About this house rental

This is a newer townhome completed and furnished in June 2020 on a private cul-de-sac in Midvale. This home features a large and spacious layout and modern updates such as black granite counter tops throughout the home. Also the home has very nice grey wood flooring, can lighting throughout and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances with gas stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The fully-equipped kitchen also includes an island style set up with farm sink in the middle.

You will experience white cabinets throughout the kitchen and bathrooms for a matching style. As you walk in the front door you will encounter a staircase to your right side leading up to the upstairs where you will find all 3 bedrooms. Upstairs includes the master suite with a large bedroom with a large walk in closet, along with a beautiful tub and separate standing shower. Upstairs there is also the washer and dryer hook ups for easy access. The other 2 bedrooms are also large with plenty of closet space. The downstairs areas you will find an open layout for living room with a nice fireplace, a dining area and kitchen space.

This home does includes a large community yard area, but it is only fenced on the back side, so pets cannot be left outside unattended. There is a spacious 2 car garage available for use during your stay. Additionally, there is a nearby playground, basketball hoop, and gazebo which can be utilized.

Matt and Chelly’s townhome is beautiful, and well-appointed. We were comfortable there from the moment we arrived. Everything works well, and it is centrally located. Communication with Matt and Chelly was always returned quickly, and they were very friendly and easy to deal with. Our only complaint was that the pillows were pretty worn, but that’s almost universal of any vacation rental or hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very clean and well maintained property. The location is outstanding, we visited the Museum of Natural History, Hogle Zoo and Loveland Aquarium. Nothing was more than 20 minutes away, and every type of food you could ever want is no more than 5 minutes away. The very close Union Park has an amazing playground that is very well shaded, it was probably my kids favorite! Matt and Chelly have an amazing property here, dont miss out on this one!

What a wonderful place to stay! We have two grown children and we all met in SLC. The three bedroom home is nicely furnished and conveniently located. The owner was very nice through our correspondence and provided the best experience we could have asked for. We spent several days traveling around and realized what a great ski destination this home would be. Literally go to the main road and head straight up the canyon to world class skiing. We definitely will stay again.

We couldn’t have had a more perfect home base during our trip to Salt Lake. Matt and Chelly were extremely positive and communicative. They even bought a tea kettle for my mother as a special request. Aside from them being incredible to work with, the house was just so perfect. 10/10 recommend.

Great townhouse located in a small, private community. Nice touches include a food gift basket upon arrival. Bathrooms were well equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body soaps, as well as the kitchen with soaps/paper towels, etc. This is a huge convenience and time-saver for shopping. Location was perfect for short drive-time to ski resorts. Many restaurant options nearby. I appreciated the owners attention to cleanliness and quick response to any questions we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the Midvale/SLC area.

Definitely recommend this house. It was very welcoming and good for our dog as there was a back yard we could watch her in with a fence around (not closed in) which was great. Very clean and spacious and well located to food, restaurants and 30 minutes from skiing!! Would definitely use again!!

We love this house. It was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies/towels/blankets. Organized. Convenient. Affordable. We were able to use the garage. Easy access to town and ski rentals. It was perfect. We even had a plumbing issue the first night (clogged toilet- out fault). They had someone there to fix it so fast. Easy to check in. Easy to find. Highly recommend!

Worked perfect for us! Traveling with four kids under six can be tough, this place was perfect! Great location and great setup for the short stay we had. Highly recommend! They even had a high chair! Thankful for the hosts and our stay!

We loved arriving at the property. Cute and cozy. Really easy to find. Lots of things close by, especially good eats. We visit a lot of family up in this area often. So we're happy we found a place we can use over and over. When I had a question he was right there to answer. Very clean property. Lots of room for our family. And it was great to relax downstairs watch a movie fireside and get cozy after a long day of adventures in the cold.

This house was perfect for our visit. We had multiple families with two children and one infant. It was great to be able to park our cars in the garage. We loved that the house was close to many restaurants as well as central to other destinations. The only negative we found the couch was a bit uncomfortable when lounging. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was in good condition. A/C worked well and kept us cool in the July heat wave. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. Instructions were clear and timely. Easy access from State Street just south of I-215. A few minor complaints: - stairs could use another hand rail - the shower floor is extremely slick, multiple slips getting in that could have led to injury - it would have been nice to be able to cast from our devices to the roku tk, but they're on separate wifi networks so no go

We are based on east coast with Family in Utah. The location of the house made connecting with everyone super easy. The size of the house made it super comfortable to work in one room with the family playing games and chatting the other rooms, without any interruptions to my work. The playground right outside the back door gave the kids something to do when needed. Overall great house and great location. Thanks!

Great quiet neighborhood with a park to walk the dog. Restaurants and grocery stores very close. Townhouse had everything we needed for our week long stay. No issues whatsoever once I figured out how to get in the front door. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

We took 10 days to drive with our traveler trailer visiting obscure state parks making our way to Midvale, UT for a work weekend. It was so glorious landing at Matt and Chelly’s property. We truly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Midvale was perfectly located between Murray and Lehi for us. Bonus was the park less than a 1/4 mile from the townhouse. I walked our dog every morning with beautiful views of the mountains. We would stay here again if possible when we come back next year.

My family of 5 (3 adult children) used this lovely townhome as our base for skiing/snowboarding at Brighton. It is a clean, well-decorated, well-stocked townhouse that met all our vacation needs. We had no issue and plan to stay again next time we are in the area.

Our family of 4 had a great time at this townhome!! Drove out from Colorado and stayed 5 nights, hit up 3 of the ski resorts and had an amazing time. The rental was very clean and worked well for us. My wife is already looking at dates for next year. Basketball court was a huge plus for our boys!!
