About this house rental
Our lovingly renovated villa stands in an wonderfully quiet location high above the Moselle with a view of the river, vineyards, and Arras Castle.
We have decided to rent our villa because we would like to share our love for beautiful living, wellness, good food, excellent wines and extensive hikes in spectacular nature and scenery with like-minded guests.
Enjoy relaxing or challenging hikes through vineyards and both the Eifel and Hunsrück mountain ranges. The Moselsteig Trail practically runs past our house. You can reach Ediger-Eller by train in 5 minutes and climb the steepest vineyard in Europe via the Calmont via ferrata. Visit the castles Arras and Marienburg. You will find excellent winegrowers just around the corner, for instance in Bremm, Zell-Merl, and Pünderich.
You enter our villa through the main entrance. Here, the wonderful view of the valley unfolds from the hallway. The hall, living room, dining room, and kitchen form one unit on the ground floor. Large windows and doors create light-flooded rooms with magnificent views at all times. From the living and dining rooms you are led through to the large balcony. Ample shade from the midday sun ensures a pleasant indoor climate in summer, and a large glass-fronted fireplace is available for cooler days. Also on the ground floor sits a beautiful, spacious bedroom with a new organically-sourced bed and a desk. A baby cot is available as well. The accompanying new shower room (bathroom 1) can be reached through the hall. The entire ground floor is barrier-free (note there is one step in front of the main front door).
A large staircase leads to the gallery. We use this as a second lounge in addition to the living room. From the gallery you can reach both the master bedroom (with a new organically-sourced bed and access to two loggias) and the somewhat smaller but very cozy bedroom 3 (also with access to a loggia). In bedroom 3, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to form a double bed. A master bathroom with a bathtub belongs to the master bedroom, and the newly renovated beautiful shower room 3 adjoins bedroom 3. The entire upper floor has real wood floors.
The path through the gallery also leads to the newly built wellness area. A large folding door connects it to the terrace and the adjacent sauna. Spend a few hours here, enjoy the panoramic view from the sauna with floor-to-ceiling windows, and relax. You will be delighted. For the restless, there is a handy elliptical cross trainer available.
With 290m² of living space, our guests have access to the entire ground and upper floors. Basement and garden are permanently rented.
Our house has a parking space and a garage with 11kW wall box (please register in advance if required).

During our stay we enjoyed this perfect home! Every comfort and luxury is provided. We spent every morning and evening on the patio gazing at the vineyards, village and breathtaking views with gorgeous sunsets!

Wochenendtrip mit Freunden
Das Haus ist absolut traumhaft. Toller Ausblick, sehr schöne Einrichtung und auch bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
Von der Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat auch alles wunderbar geklappt.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Blick auf die Mosel
Wir waren über die Ostertage mit sechs Personen in der Villa Jasch und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa überzeugt dabei mit einer luxuriösen Ausstattung und einer sehr stilvollen und modernen Einrichtung. Die hochmoderne Küche inkl. Gasgrill lädt zum ausgiebigen Kochen ein. Selbst eine große Auswahl an Gewürzen ist vorhanden. Die sehr großen Panoramfenster lassen einen permanenten Blick auf die Mosel zu. Ein großer massiver Holztisch mit sehr bequemen Stühlen sowie zwei bequemen Sofas laden im Wohnessbereich zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt auch einen Kamin, den wir aber aufgrund der sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht befeuert haben. Durch die günstige Hanglage kann man auf der großen Terasse noch bis in den Abend hinein die Sonne genießen.
Ein eigener Wellnessbereich mit großer Sauna inkl. Panoramafenster mit Blick in das Moseltal rundet den Wohlfühlfaktor ab.
Durch die vorteilhafte Hanglage sind diverse Wanderungen direkt von der Haustür aus möglich. Wir sind beispielsweise einmal zu Onkel Toms Hütte (Weingut Lenz inkl. Strausswirtschaft) und zur Marienburg mit tollem Blick auf die Moselschleife gewandert. Zusätzlich empfiehlt sich ein Ausflug nach Zell oder ins 30km entfernte Cochem. Ein gut ausgestatteter Edeka ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Wir werden die Villa Jasch sicherlich ein zweites Mal ansteuern und empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Besser geht es eigentlich nicht!
Wir haben mit Freunden über Silvester ein paar wundervolle Tage in der Villa Jasch verbracht. Das riesige Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt eine Menge Platz sowohl in den 3 Schlaf- und 3 Badezimmern als auch in der Küche und dem Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet in Bezug auf Elektrogeräten, Küchenutensilien, Gewürzen, Geschirr und Gläsern. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Weitere Highlights waren die Soundbar im Wohnzimmer, die große Sauna mit Panoaramablick ins Moseltal und die Wallbox in der Garage.

