Great location

One of the facility workers was so helpful in telling us all the must-sees and things to do. I believe her name is Queen she was a breath of fresh air.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room and our stay overall

Really clean and comfortable rooms. Great bed and bath linens and very comfortable beds. Location was great!

We had a room with an adjoining door and we heard our neighbors loud and clear, we had to put a towel along the bottom of the door to try to muffle their noise. Also not enough handicap parking

stayed here multiple times. always extremely clean, friendly staff, great location, comfy & good sized rooms. having the restaurant of course is an added bonus. and the kids love the pool!

Nice family getaway.

It was located close to the Island. It had a bridge leading over the water behind the hotel to the parking lot to catch the tram over to the island. The grandkids loved the pool and hot tub!

Our suite was double booked and our family ended up being split up on separate floors instead of being together in a suite. The breakfast was overpriced in the restaurant.

Love the location, easy access to the island. Very nice walking trail right behind. Staff was very helpful.

Great hotel.

The location is excellent, close to many attractions and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. We had breakfast included, and it was delicious. The staff was very nice.

Everything in the room was nice. The only thing I didn't like about my room was the carpet. It had some stained spots, but it didn't smell. Also, since my room had a balcony, it didn't have very good sound proof, I heard the cars passing by.

The best hotel ever!

EVERYTHING! It was easily one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Super clean & the staff was so nice & helpful.

If I HAD to complain about something, it would be the shower head but it was fine.

One of the best hotels on the Parkway

This hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained from the lobby to the rooms. The central location provides walkable entertainment options and scenic views. Having a bar and restaurant in the lobby is very convenient for relaxing with a beer and quick bite.

The restaurant in the lobby needs a better ventilation fan in their kitchen because the cooking smells are rather strong and circulate through the entire hotel.

Overall very enjoyable and location was great.

Staff were all friendly. Great location. Room was big enough for 5 of us. Breakfast had good selections .

There were 2 adults and 3 kids and they said I had to pay for an extra breakfast. Should be free for all guests in a room. Also the sofa bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable and felt like you were sleeping on the springs!

Would stay again…..room was nice & comfortable!

Very clean & the staff were nice! Jessie, our room host was exceptionally nice!

The water wasn’t hot enough for me as I like it but it might have been where everyone was taking showers…..it was warm but I like hot where I can adjust the temperature….. And the fact that I couldn’t pay for the room how I wanted to pay at the time of check in was ridiculous to me…..it didn’t make sense!
