numerous times. Great outdoor patio area- we loved the outdoor space most of all. We absolutely loved staying at the Carriage House! My husband and I stayed for the long weekend for my brother-in-law's wedding. The location is amazing in being close to downtown, Garden of the Gods, the coffee shop across the street, and so many other adventures. The Carriage House had all up to date appliances, beautiful flooring, granite in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable, it was very clean. Yes - the fridge has an ice maker and filter, which is something we always hope for! We were greeted with so many snacks and treats, and the electrolytes were helpful as we are at sea level and were still adjusting to the altitude (thank you!). We had to slightly adjust our days when we arrived due to flights and Jodi was super kind and understanding. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay. If my family has future events in CO Springs we will be sure to book again :)
