Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été agréable, nous avons été contents du personnel à l'écoute

L'emplacement au cœur de Sandton était parfait car à proximité du Mandela Square, Gautrain et autres. La formule buffet pour le petit déjeuner est excellente avec un personnel attentif et disponible. J'allais oublié la salle de sport et son équipement

Par contre, nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié les pool parties du weekend car nous étions logés du coté de la piscine et notre fenêtre donnait juste à l'emplacement du DJ, donc impossible de se reposer le samedi et le dimanche. Merci au personnel qui a pris en compte notre mal être et nous a très vite changé de chambre.

The was no mats/carpets in our bathroom, that was a turn off cos after taking a shower the was water all over the bathroom going to our room.

Safe with on-site parking. Close to Sandton City Mall and Gautrain. The food at the restaurant was excellent! And the waiter very friendly. Reception helpful; Very comfortable stay.

Not sure that previous guests honoured the ‘Non-smoking room’ sign. Smelled of smoke. May need attention to little details not in keeping with luxury feel: eg replacement of old, burnt pot.

Amazing experience and a great location

The check in process was easy, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The meals at the restaurant were great. The staff was great too.

The gym is not up to scratch. Needs a little more equipment and maintenance. Exercise is an integral part of travel comfort.

Location is great, the kitchen with all the tools are also great, but overall it is too noisy

It was very noisy at the hotel. First the pumps from the jojo tanks were making such a noise that one could not sleep. Moving to another room it was so noisy, I could hear every word of the people staying in the room next to me.

A Joeys stay with pizzazz

Selected for its location with ease of access to Gautrain and Sandton City. It offered apartment style accommodation with lounge/kitchenette area, a generous bathroom with rain shower and an exceptionally comfortable kitchen bed. Pablo’s was excellent for breakfast, a drink or dinner whilst a bonus to have swimming pool. All staff, whether reception, restaurant or housekeeping were welcoming and helpful. I be would certainly stay here again.

A small “niggle” but hot water was a little spasmodic.

Good place to stay.

The location and facility were good. I didn't took breakfast in the hotel. Therefore i cannot rate it.

WC was compact and it was not satisfactory to use WC wash basen and sanitary. The self cattering kitchen was good but the pans to cook were in 4/10 condition.

A major disappointment compared to my previous stay.

I never ate breakfast because I did not have any Wifi for the whole stay and I checked out first thing in the morning to head to the airport early as I needed Wifi to work.

The water being cold all time made for an unpleasant stay. But either than that, it was just okay really.

Very good location.

Cold water almost all the time , depending on time of day . Not sure what type of gyser system they have . But sometimes the water was really cold to shower . Only once in my 3days was I able to get a hot shower. Staff is too casual , not very formal in informing you what to expect in the room or services etc . You have to ask about everything . Didn’t really feel like a hotel , instead felt more B&B than anything (look and feel).

That people who came to the restaurant can also come to the pool area ... Felt somewhat uncomfortable coz if anything can get lost we won't be able to held them accountable coz they will be all gone the next thing. But beside all that i would still come back loved the place ❤️

Staff at the hotel were great. Never got to try the food but the coffee was amazing.

The setting is lovely with the pools and the staff are excellent. Room was clean and the kitchen has everything needed. Fantastic to get a 1.5L of sparkling water at the bar, wine and ice at reasonable prices.

Unable to block the bright outside pool lights out as the curtains didn't seal off the light properly. Aircon was too noisy to leave on. Opening the window meant the traffic was very loud. TV - wasn't able to get a channel to view. No alarm clock. No iron in the room No hotel information in the room about where the gym is or how to order room service etc. Yoghurt and granola took more than 15 minutes so had to leave without eating breakfast. Close to the Gautrain but taxi charged R100 to drive 700m as it was to0 dark and not safe to walk

Loved the place overall, food is great and rooms are spacious and clean.

I like the outside facilities, the pool area with the bar. Its very relaxing and great atmosphere even though their service was a bit slow, as we had to keep calling our waiter.

The service at the pool area was very bad, and our drinks were served in plastic glasses which were dirty.

Was not aware that it is a party hotel.

Music was playing until all hours of the night and the walls were very thin. We had paid prior to arrival and also for breakfast. When we arrived they wanted payment again and said we had not paid for breakfast. THE WORST PART… after we dropped our luggage in a room that was 150m walk with all bags we went to the bar for a drink. When we returned someone had been in our locked room. Sunglasses had been moved, wall chargers were unplugged. A joint bud was in the bathroom. Our bathroom window which was closed was now open. And the scary part is that the joining room door that I had checked was locked when we arrived was now unlocked.
