Vi var glade for opholdet og blev kompenseret for de “elektriske” problemer.

Vi boede ti personer. Perfekt med fem adskilte værelser med eget bad og toilet. Dejligt med tæt på strand, indkøb og stor terrasse.

Problemer med A/C blev ikke løst under vores seksdages ophold. Derudover virker ovn ikke og lys blinker uden varsel forskellige steder i lejligheden. Der bør blive foretaget en elektrisk gennemgang af lejligheden.

L’appartamento è grande e luminoso dotato di tutti i comfort. È posizionato esattamente davanti al mare come da copertina, tuttavia il punto di ritiro chiavi è parecchio distante dall’appartamento. Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole ma siamo rimasti molto delusi dal servizio dei proprietari. Al termine del nostro soggiorno dovevamo avere indietro la caparra di 700€ e solo dopo aver intimato i proprietari a ridarci i soldi riferendo che eravamo intenzionati a rivolgerci alle autorità hanno proceduto con la restituzione. Una vera delusione sotto questo punto di vista che delinea la loro scarsa professionalità e puntualità nel servizio. Molto deludente. Non ci tornerei.

Apartment was excellent and exceeded our expectations

we collected the keys from the letting agent's office, assistants there were very friendly, spoke fluent English which was a big help to us as we had zero Spanish and very informative re places to visit and where to eat.

The apartment was superb -only challenge was the lighting system - there were multiple switches across various rooms and it really was a puzzle trying to get the right light on in the right place!

If we return to Malaga this will be the first place I look to book.

Our group have been travelling together for over 15 years. Every person in our group shared the same opinion, this was excellent in every category. Cannot recommend more. Outstanding design, impeccably clean with modern appliances and just about everything you could want in an apartment. A special mention to the care given to assist the check-in procedure and make the process as simple as possible, a big thank you to our hosts.

It's a 10/10. Nothing fell short of the highest standards.

Disappointing! Neighbours are a pain and the outside terrace is forbidden after 10pm.

The apartment was very clean

Collecting keys was a faff for 8 people with luggage....easier if someone had met us at the apartment. Lukewarm shower water. A bathroom sink which did not drain properly. Problems with neighbours.........we were 8 adults in their 50's returning back to the apartment at night after eating, and would sit and chat (no TV or music playing) inside because the outside terrace was not allowed after 10pm and neighbours constantly complaining of noise of which there was none. We complained to Caleta and were told 'not to worry'. We would not rent this apartment again.

Luxury Apartment with a view and lot of space

The apartment is exceptionally well designed, with plenty of space, a shower in every room, and a video room with a bar upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped for a rental apartment, and they even got a cheese scraper and a wine bottle opener. The view is simply superb!

Nice place, just the set up of beds was a bit annoying. The showers in the bed rooms are a bit wierd

The main issue we had was that the beds were all configured as doubles and there were only enough sleeping spaces for 8 people despite being a booking of 9. There also weren't enough towels for all. When we sent a message asking for more the response was that there were enough towels for 11 left. This was not true

We liked the apartment and the beautiful view. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you needed. Very clean and comfortable.

The road is noisy and the building is residential so for large groups of people you cannot sit out on the balcony after 10 pm and must be quiet between 2 pm and 4 pm. There was confusing information about this with information in the apartment contradicting Booking.com. There were no instructions about the appliances especially the air conditioning and so many light switches that turning out all of the lights took a day to discover. There were no recommendations for restaurants or shop's etc or transport link's into town which would have been helpful and we only discovered the day before that key collection was some way away from the apartment. However the office were helpful with arranging transfers etc.

Nice location, BEAUTIFUL views

Beautiful house with ALOT of storage, comfortable beds and right next to the beach. Staff communication was easy. Parking was alright. Super markets close by. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Everything you may need. There were even grocery bags and garbage bags available.

Building itself is not pretty, I received way too many email notifications, online checkin before the arrival was annoying. We had to pay for one extra towel gone missing, while I am sure we did not "steal" a towel.
