Nah zum Faros Restaurant, da muss man hin

Inmitten der Olivenbäume, mit Blick auf die Bucht. Moderne Ausstattung der Räume. Aufmerksames Personal. Ruhig gelegen. Gerne wieder

Lovely and beautiful

Loved the style and colours of the place, the furnishings, the relaxing atmosphere, and above all the wonderful lady at reception. She was delightful and provided us with many local tips.

The pool is very pretty but maybe a bit shallow. The beds were not so comfortable. Our room was very hot, which forced us to use AC when it wasn't hot outside.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollen Zimmern. Bar top!

Sehr bemühtes Personal. Super große und schöne Zimmer Tolle drinks an der Bar - der Brazzo die Maina sin Cocktail ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Etwas unpersönlich durch den gehobenen Habitus. Seltsame Regeln beim Frühstück - man durfte nicht draußen sitzen obwohl es drinnen zu heiß war.. Riesen Haufen Papier an Ende durch Rechnungen für jedes Getränk..

Excellent service and welcoming staff, clean room, nice view to the sea, very good breakfast, available parking lots. It was a very good choice for a family with a small kid.

The mattress of the baby cot was too hard. A personnel member was talking bad about some guests in front of us and other guests. The rest of the staff however was amazing.

Gorgeous hotel, awesome service and breathtaking views! we will be back

One of the best, if not THE best resort we have stayed in. a family of four with two children and this was exactly what we needed. Calm, serene location, great breakfast with delicious local products, amazing service, beautiful design and brilliant location for us to explore Mani. it was such an amazing holiday and we will return. thank you I would like to specifically call out Nikos and Penny at reception and breakfast service who were amazing! both excellent examples of how customer service should be!

Lovely staff

Penny made our stay truly memorable. She was kind, responsive, helpful and so accommodating. She arranged massages for us which were excellent and little lunchboxes for our journey home as we missed breakfast. Good location close to Limeni. Easy parking.

Would like more fruit at breakfast.

shower system in the room pretty poor, main manager trying to charge us more for bedlinen in extra bed that had been booked in the suite

Management of misleading suite description

The elevated location above a beautiful bay with mountains to the rear. The cleanliness of the property. The friendliness of the general staff

Room description and management of complaints. Our junior suite (N°6) was without a side sea view as described The view was only gained outside from the patio perimeter We complained & were moved to a more expensive Grand suite, one of two available options. Upon checkout, the manager didn't accept the reason for our complaint, treating the move as an upgrade request & applied an additional charge of €116. Despite highlighting the misleading description, the manager challenged the fact & accused us of brinkmanship. In recognition that a superior suite had been provided, we offered an additional €40 as a fair solution. Whilst continuing to be confrontational, the manager reluctantly accepted. We have no interest in these unpleasant exchanges whilst on holiday and found the manager's intolerance of what we considered a legitimate complaint surprising and unsettling.
