You will find the "Le Murier" property, a 7-room house spanning 280 square meters across two levels, renovated in 2015 with beautiful and tasteful furnishings. On the lower level, there is a room with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower/WC, leading to the garden. Another room features a French bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet, also with access to the garden. The third room on this level includes a dressing room with a French bed (180 cm), a shower/WC, and a hip bath, exiting to the garden. Additionally, there is a studio with a French bed, a separate toilet, and a shower, leading to the garden. Moving upstairs, you'll find a living room with a winter garden, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV, with access to the terrace. There are two more rooms on this floor, one with a French bed and a separate toilet, and the other with a French bed, a separate toilet, and a shower, exiting to the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, featuring a dining nook and access to the terrace.
