Location and price

The pool wasn’t open and breakfast on Sunday morning wasn’t very good. They ran out of butter, no butter for the waffles, the toast, the everything bagel I wanted !

Wouldn't return to this property. Horrible breakfast disqualifies it in my mind.

The staff are impeccable. Beds were nice, pillows were subpar. Bathroom was nice, above average, and very clean. Ample towels, decent bath products... Parking was great, easily accessible, and plentiful. Location was perfect for a conference in Ybor City (3 minute drive).

Pillows were subpar, basically as thick/firm as a bath towel. Facilities were well maintained, didn't really use the pool or fitness room. Breakfast was not good at all. Eggs were powdered, and tasteless. There was something resembling a sausage patty, but it was grey and horrible quality. Selection was subpar, so I had a bagel and yogurt every day after the first. Coffee was great ! Ybor city is run down and approaching third world status. Lots of bars and tattoo parlors, a sign of decline.

The key card access to the door on 7th avenue was not working and we had to take the entrance to the garage to get to the hotel.

It’s what I needed.

The location is good for my needs and the rooms are clean and well appointed.

I remember it being less expensive but I think the cruise ships have inflated the prices locally.

The hotel and rooms were nice but parking was disorganized and they should not sell more parking passes than spaces they

We had payed for parking at the hotel and left for a concert when we returned they informed us that they were full with parking. After that we went to the room to shower and the shower was completely out of conditioner so I had to stop mid shower go downstairs and get conditioner.

Great stay in Ybor city would definitely recommend.

Everything was great, staff was awesome. Location was great, and the trolley was free and was right next to the hotel.

The beds were a little hard is my only complaint

Wasn’t nothing to write home about. Pretty standard

As much money as I paid I shouldn’t see rust marks in the shower. I’ve had nicer for alot cheaper.

Love Hampton Inn and great location!

The property is in a prime location for exploring historic Ybor City on foot and is less than 2 miles from Port Tampa. The breakfast was great, the bed comfortable, and the showers extraordinary.

While this is a great security measure and helped us feel safe, it was a hassle to use the key card to activate the elevator each time and we never found the stairs.

parking costs $ 25, on the day of booking they called from and said that the reservation did not go through and they canceled the reservation, tied another card, saw confirmation on the site, but upon check-in they said that the reservation was canceled, but since there are free rooms, we were settled. It's a strange situation because the cancellation of the reservation did not come to me.

As much as I like the location, I will never stay at the location again.

1). The breakfast was terrible. The only two items that did not taste old were the banana and the oatmeal. 2). If customers place the do not disturb sign on the door, they do not want to be asked if they would like their rooms cleaned. Housekeepers should refrain from knocking on the door. Housekeepers may be paid according to the number of rooms they tend. I don't know, but housekeepers should follow instructions. 3). You had some guy attempting to sell hotel stays during breakfast. After I passed on the awful food, he approached me and asked about my stay After I explained the food conditions, he attempted to sell hotel stays to me—absolutely not the right time.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Historic center is just several steps. There's historic tram stop near, and you can go to Downtown with it for free.

Breakfast was a little bit poor. There was only apples and oranges as a fruits. No cheese or some ham. Carpet in the room was a little bit dirty and needs cleaning or replacement.
