It's convienient as long as your arrivai is during regular hours and you don't have to call.

Breakfast was good, Good selection of hot food and some fruit and baked goods. The area is quiet.

My flight from Houston was delayed even later than my arrival at around 10:30. I tried to call to let the hotel know I would be late and to check on the shuttle. I called about 3 times with no answer. I called another time and was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. I finally reached somebody to let them know I would be late and asked about the shuttle. I was told it would stop at midnight. I would be later than that so I had to make other arrangements to get to the hotel. Numerous flights were being delayed.

Great for a place to stay before a flight.

Free Shuttle to the airport- fantastic shuttle driver. 4:30 am pick-up, her stories and cheerfulness made the early morning fun. Friendly staff at late night check in, snacks available. I was pleased to receive a walk up call for the shuttle, 4:30 came early and the front desk lady fast walked with me while I completed the check out.

Seemed a bit isolated, but we only needed it for 6 hours before our flight. And they did have some overpriced snacks at the front desk. I wish there would have been a free substitute if your were checking our before breakfast, like an apple and a water would be fine.

The hotel staff is so friendly and kind, especially the lady at the breakfast buffet whose name is Natalia. She would lighten up everyone's morning with her smile and care. The hotel guests were so appreciative of her opening the breakfast buffet a little earlier on the weekend as there were many families with the kids who came to the swim meet and needed to leave before the breakfast was normally served during the weekend. Natalia and Elena made our stay in the hotel great

Very quiet, clean, and relaxing! A great group of staff running it!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was so clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable. I liked the dove products. The shuttle to the airport was so comforting and eased my mind/verses driving myself, was only a 10 min. Drive. I definitely would recommend this Hotel❤️

Perfect stay for before or after departure from Airport!

The one who checked us in was super nice and friendly. She. jeered up our toddler who was having a fit. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. It was also very close to the airport so it was perfect for the morning!

The plug ins at the bedside were either broken or didn’t line up, along with the usb ports, but there were plenty other plug ins in the room that worked.

Good option for a short stay!

New hotel, easy to find. Close to airport and exit from I-75. Far enough from highway so no much noise. Hotel is new, clean, internet was ok!

Poor quality breakfast. They could spend same amount of money ang get healthier options to choose from. Stayed there few times and skipped the breakfast most of the times.

Clean and pleasant stay. Will stay again in the future, if in the area.

Check in and check out was a breeze, all I had to do was show my ID. Front desk employees were very friendly. As soon as I walked in the lobby it smelled clean like bleach, and it wasn’t overwhelming. Hallways and staircases were very clean. Plenty of free parking, and side entrances with room card access, from the parking lot. Hot breakfast was yummy. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and flavored creamers. Pancakes, pastries, bacon, eggs, sausage and gravy, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal. There was an employee constantly stocking up on everything that was running low, super friendly lady. Our room was very big, and had 2 Queen size beds, they were comfy. The bathroom was clean and had a tub. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine, we didn’t use it, but it’s good to have just in case. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The only negative thing I can say is, I felt it was a bit overpriced for the location. There’s really nothing to do in that area, no landmarks, or attractions. We ended up visiting Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva, which were about 35 minutes away, for dinner. Only reason we decided on staying there, was because of its 9.0 rating.

Thanks for providing a clean comfort hotel!

Nice, clean hotel with close location for early departures! Seems like a lot of money for one night departing at 4:30am and not being able to get in on breakfast or even a grab and go something! We have had consistent stays at holiday inn express...usually our go to hotel. It's definitely very consistent in comfort and cleanliness compared to other chains! ! My husband usually gets a government discount, but wasn't able to at this location! We swallowed the expense knowing we have had great stays in the past with the express!
