Je recommande c’est un bel hôtel!

L’emplacement est super, la vue est belle, il y a un parking ce qui est important. Possibilité de déjeuner sur place. La chambre est propre. Personnel très accueillant et prêt à donner des conseils. La chambre possède un petit frigo et des verres. La douche est spacieuse et le gel douche sentait délicieusement bon!

Il faut impérativement une voiture, pas de possibilité de dîner aux alentours. Selon mes ados, pas assez de débit pour le wifi heureusement ce n’est pas un problème pour tout le monde. Je trouve qu’il manquait dans la chambre une bouilloire pour se prendre un thé ou café le soir.

Fantastisch

De lokatie is perfect! Het is zo leuk om de berg op te rijden- wat best spannend is- maar als je daar bent heb je een mooi uitzicht over de stad. Do it!

Einmalige Lage! Sehenswert!

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.Sehr freundliches Personal.Die Aussicht über den Hafen von La Spezia ist einmalig.

Sehr enge und steile Zufahrt. Um dort zu Übernachten ist ein Fahrzeug notwendig!

Mooi uitzicht, lastige rit om er te komen

Het uitzicht en het eten in het restaurant. Ontbijt was ook goed.

Dat je niet zelf een balkon had. De rit omhoog en omlaag waren niet makkelijk te doen. Er waren best een aantal trappen die je met je koffer moest nemen

La Vista era bellissima, luogo molto tranquillo, personale molte gentile, hanno aiutoato molto per organizzare cosa é possibile da fare.

Noi eravamo due notte, tre giorni, avremmo avuto bisogno di piú asciugamani. Nella doccia non c'era un ripiano per lo shampoo. Ma lo stesso era bello

Ottimo!

Colazione abbondante e variegata, personale sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Camere grandi e silenziose, ottime per riposare bene. Pulizia perfetta , struttura nuova, ben tenuta, con possibilità di poter uscire dalla stanza nel giardino arredato. Arredamento nuovo ed in ottime condizioni. La vista del panorama è bellissima!

L'unica cosa che consiglio è l'aggiunta di zanzariere alle porte/finestre e finestre.

Insonorisation, on entend les voisins de chambre parlés et le système de plomberie dès que quelqu'un l'utilise. Frigo très bruyant. Absence totale de personnel. Hormis une communication par message nous n'avons pas pu voir quelqu'un ni pour notre arrivée ni pour notre départ.

とにかく眺望が最高に素晴らしい！

部屋はとても綺麗で、ラ・スペツィアの街と港、山並みの眺望が最高に素晴らしい。

建物はPietra１と２があるとのことで、今回泊まったのは１の方だったが、GoogleMapに乗っているのは２の方の位置なので間違えやすい。できればGoogleMapにも１と２の位置を明記して、宿泊直前に送られるメールにもその説明があるとより判りやすいと思う。

Vaizdas nuostabus, tačiau paslaugos galėtų būti geresnės

Iš viešbučio labai gražus vaizdas, malonu vakaroti. Personalas draugiškas, paslaugus, mandagus.

(1) Visiškai nėra garso izoliacijos: girdisi viskas, kas vyksta kituose kambariuose (arba pakliuvo triukšmingi kaimynai). (2) Apsistojome 2 naktis, tai po pirmos nakties, personalas lankėsi kambaryje: kaip įprasta paklojo lovą, tačiau pižamas numetė ant vyro spintelės, ant kurios jis buvo palikęs laidus, pakrovėjus (t. y. nedezinfekuotus daiktus), todėl buvo nemalonu, kad liečiami klientų daiktai ir bet kaip išmėtomi - taip neturi būti elgiamasi. Tai yra didelis minusas, nes jautiesi taip, tarytum kažkas knaisiojosi po tavo daiktus. (3) Ant lovos užtiesalo radau prilipusį ir sudžiiuvusį saldainio gabalą (t.y. nėra plaunami tokie užtiesalai po kiekvieno kliento), o fenas plaukams džiovinti buvo su integruotu plaukų šepeču, kas yra nehigieniška (o nuėmus galiuką su šepečiu, jis veikė taip silpnai, kad džiovintis plaukus teko ilgiau nei pusę valandos). Dar daugiau buvo visas ištelpliotas kažkokiu kremu (matyt nuo prieš tai buvusių klientų) - trūksta valymo. (4) Dar bandėme šeimininkus informuoti ir patikslinti atvykimo laiką (buvome to prašomi, nes atvykimas galimas buvo iki 18 val.), tačiau mums niekas iš vis neatrašė, nors buvo teigiama, kad šemininkai yra pasiekimi nurodytu telefonu. (5) Prastoki pusryčiai.

Sehr enttäuschend

Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht ausgestattet, keine Ablageflächen, sehr kleiner Fernseher. Es war überhaupt nicht das Zimmer, das ich im Internet gesehen habe. Eine richtige Schlangenfängerei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war äusserst bescheiden. In abgegriffenen Konfitürengläsern konnte man sich bedienen, wenn es einem nicht zu grusig war. Ist man erst um 9 Uhr zum Frühstück erschienen, so hatte es keine Brötchen oder Gipfeli mehr. Ich würde dieses Pietra niemandem weiterempfehlen. Es ist zudem völlig überteuert. Nirgends gibt es draussen Behälter für den Abfall. Keine Früchte am Morgen, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, Kühlschrank macht extrem Lärm. Einfach schade, dass man so etwas überhaupt buchen kann.

Great space and location. I was recommend to friends whenever they are visiting the area.

Checking in and out was super easy. The host was super friendly and helpful. This property is at superb location over looking the city and sea. Parking was available at the property as well.

Very good

Very nice hotel, in the outskirts of La Spezia. The staff was extremely diligent and always with a smile. Not so easily accessible if you do not have a car. Also due to the landscape, it took some effort to carry the luggage up the stairs into the room. However, overall very nice place to stay.

Great view, very helpful friendly staff. Quiet and great chill location. Beds were not comfy however. Room was clean. Overall a good experience apart from the comfort of beds. Great breakfast

Pleasant

The view was amazing. The staff were nice, but not there very often.

The rooms had bugs every time we went in them, like bees and wasps and flies. The hotel had loud music playing until 11 pm every night right outside our room. The stairs were steep and way too many of them.

The view is very nice.

Because we had a late check in, we received some instructions in Italian. There were no English instructions, but the problem was that the address received on the instructions took us somewhere else (the gps) and the building where we supposed to stay was not in the same building with the reception area and after we were trying to find the location in the middle of the night, because it was not proper signaled in the night, when the owner came, his attitude was very rude, as if we disturbed them because we asked for instructions in English.

Superb

Nice, quiet place. We enjoyed our visit very much. Very kind service. Beautiful drive and view over La Spezia. Car needed if planning to travel around the area during the visit. Easy to reach Cinque Terre while staying a bit further away from crowded tourist location. Nice breakfast.

Amazing staff, location and wine!

Amazing staff! Valentina who works afternoons was really helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making area in the hallway which was very welcomed! View is stunning!! Paolo has the best local wine served after 7pm and also offers pasta and pizza. As we needed a Gluten free meal, Valentina called a local restaurant and we had a meal delivered and sat outside, enjoyed the view and Paolo's wine.

Nothing, all fab! However, be aware there are lots of steps as it is on the hillside. We did have a bit of a challenge finding it as there are two buildings and the satnav took us to the one without the reception. If you get to the first building, go UP the hill and it's just on the left.
