We charge a pet fee of $145 per pet/stay/cleaning. Any damage or complaint in the property due to bringing your pet(s) can be reflected in extra charges or cancellation. Please let us know when you're bringing them, if you bring more than one pet, the platform automatically collect's the first pet's fee, so we'll collect the additional pet fees separately.
-This property has a self-checkin.
-Parking is in a first-come, first-serve basis.
-We have internet TV with Hulu, Netflix and live Xfinity TV which you can get to from the Roku homepage, you must use your own credentials to login in these platforms.

Check-out is at 11:00AM (strictly enforced), if you need more time please inquiry in advance, fees apply.

*RAINSTORM or HURRICANE POLICY:
No refunds will be given unless:
The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane
Warning area" and/or
A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

The apartment has a nice location, easy to get around (though parking can sometimes be difficult). The window AC units are very loud, I wouldn't have wanted to stay here in the hotter months when AC would need to be used all the time, but otherwise it was a fine place to stay for a few nights.

Clean and convenient to many walkable places. I believe the listing mentioned a pool which we did not find.

We very comfortably fit two on the pull-out couch and two on the queen bed. Clean, good location, everything you need for a week-long stay in the apartment. Very convenient location and we felt safe with the locks on the doors and walking as a group at night. However, I booked the stay for 4 guests in December and 48 before check-in in March the host messaged me asking for an additional fee per guest per night, which would significantly increase the price. I did not agree to this and the host was understanding, but it is very worthwhile to communicate with the host early on if you plan on additional guests, as you may end up paying much more than you initially booked for.

The apartment is in a good location. I stayed in apartment 4, which was perfect. The place is clean and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped. I will try to book again in the future if I go back to Miami.

We had a really great time. The house was very clean and not too far away from everything!!! A great place if you don’t want to be in the crowd but not too far from the fun!! We enjoyed thank you so much

This is a cute condo and David was a kind and responsive host. We originally chose this location because the bus to Key Biscayne is so close, although we ended up renting a car because of COVID. It was an easy drive to Key Biscayne where we daily hiked and laid on the beach. A note that the water pressure and hot water in the shower was very good. The condo was immaculately clean. Thank you to our hosts!

Had a great experience. It was very comfortable for everyone. Host was very nice and responsive Main entrance key needs to be changed ASAP. I recommend this place and will stay here again if i need to.

This property has it all! Easy access to grocery, public transport, and 2 short blocks from the Brickell shoreline walk (excellent evening activity!) and a stones throw away from some of the best dining and bars in Brickell! The property was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for working professionals. I cannot wait to stay here again!