Einfach wunderbar
Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen! Eine perfekt liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtete Villa. Wir waren fast traurig das Haus für Wanderung in die wunderschöne Umgebung stundenweise verlassen zu müssen. In der Küche fehlt es an wirklich gar nichts, der Ausblick aus dem Wohn- und Esszimmer ist großartig, die Betten sind perfekt und die Sauna ein echtes Erlebnis. Danke für diesen wunderbaren, entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Alles Bestens!
Wie schon in den anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, stimmt im diesem Haus alles. Wir haben dort 4 sehr entspannte Tage verbracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Sauna. Riesen- groß und der Ausblick ist grandios. Eine kleine Verbesserung würde mir einfallen: Das Haus wird ja nicht an Personen unter 30 Jahren vermietet und ältere Menschen brauchen oft eine Lesebrille. 😉 Daher wären Kosmetikspiegel im Bad eine tolle Ergänzung.

Grandioses Haus
Wir fanden ein Haus vor mit beeindruckenden Details - die Leuchte über dem Esstisch mit touch Bedienung. Die Glastüren am Eingang: rausschauen ja - reingucken nein! Ganz toll: die Dusche im Fitnessbereich. Die Küche mit ihren vielen Schubläden und extrem hochwertigen Einbaugeräten sind ein Traum für jede Hausfrau. Aussenbereich mit Grill und Markise optimal.
Einziges Manko: es war morgens recht kühl - wir fanden keine Anleitung für die Heizung. Wir sind nicht erfroren - aber eine diesbezügliche Hilfe wäre nicht schlecht.
Villa Jasch ist unbedingt empfehlenswert - Komfort, Lage und Aussicht sind einfach traumhaft.
Und für w-lan freaks: klappt alles super.

Tolle Unterkunft in wunderschöner Lage
Wir haben unseren 2-wöchigen Urlaub in der luxuriösen Villa Jasch in vollen Zügen genossen. Egal ob in den großzügigen Zimmern, auf dem Balkon mit wundervoller Aussicht oder schwitzend in der großen Sauna. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gern mal wieder in diese wunderschöne Region.

Wunderschönes Haus oberhalb der Mosel, mit Traumblick
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche vor Ort verbracht. Da das Wetter leider nicht ganz so schön gewesen ist, konnten wir die Vorzüge des Hauses noch mehr nutzen und genießen. Das sehr schöne und gepflegte Haus, die moderne Einrichtung, die herausragende Sauberkeit etc. lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Man spürt die Liebe zum Detail in jedem Raum. Der große Wohnbereich, der Blick ins Tal, der Fitness- und Saunabereich lassen selbst Schlechtwetter- Tage schnell zum Erlebnis werden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war durchweg sehr herzlich, vielen Dank auf diesem Wege.
Wer Fahrräder buchen möchte, dem können wir den Fahrradverleih „Wanderland“, Zell/ Mosel sehr empfehlen. Für eine schöne Vesperzeit mit leckerem Wein ist Onkel Toms Hütte empfehlenswert.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und wir wurden am Haus sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig bis ins Detail ausgestattet, es hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und der Saunabereich versüßt jeden Regentag.

Perfektes Feriendomizil
Leider gibt es keine 6 Sterne Bewertung, sonst hätten wir diese vergeben. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter und problemloser Check-in. Ich kann mich leider nur wiederholen, traumhafte Villa, die jeden Cent wert ist. Wer eine luxuriöse Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Luxuriöse Villa mit Ausblick auf Tal, Burg und Weinberge
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der luxuriösen Villa.
Der Wohlfühlfaktor war sehr hoch. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und großzügig vorhanden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt!
In der Sauna ließ es sich mit dem tollen Ausblick auf das Tal super entspannen. Auch die Aussicht vom großen Balkon haben wir beim grillen oder einer Tasse Kaffee am Morgen sehr genossen. Die Einrichtung ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Die Dame, die mit uns die Villa Übergabe gemacht hat, war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend mit Restaurant Empfehlungen ect.
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Weinverkostung nur 13min Fußweg von der Unterkunft entfernt.
Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr weiterempfehlen!
