About this villa rental

On the outskirts of Ariany, a small village in the heart of Majorca, the rural villa "Sa Garriga Finca Darder" sits on a 14.000 m² plot of land - its driveway planted with roses makes it a picturesque holiday destination. The cozy accommodation extends over 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 11 people. The 350 m² house's amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The highlight of this property is the spacious outdoor area: a lush green lawn, dazzling bougainvillea and large palm trees beautify this oasis of well-being, which also boasts 2 furnished terraces and a descending 50 m² pool. The pool is illuminated at night and invites you to cool off during the day. Read a good book on one of the sun loungers or prepare delicious dishes on the barbecue. In the midst of fields and lush nature you are guaranteed a quiet holiday with the maximum level of privacy. Let your gaze wander over the mountain range over the horizon and the sun's rays warm your skin, and the stress of everyday life will be quickly forgotten! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located in Ariany (1 km away or 12 minutes on foot) and the fantastic beach Platja dels Capellans, which attracts guests with its soft sand and crystal clear water, is 18 km or a 22-minute drive from the property.
