Clean, comfortable, modern, safe and extremely well equipped apartment with a wonderful host. K was excellent and went over and above our expectations. His communication before arrival was fauktless. From welcoming us at the apartment to bidding us farewell, he was extremely helpful and always there if we needed him. We cannot thank him enough.
Although a little out of city centre the location gave us good access to the historical centre and also great park and Riverside walks.
Apartment is located on a main road so there is some traffic noise. However, this was kept to a minimum with good double glazing.

Everything. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Everything needed was supplied. Nothing was too much trouble. Very nice touches. Will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful rooms, very nice and accommodating owner, very comfortable space, central location near to tesco and bus stop across the road. Great coffee, and little luxuries.
A bit of noise from the road, traffic wasn't bad more from people and fireworks. The hand drier in the bathroom is loud so had to avoid at night so as to not wake the boys.

Beautiful, Modern, and most importantly a Comfortable and Safe place to stay. Very homely, in a great location, only a few minutes away from local shops and amenities including the City Centre.
The Host, Khalid, was very welcoming and made my stay extra special with everything being to perfection.

Khalid is an excellent host. He was very responsive and kindly let us book an extra night. It was nice to have a full flat with a kitchen and someone able to sleep on the pullout sofa. The bathroom is very modern with a nice shower head. Convenient location as less than a half hour walk to city centre.
The pullout sofa is not particularly comfortable but I was able to sleep. The bed in the bedroom was fine. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was not filled.

Kitchen could do with an upgrade to be in line with the rest of the apartment, however the kitchen is satisfactory.

Had a perfect week at this property! It was completely spotless and had everything to make a cosy stay. Just felt like a second home.
I loved the modern touches. Especially In the bathroom.
The host was attentive and always on hand when necessary.
A great location, walking distance from various shops and close to the centre.
Well worth the price, will definitely return!
I didn't personally mind this as a solo traveller but couples should note that the bed is a small double.

Host was always on call, great customer service, quick response, beautiful apartment. Nice location, a bus stop right in front of the property. Close to tesco and some nice stores. Great Host, made my family feel at home. Would highly recommend the property for travellers looking for a nice place to stay in Leicester close to the city center with great service.

Immediately after booking I received personal messages from the host welcoming me to my upcoming stay. Really friendly and helpful. Check in was nice and easy, parking was perfect, literally across the road. There was parking available all times, I was in and out a fair bit during my stay. Easy to get to from motorways and central Leicester.
The shower and bathroom were the best bits, so modern, clean and stylish. Shower with hot hot water is always a plus!
Kitchen had everything needed, most apartments don't have the simple things like foil and cling film, but this one had everything. Coffee machine was great to have, and plenty of pods and biscoff biccies to go with it!
Great TV and living area with access to Netflix.
Plenty of storage space, iron, hairdryer and everything that you'd want as part of a short stay, or even a long one at that.
Would definitely stay again and would recommend this lovely apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay in the flat.
It is very clean, modern, beautiful, comfortable and Khalid is very helpful.
I loved the fluffy towels and there was everything we need in the kitchen.

Completely spotless, very aesthetically pleasing and beats majority of hotels in Leicester! Khalid is so lovely and delightful to speak with, made sure I was happy with everything throughout my stay. Definitely would recommend and I’ll be sure to contact Khalid again when in Leicester!

The property is amazing and located at a very convenient location - 20 mins walking from the city centre. The apartment is well stocked and with a lot of personal touches. It has everything that an individual needs to have a comfortable stay. Lots of natural lighting, well ventilated, great sized TV, high-speed internet, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Last but not the least - the host. Khalid is extremely responsive and co-operative. He was extremely helpful and continuously monitored my comfort by regularly keeping in touch. Extremely kind and even offered to drop off my baggage (which I accidentally left inside the house after checking out) at my next accommodation. Overall, a very comfortable stay with a brilliant host.

Personally, this place is one of the best places ive stayed in Leicester. it was extremely comfortable and had all kinds of modern facilities. the area was not noisy and there was many nearby stores.

the property was lovely, extremely clean and I was provided with everything I needed - including the wonderful coffee machine ! The hosts were lovely and were available to answer any questions I had.
The main road can be quite noisy, would recommend ear plugs while sleeping !

I do a lot of stays away from home and this by far has to be the best stay i’ve had.
The flat is exactly as described and looks exactly like the pictures and there’s free street parking. It was very clean and you can tell a lot of care and attention has been put into this place. The kitchen was fully equipped, a flat screen tv with netflix, a desk if you needed to work, and a lovely high spec bathroom.
Khalid was such an amazing host, honestly. He was so accommodating and a genuinely lovely person. He messaged throughout the week to make sure everything was okay, and even left us a box of chocolates and milk.

Lots of space, lovely and clean. Really well equipped kitchen.
Easy walk to Tesco local, slightly further on is a huge Tesco megastore and it is a pleasant walk into the city centre.
Chocolates were a lovely gesture.

excellent flat in a perfect location for me. Khalid was friendly and very helpful meeting me at the flat with the keys explaining how things worked and brought me some milk so I could have a tea on arrival. The flat was spacious, bed comfortable and had all I needed. Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment within a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Free parking just outside 👍 The host was brilliant and made sure I knew how everything worked when handing over the keys. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the city!

All rooms looked modern and clean and everything possible was provided, even a welcoming box of chocolates, and limitless coffee pods for the coffee machine. It was absolutely perfect for our needs and was a great location for walking into town. (bus stops right outside if needed) Free street parking was also convenient, as was the location of the nearby convenience shops.
The ‘smart’ bathroom takes a little getting used to at first, but beware of avoiding walking past the automatic hand-dryer in the middle of the night without setting it off!

The owner is kind, helpful, and always on time. The place is just like the pictures, all services are perfect and the Nespresso coffee helps to get ready each day. Spacious, excellent WIFI and TV services. Close shops and bus stops. Quite neighborhood. Perfect for short or longer stays.

Excellent communication, very clean, comfortable bed. The kitchen had all the essentials and there is a Tesco Metro just up the road for anything else. Easy access to the rest of Leicester and free street parking. Space to relax and watch TV, a desk if you need to do work and a table and chairs to eat at.
Noise from the road could get quite loud but it was quiet later so did not affect sleeping

Needed a apartment to stay with my 3 children for a long weekend. And it was as the title states pure luxury this apartment caters for your every need. Spacious very clean and tidy modern decor coffee machine washing machine everything i could possibly want for me and my kids. This all helped my stay feel like I was at home. And the owner khalid is simply one of the nicest men u could come across. He would doo anything for you so you have an Enjoyable stay. This is a proper 10/10.
