A la habitación le entra mucha luz y muy cómoda, el lugar donde se ubica es muy tranquilo, si no llevas coche está cera para tomar la ruta para llegar a las playas, el súper está muy cerca y el estadio Beto Ávila igual muy cerca (fui a un concierto y regrese caminando a las 3 am) la zona es segura, las personas que ayudan con la limpieza son muy agradables Muy recomendable hospedarte aquí

Que dos dias no hubo agua caliente en la habitación, el día qué pasó eso lo arreglaron pero ya en la tarde y al día siguiente era mi salida pero tampoco hubo (el clima estaba un poco nublado así que por eso usaba el agua caliente)

• J’ai réservé cet établissement pour 2 nuits à Cancun. Nous sommes arrivés tard à Cancun mais cela n’a posé aucun problèmes : -15 min à pied de l’ADO central Cancun -arrivée autonome avec boîte à clé • Logement bien situé, tout se fait bien à pied ou sinon les collectivo sont là • Établissement propre et à neuf avec une bonne douche avec pression, un mini frigo, une cafetière, une télé. Rien à redire 😀

• Du fait que le logement soit bien situé, il y a beaucoup de bruit et cela peut être gênant (bouchons d’oreille conseillé) à part si vous aimez vous endormir avec de la musique • Quelques difficultés avec la wifi

It is new and clean, really calm, we did not heard any noise at night- calm neighbourhood to rest well on your holidays. The room is new and well conditioned.

The WIFI was not working...that is really not good. We needed to check maps and find some stuff online but we needed to use data.

Polecam na krótki pobyt! :) Lub jako baza wypadowa.

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Od dworca około 10minut na pieszo. Blisko Mercado 23 i 28. Nie jest to strefa hotelowa, tylko otoczenie lokalsów, co dla nas było dużym plusem. Nie jest też głośno, bo do klubów jest kawałek. Było słychać szczekające psy, ale nam również to nie przeszkadzało. W obiekcie czysto, zameldowanie na kod, więc można przyjechać o której się chce. W obiekcie ogólnodostępne żelazko. W pokojach klimatyzacja, lodówka, ręczniki. Dobrze działające WI-FI - a jeśli nie działa to podane w wiadomości, spróbujcie połączyć się pod inny numer pokoju, wszystko działa bez problemu. Stosunek jakości do ceny - świetny! Polecamy!

Topp-moderne Zimmer zu einem sehr guten Preis

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr modern ausgestattet und absolut sauber, ich habe mich darin wohl gefühlt, auch wegen des großen Fensters. Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Die Ecke ist sehr ruhig, die Dusche war sehr gut. Es gab zwar auch kleinere Kritikpunkte (s.u.), aber diese sollte man im Kontext der hervorragenden Preis-Leistung betrachten.

Es gab ein paar Sachen, aber alles nichts großes: Wlan war zu Beginn instabil, Wände auch recht hellhörig, es gibt etwas zu wenig Beleuchtung und das Fenster ging bei mir v.a. auf eine Wand und Stacheldraht. Wichtig: es gilt Self-Service, mein einziger „Kontakt“ war eine Putzfrau, die aus Versehen in mein Zimmer kommen wollte. Das muss kein Nachteil sein, aber spezifische Bedarfe können so natürlich nicht adressiert werden.

Super für ein bis zwei Nächte

Idealer Ort wenn man ein oder zwei Nächte bleiben möchte. Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, kleiner Kühlschrank sind vorhanden, auch ein TV. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem mittendrin. Jederzeit wieder

A very good place to stay in Cancun.

Very modern, clean, and well located building (downtown Cancun, close to restaurant and ADO bus station). Everything functional. Friendly and professional cleaning staff. Nice balcony. Good price.

If you would like a inexpensive, clean, safe space...this is it.

Safe and quiet neighborhood, exactly as advertised. No bugs of any kind. Lots of safe street parking if you have a car rental or catch super cheap easy to navigate public transportation around town or the hotel zone. Within half a mile there is walkable supply shopping, souvenirs and dining out. Couple of things to know. Catch the ADO bus to and from airport. It is less than $7 per person each way. Location is a safe walkable mile away from ADO bus station. You will see all that the neighborhood has to offer and cheap eats at Parque de las Palapas. This is a locals spot for eating out. You will enjoy the food, music and sometimes stage entertainment! This is also perfect for friends and family to enjoy being together, but you can have your own individual room and space. 6 units available. 4 on second floor, 2 on third.

Convinient to Everything, Secure & Lovely

The location is excellent, walking distance to Walmart & Sams Club. The bus stops & even a local festival square, where we could get great local foods were also within a reasonable walk... It was quiet and clean and pretty central to everything. We were never bothered, it's super secure. There is a bakery & convenience store right at the edge of the street or a nice cafe Just on the corner. Two Fast food places & a late night taco shop just a hop away.

This isn't a negative, I just wish there was like a mounted bottle opener somewhere, as there is such a nice foyer to sit at and have a drink it was unfortunate that there wasn't something that made it convenient to sit and have a beer :P!

A few days in Cancun.

The room is very clean, spacious and designed. The area is very quiet as well.

The wifi reception could have been much better in our room. It kept dropping every minute. As well, the remote of the TV was quite inconvenient since som buttons worked and other’s didn’t.

Quiet amidst beautiful surroundings

There was an internet issue with Booking.com but the staff and owner took care of it immediately rather than lose a valuable customer. They made me feel welcomed and helped me to navigate the property itself (assumed to be an actual hotel with guest services). The staff made sure to accommodate my needs to ensure an excellent stay on their beautiful boutique property.

I really recommended this place, everything was perfect, room was very clean. An added bonus was the fridge in the room. Wifi also was really good. If you want to go to the beach, the nearest bus stop is opposite Burger King. You need to take autobus R-2, 10 min by walk you can find really good food corner in Parque de las Palapas :)

Not for smokers! No value for money.

The room was clean.

You can't smoke on the balcony, not even in the garden. They send you out on the street, even if you're a woman traveling solo. It's ridiculous really. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The walls are thin, so your neighbors will hear you when you have an early meeting online, and you will hear them when they go to bed late. There are no cutleries or plates, nothing. So good luck if your food delivery forgets to add the cutleries.. The fridge was unplugged when I arrived.. The water takes an eternity to heat up. The pool and rooftop terrace are still under construction. So yeah, you literally pay for getting almost nothing.
