Second stay and can't wait to visit again

This was my second stay, and I had another great experience. The rooms are great, the pool is great, the restaurant has good food, and the coffee shop is also...great. I recommend this place if you are in Tampa for business (I stay here even though its not close to my work engagements) or if you are in Tampa for vacation.

Any issues that I had were resolved. I had another great stay at Hotel Haya and hope to have future work in Tampa so I can enjoy the food and pool.

It was ok, definitely not worth the money.

Location

Room needed to be updated. Shower and toilet dripped all night and there was no view.

Au milieu d’un lieu urbain historique.

L’ambiance au rez-de-chaussée avec les bars et restaurants, la cour avec piscine , les chambres très bien agencées et la situation dans un quartier avec beaucoup de mixité et de restaurants / bars autour.

all in all, I like the hotel just didn’t feel too comfortable sleeping with the dirty sheets

A wonderful stay in a Ybor district.

There were six USB ports in the room and a wireless charging pad. The room is spacious and comfortable with pleasing decor.

Schöner Aufenthalt vor einer Kreuzfahrt in Tanpa

Sehr gut gelegen in Ybor City, alles fußläufig erreichbar, Haltestelle Steetcar gleich um die Ecke.

Frühstück wird leider keines angeboten, obwohl lt. booking.com für 15 Dollar je Person vor Ort zubuchbar angepriesen wurde.

I'll go again !

Le design intérieur de l'hôtel est original et très agréable. Cela change des chaînes d'hôtels traditionnelles. L'équipe est très sympathique et serviable. Il y a un très beau bar qui sert toutes les boissons qu'on souhaite, ainsi que des snacks.

Ventilation in the bathroom isn't great and it's not possible to open the windows. As a result, there's a lot of humidity in the room.

Very pleasant

Nice area, lots of restaurants and convenient on the tram to downtown

No breakfast restaurant and none in the area. Would suggest they use the restaurant in the hotel to serve breakfast rather than dinner

Wouldn't recommend, I didn't get my money' worth

I didn't like that my room was small (King balcony) for the money I paid, the balcony view was an abandoned building across from it. The bathroom door frame is very rusty and the lighting is horrible. The night before we asked about leaving an hour later, we were told no by one person and another one said call in the morning. Well some of our party were told yes, and some was told no...so disappointed.

Glamorous modern hotel in Cuban factory district, close to lots of activities - great pool!

Had a fabulous time staying at the hotel for a friend's 50th. Fantastic amenities - I had breakfast at the in-hotel coffee shop every day! Great pool which was not busy for swimming but lively with a DJ on Sat Location was amazing - took a short cab / walked to all of our activities. Uber's came almost too fast! The staff were also laid back but very helpful, great combo.

one day someone had left some dirty glasses by the pool and I had to ask someone to clear them up - that's literally the only thing though

Top Hotel in Party und Barviertel von Tampa

Eigenes Cafe, Interior, Pool Area …alles top.

- Zimmer-Interior (im Vergleich zum Rest des Hotels eher unstylish) - Wir waren 3 Tage da, kein Zimmer-Cleaning-Service wurde (auch wegen Covid) angeboten. Neue Handtücher hätte man sich holen können. Das der Service reduziert wird, verstehen wir - aber bei dem Preis wäre ein mal Reinigung schon besser gewesen

great hotel, very poor value

clean, well appointed and very friendly staff

valet charge is a huge rip off and especially parking 2 cars there overnight. Other hotels in the area comparable to yours are half the price and with $35 per car it increases the room rate by 43%. not a good value

Very clean. Very friendly staff a little expensive but I'd rather pay up and stay in a clean room then be uncomfortable for a cheap room. So it was worth it.

Amazing

Your hotel is beautiful! The rooms were clean and although we arrived over an hour early, there was no problem getting us checked in. Our stay was exceptional and your staff is really excellent, I was thoroughly impressed!

I only wanted to mention one thing with respect to accessibility. I am in a wheelchair and booked your handicap room. Everything was great except for the height of the bed. For someone with little to no leg strength, the lower than normal beds make transferring from the bed back to the wheelchair almost impossible.

Location was key. Close to the main strip of downtown Ybor with restaurants, bars, clubs and Comedy club. Close to the free trolly was a plus too.

Great place to stay.

The location is great. The staff is wonderful. The bed is comfortable.

The room is too dark. The lighting in the bathroom and the entryway needs to be bright and white. The bed is very comfortable. Please provide more towels so we can get through a couple of showers. The bar closes too early.

Exceptional

The location was exceptional for exploring Historic Ybor. I would definitely stay there again. The coffee shop in the building served beautiful croissants and great coffee plus more savoury items, served by a very friendly staff. Overall, this is a great place to stay for a visit or when connecting to a cruise.

my first and only stay

I like that it was not far from Busch gardens and there were some good restaurants close to the hotel

the only option for parking is valet and it’s 35 dollars per night. the restaurant there flor fina, was not worth the wait of nearly 2 hours and checking in was pretty stressful. I won’t be coming back

Staff, style, location. Balconies were really cool.

The public facilities were great, but the room was not very functional.

The coffee was good.

The room is very awkwardly set up, the fridge is very small, there was no microwave, no bedside table, not enough electrical outlets.

New Favourite Place to stay in Tampa

I travel often and prefer high end experiences, Hotel Haya checks all the boxes. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, the rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows, the Lobby bar and cafe make incredible food and drinks, the location is walking distance to a great nightlife scene. Felt like I was at an exotic resort, think White Lotus.

It was not an issue for myself or the people I was with but Ybor can get loud at night on weekends and you can hear it from the room. I was there to go out, so this was not an issue.

Authentically local, unique 1st class oasis in historic building of its namesake, walk to bars and restaurants, close to the trolley stop, attentive and friendly staff, outstanding cocktails, cigar shop and I can go on. Simply outstanding experience and stay.

Pleasant hotel on good location in Ybor city

Convenient location in Ybor city and close to restaurants. Public car park opposite Pleasant new hotel with courtyard and spacious rooms. Quiet location

The only facilities for breakfast was a cafe that just sold breakfast pastries and sandwiches. No gluten free items at all
