This two bedroom, 1.5 bath two story apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of space for your next getaway. Downstairs living area and upstairs guest bedroom each have a Smart TV; you can set up with your own subscription, watch local TV, or watch commercial-free Peacock on us.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
You'll have private access to the entire self-contained townhouse apartment. The pool deck is outside the living room sliding glass door. This outside area is not 'private' since one other rental next door may use it on occasion. We include a grill and patio set for your private use.

The pool is not heated and can be chilly from December to February.

The townhouse is located on a major thoroughfare. While this provides quick access to airport, cruise port, i95, and Miami, it can be quite noisy during rush hours.

Iguanas and other tropical creatures frequent the outside areas and are harmless.
Although we regularly treat the home for pests, occasionally a small lizard or other insect may crawl indoors. We'd be happy to come and remove any if found.

You are welcome to fish off the deck as long as you have a FL fishing license and clean up every time.

For your safety, security cameras are pointed towards the front door and motion floodlight cameras in backyard pool areas. They do not look into any interior spaces.

Additional fees are incurred when booking with a pet or more than 4 overnight guests.

The A/C is locked at a 70 degree minimum. In summer months there may only be a -10 degree difference between the outside temperature and the indoor thermostat, which is not necessarily every room's temperature.

This is not a party spot. Our home is nestled within a residential neighborhood so you must use conversational-level voices and refrain from playing loud music.

After 10pm all outside areas are closed (pool, patio, etc).
