nice people and a comfortable stay

breakfast was good

hairdrier was in pieces, it had obviously been dropped by a previous client but not replaced prior to our stay, and a better towel rail in the bathroom would have been good

Hotel is fantastic, clean, lovely furniture. I was above the moon that I had a dolce gusto coffe machine in the room and latte capsules as well, very happy , to have my first coffe as a nice latte and not instant coffe.. Very tidy and clean room , nice bathroom . Every 5*

Comfortable, Clean and great hospitality hotel in Llandudno

The bedroom was very clean, modern and had a kettle to make coffee/tea which pods/sachets were provided. It was nice to have toiletries supplied as well. The breakfast was good value with continental i.e bread/cereals etc and a cooked breakfast. The location was great aswell, walkable into the centre but also easy to get out and explore, good to have the ample free parking. But the helpfulness, friendliness and hospitality of the owner/staff was the bonus of this hotel.

Everything was great but if I had to be picky for us personally then I would like to have had more choices of vegetarian for the cooked breakfast. But it wasn't a problem and would like to return for another stay.

Well presented, clean and comfortable

Very clean and well presented, really enjoyed the breakfast, young lady serving us was very friendly and helpful, disappointed, no veggie sausage. Room was very comfortable and bathroom was clean and functional with great shower. Would definitely go back and stay again.

No veggie option for the breakfast, made do with hash brown, beans and fried egg and toast which was lovely.

Good location hotel and relatively good value for money. Bed was pretty comfy

Not the best night of sleep, it was a bit noisy, we could hear when other guests or the hosts were using the toilet or the bathroom. Small bathroom & musty smell

Excellent welcome and sleep, felt so relaxed.

Really warm genuine welcome. Excellent unbroken sleep. Felt the proprietors really cared about all their guests and had a genuine passion for their business. Lovely people.

Friendly place in a great location.

The location, the excellent breakfast, the cleanliness were all great. Fabulous towels.

We booked a family room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed for the use of 3 adults. We were actually given a twin room with a folding extra bed which would be fine for a child but wasn't comfortable for an adult.

we had a really enjoyable stay, and the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating.

The was nicely appointed, and the hotel was in a good location for us. The breakfast was excellent, and the free parking was an added bonus.

Perfect stay for a weekend break.

Clean hotel areas and room with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty with enough choice. The door to the kitchen was open as I walked out after eating breakfast and it was extremely clean and left me feeling reassured. Lots of choice of tea, coffee etc in the room.

Don’t know the room was cancelled and we were placed in a b&b next door!!! Not the same facilities as wanted the lounge / bar to relax in……but the b&b not no lounge - no refund for the in convenience nor the downgrade!!! Sent an email2 days before but no phone call or anything Very disappointing No sense of Customer service - avoid

Lovely hosts and great location 👍

Excellent hosts, great location, size of room was great, breakfast was fab, although could have been served until 9:30/10am. After an early start Saturday, a lie in would have been Nice. Great that we could park on site.

We were room 3, the people above were noisy and floor boards were very creaky. We could hear them walking about at 1am. And hear the shower on , water running and chain been flushed. They were up early too , so again could hear them at 6:30am. Floor boards creaking and again toilet, shower and water running. Everything else was great
