We all loved everything about the property, took two of the young grandchildren and the walk to the beach and all the amenities were very close and ideal, I will be going again

Excellent for what we needed, found a gem, I’m sure we will return

Apartment well equipped, more spacious than it looks on the photos - bonus! Ideal location in the hub of Barmouth.

The boiler made quite a noise at times, very loud at times. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us however some might have found it more annoying.

Location was incredible and the apartment was spacious and airy.

Unfortunately the bathroom was very old fashioned but would be perfect for an elderly or disabled person. The apartment smelled strongly of dogs due to dogs being allowed there.

Perfect for a few days get away with the Pooch

Location is spot on for being in the centre of everything in Barmouth.

The garden. it’s located at the front of the property and on the high street. Although it’s pet/dog friendly, you can’t leave dog as the railings aren’t very high, the garden is elevated and if you have a larger size dog it would be shoulder/waist height to pedestrians - it’s not a deal breaker, and would still go back, just have to be mindful.

Extremely enjoyable.

Being part of an old chapel it has character and gives it an interesting quirkiness. It’s in the centre of the little town and on the one way system. As part of the package it comes with a 24 hour parking pass to almost all of the long stay council car parks which save’s quite a bit of cash as parking can be quite expensive when staying for a week or more. The furniture is comfortable and more than adequate. The toilet/wet room is a good size and easy to use. As you are in the middle of the village/town everywhere is easily reached with nice pubs and many good eating houses for all tastes. If you hit a problem the hosts are easily contacted and there to help. I would recommend this venue wholeheartedly to anyone who a small family or a couple. I haven’t included photos of the property as those on Booking.com are accurate.

Our stay didn’t end well as my husband had food poisoning from the local pub

close to the town and beach , restaurants etc also had a garden for my dog .

nothing really not to like for the price you pay , but bed could be updated a bit bouncy and internet didn’t seem to work often for the smart tv so unable to watch Netflix or u tube in the evenings . It was just ideal place for our stay though with our dog .

Sun, sea, sand and a comfortable apartment to come back to, what more could you want!

The property is located in the centre of the town and is just a five minute walk to the harbour and the beach. The apartment is clean, well equipped and spacious. we travel with our dogs and this property and location is absolutely perfect for them. This was the second time that we have stayed here and we have booked to stay here again in July. The host is lovely, as are the neighbours. This is the perfect dog friendly break, we love it.

Location. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy sofa. Easy to keep sand and mud in hall not flat. Quirky flat with loads of space

Black fly infestation. Disposed of at least 20. They were everywhere. In drawers behind sink pedestal window ledges sink etc. At least 4 flying around at one time. Such a shame as place was reasonably clean. Certain areas needed attention. Dust cobwebs grotty areas on bathroom. But the flies just spoilt it. Didn't want to eat or cook there.

The location of the property is perfect. The host is exceptional.

Amazing location and great value for money, will definitely stay again.

Loved how spacious the apartment was. Good cooking facilities. Close to everything needed. Quiet during day and night even though near pubs. Very clean. Friendly neighbours.

No tv in bedroom. Difficult to open first time as you have to wiggle the key.

fantastic place but needs investment

Great location of the apartment. Very close to restaurants and shops. Nice that there is a front garden. Large living room, internet, netflix and parking pass is fantastic. Dogs are welcome.

The apartment has a lot of air humidity. Which causes an unpleasant smell. We ventilated all the time by opening the windows but it didn't help much. Bathroom is in very bad condition. Should be renewed or very well cleaned. In many places there is mold. Shower curtain is only suitable for throwing in the bin, all yellow and dirty. It is a pity that there is no clothes dryer (there is no place to hang wet towels).

Good sized flat in centre of town

Perfect location on the High Street the flat has everything you need for a stay. Well fitted kitchen with Feeezer. Spacious lounge. Storage space. Only a couple of minutes from the public parking (Free permit provided). Roy (the agent) extremely friendly and super helpful)

One issue. The place needs a good deep clean. The first impression of overflowing bins in the passage leading to the flat is awful and the shared vestibule is unfortunately terrible. Dust and dirt on the floor. Items lying around. The flat inside had obviously been cleaned from the previous occupation but only superficially. The floor was still gritty, the amount of black cobwebs hanging from the beams (including over the bed) were pretty off putting. There was dust behind table, tv and beside the fridge chould be dealt with in a few minutes. Small rug in lounge covered in small white animal hairs.and appeared to have not been vacuumed. I've written a lot here but a few extra minutes put in by the cleaners would make the arrival and stay so much more pleasent
