Enjoy your stay in this spacious 3 level town home in the golfing resort of The Villages of Bear Trap Dunes. This property is only 3 miles away from Bethany's Boardwalk and Beaches. A beach shuttle can be used during prime time.
This home offers 4 bedrooms/4.5bathrooms (each bedroom has its own private full bath). Tax free Tanger Outlet shopping and plenty of restaurants/shops/activities nearby!
Bear Trap Dunes golf resort has 27 holes and is great for all skill levels. The driving range is located approximately 50 feet from the house and the Den golf clubhouse is approximately 200 feet from the house. A wonderful restaurant/bar (Coastal Kitchen) is also 200 feet from the house at the golf clubhouse. The Pavilion with amenities and unlimited extra free parking is also approximately 200 feet away.

The home is equipped with 2 independent central air/heating units to ensure temperature control on all levels of the home.

Nice property and lovely development. Had a couple of issues but good communication and quick resolution was provided. Amenities fee was a bit high, but I had factored that into the overall price. The pool was very dirty two of the days we tried to use it, full of leaves right at the beginning of the day and again when we went back later so was never cleaned. Lots of room to spread out in the house. Kids loved the pool table, which was really the deciding factor for us renting this property compared to others. Convenient location to grocery shopping. Beach was about a ten minute drive. Overall, a good relaxing stay and I’d book again if I stay in this area in the future.

We really enjoyed this property. We had multiple families with many children and there was plenty of space for each family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was nice as it was a short drive to the beach. We purchased and used the amenities pass. The shuttle made it easy to get to and from the beach. The indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and playground were all nice to have and use with the kids when we weren’t at the beach. The property manager/host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone coming with a couple families looking for a place with lots to offer!

Two very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and two not quite as nice bedrooms/beds. One bedroom has the washer and dryer in it. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Expensive to use the pool and community amenities. Nice home.

Property was perfect for us. There were more supplies than we actually expected. The hot wheels parking garage made my grandson’s trip - thank goodness he brought his cars. We only used the pool once. The men enjoyed the golf and the kids enjoyed the waves and boardwalks. My daughter in law wants to rent this house with her sisters next year. The owners seem to have thought of everything to make their guests at home. Thank you!

This was the first year we scheduled our annual family vacation further then walking distance to the beach and this house had all that we needed for a great week away. All that the community had to offer was certainly helpful. We appreciate as many specifics in a listing as possible and felt the only things we didn’t know was that hand towels/kitchen towels were not included in the linen package and we would need to provide a supply of toilet paper for the five bathrooms. Renting this townhome was very easy. The unit was very spacious, clean and well equipped. We travelled with a large family, including grandparents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The community amenities are great and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

It's hard to find something affordable for our big extended family. This place fit our family and our budget perfectly.
The place was great. It was quiet and on a dead end street with little to no traffic. The bedrooms were all VERY big and fit all of our stuff with ease. There was plenty of parking available on the street was another plus. Kitchen was amply supplied with all of the things we needed for cooking meals.

Loved the amenities!
It was our first time at Bethany beach and we enjoyed our time there. The beach traffic was very heavy (not surprising for the 4th of July week) so the short 3 miles to the beach took 20 minutes or so. The home was as described, decently stocked kitchen, etc. The living room was tight for 6 adults. The beds were just ok. Carpet could use a good cleaning. We loved the pool area and courts. Pickle ball, tennis and basketball were all played by our crew. Plenty of chairs around the pool and the club house area/locker rooms/bathrooms were immaculate. The trolley was great for our older kids who wanted to come and go to the beach at different times. The garage/extra area proved to be a great hangout/extra eating space for the kids. Home was close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Overall, a great time with great friends and family!

Overall this was a great experience. The tv wasn’t working properly and they had someone take care of it in a timely manner. Our only complaints were that the WiFi was not the best and the beds were not comfortable at all. I would recommend bringing a mattress topper.

Place was amazing! A lot of room and plenty of space to have kids play around! Had a blast with the pool table! Kitchen was okay. The basic items such has sponge, dish soap, basic seasons, and various other things we had to buy since we were cooking at the house. If you are not cooking, it’s nice. Lastly Wi-Fi was slow upstairs and downstairs.

We had an amazing stay here with friends! There were eight adults and three kids and it fit us all comfortably. It was a short drive to the beach and easy to get there. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Communication was great and check-in was seamless. We would stay here again!

From initial booking to our check-out the whole process could not have been easier! The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location close to all things Bethany. Great property!
I rented this property for a girls weekend. We had a great time. The location was perfect - close to the beach, quiet, and low key. There was a good amount of parking around the cul de sac as well. The property itself was very clean and tidy, communication with the owner was always very quick (response within minutes). We did get a bit turned around with the address - the townhome is right where Club House Drive and Club House Way intersect. However, it was quickly sorted out with a call to the property owner. I would absolutely rent this property again. Nothing but positive things to say!

Very smooth check-in process. Received notification on the way down that a repair was needed on a curtain rod - owner called us and was already en route to repair it. He went above and beyond to communicate and offer suggestions for local restaurants, beach locations, etc. We had ordered the linen package and had a couple incorrect sheet sizes - the property manager sent someone right away to replace the items. Overall the house was perfect for our extended family of 10! Everyone had their own bathroom and plenty of space for us to gather together or apart. Basement with pool table was awesome! Pools were great! Would definitely recommend!!

Great house with plenty of space!
We have stayed here for two years in a row now and it is just perfect for our group. We have 3 different families with kids of various age. We have more than enough room and the communication with the owner is effortless. Very clean and well kept. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. Great location just a couple miles from Bethany Beach and other surrounding beaches. Nice neighborhood with an easy 2 minute walk to the huge pool. We will be back for sure!

Great rental!
The property was top notch. There was a problem with the towel rack in the downstairs bathroom. The BR door hits it. It was fixed when we got there, with some type of green putty to hold it up. When my daughter went to put a towel on it, it fell. I fixed it TEMPORARILY but it needs to be moved away from the door swing.. That will require new dry wall fasteners, compound, tape and paint. The original drywall fasteners have pulled out of the wall.
Also, your neighbor's dogs' droppings at times get a bit ripe. We're dog people, no problem, but someone else may doc your evals for the intermitant oders.

The property was as described, very nice and plenty of room for everyone. We really liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We did not use the pool, wish you could just purchase a day pass instead of week pass. Our only complaint was every time you walked outside the neighbors dog barked and there was a constant smell of the neighbors dog poop when on the back patio.

Property was clean and accomodated our group very well. The check in was difficult due to confusion regarding the location between listed address and mapping programs. The property management was lacking due to last minute request for information, followed by problem receiving the requested information. I find it inefficient and annoying to get several emails and text messages throughout the morning as your are preparing to leave. The request could have been taken care of ahead of time, including the ammended directions. This was the only issue we encountered with the rental. Otherwise-GREAT.
