Location

My wife lost an expensive piece of jewelry down the shower but the staff tried to call the manager but no reply from the manager so nothing was done So jewlery gone All the tiles in the room and in the outdoor area are very slippery and dangerous . We called reception and asked for extra towels and none were sent This is the most expensive property in this prime location and it is 100% no value for the amount paid I can go on about the included breakfast ? The dog poo on the beach not cleaned up and poor state of repair on this new resort Have I mentioned that the female restaurant/bar staff did not smile at any time Stay here at your own risk you have been warned

Would have been perfect except for the stray dogs

The staff were good The restaurant and room was clean The view was spectacular

There were a lot of stray dogs inside the restaurant even went up the second floor hallway of the rooms When i got back from my trip i had a lot of dog fleas bites all over my body

Overpriced, poor service and facilities.

Location was excellent with beautiful views. Pool area was very good.

Noisy guests were allowed to continually be disruptive even after several complaints. Rooms were not cleaned daily even after several requests. Bath towels had holes and threadbare. Linen was ripped and soiled. Food was left which attracted flys and dogs eating off tables. Not enough beach towels. If you have mobility issues don't go as deck/dining area very slippery. Breakfast food was poor quality and food containers not regularly replenished. Doors in room kept sticking and balcony area tiny. No water views. Vastly overpriced considering service and facilities.

Decent hotel. Exceptional place for ocean activities and island hopping.

Holiday Suites is actually the best hotel for the area/town. Overall, it was decent but just average (for my expectations) as a hotel. However, for the town and compared to other options, it was the only choice I would make. I was pleased with the hotel overall and as the best choice in town, I have no complaints.

More space, more comfortable bedding. Better sound insulation (roosters are very loud at 4 AM lol). But it has an extremely good location and the food was pretty good. I like this hotel overall and would recommend it to anyone.

Exceptional

I love the pool, the room is big and the staff are kind and sweet i like how they talk to their guests. The beach was awesome i love it i would love to go back i could live there 😍 thank you for the memories port barton.

Nothing i like everything 😊 people here are friendly specially stranger kids.

PERFECT stay

- Outstanding service. Staff looking after us from the beginning until we left. They accommodated all our needs every time. They have been the most welcoming. Always smiling. The best first impression we could have here at Philippines. - Rooms have good size and are very comfortable. Perfect for the price paid. - Breakfast and lunch/dinners were amazing too. Tasteful and much variety for breakfast (from Asian to American, or English breakfast). - We would definitely come back without a doubt

- Every single thing went great here.

value for money

the resort is new, facilities are good and the hotel staffs are great and accomodating (shout out to Peter). Even with the very expensive cost of electricity at (PhP 51)/kWh, they still maintain 24 hours electricity supply while other resorts have suspended power supply during daytime.

the restaurant menu is limited but this is understandable given that they are still recovering from the typhoon impacts and limited storage capacity.

The place was beautiful but the staff is not trained at all

The toilet dont flush the room is full of cockroach no hot water and you pay the big price the cocktail are also the worse you have in port barton prive hiS to high
