Beautiful 3-bedroom 3-bathroom spacious two level townhouse in the heart of the White Mountains for your year-round family entertainment in New Hampshire! Central Split AC in bedrooms and living area for comfortable hot summer days. Brand new electric induction stove with air fryer.

Just two hours north of Boston, it is located in the spacious professionally managed Deer Park resort in North Woodstock, New Hampshire, right off exit 32 of I-93 along scenic Pemigewasett River. The house has 3 bedrooms with beds that can sleep 8, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room that can sleep two more. Brand new 65” smart TV and high speed wifi add more entertainment options. Brand new washer/driver, kitchen wares plus basic condiments give you convenient living options if you want to maintain social distance while enjoying the nature. In addition, there is a Casio Privia fully weighted electric piano in first floor if you want to play piano.

It is a few short minutes to Loon and Cannon Mountain ski areas, 15 minutes to Waterville Valley ski area, 30 minutes to Bretton Woods, 3 minutes away from Clark’s Trading Post, and 5 minutes to Whale Water Park. Other family entertainments and area attractions include Hobo Railroad and mini golf, Alpine Adventures Zipline and rope course, Santa’s Village, Lost River Gorge, the Flume Gorge and Basin, Boise Rock, guided wildlife (moose) tours, Echo Lake, Artist Bluff and other popular and famous hiking trails, museums filled with Americana, Steam Locomotives, a Covered Bridge, and much more. Also, less than an hour away is the Mt. Washington Cog Railway and the shopping outlets in North Conway and Tilton.

The townhouse is outdated, dark, poorly lit although it is spacious. Counters were chipped, mirrors damaged and some windows and blinds not working. The resort is beautiful and the facilities at the resort were great. We especially enjoyed socializing by the new firepit and the new pool and hot tub.

I was very disappointed upon arrival. We have stayed at Deer Park many times in the last 10 years and were never "surprised" as we were upon walking in to the home. While the owners granted us early entry "after coordinating with the cleaners" which to me meant that if the cleaners were not finished we would not be allowed to enter early. Instead it meant that the house was not fully cleaned and prepped for our arrival. We found the bunk beds not made, bathroom sinks not cleaned and in the bunk room closet bedding that looked like it had been stripped from a bed, rolled up and stuck in the closet- including the mattress protector. And in one bathroom, a soggy bathmat. I did not contact the owners because I do not like spending MY vacation waiting for a stranger to enter our rental to rectify what should have been taken care of before our arrival. The house is very dated and the kitchen was not as well-appointed as I would like. Several light switches seemed to do nothing -labeling them would be helpful. Very basic cooking items only. Lastly the small niceties that we are used to with a VRBO rental were lacking, a welcome book, extra toilet paper, paper towels, fresh sponge for dishes. As to the description "A Home Luxury resort 3-bed 3-bath townhouse sleeps 8", yes, it was A HOME in a luxury resort but the home itself was not luxurious. We had good weather and a good stay but felt the house was not worth the money paid.

We had a great stay in this condo. The bedrooms were big and comfortable and had their own mini split AC units which was nice to have! Quiet area and not too bad of a walk to the water. Might be far for little kids but my teens had no issues. Responsive owners and would rent again.

Had a wonderful 7 day Thanksgiving vacation at Deer Park. Happy to have first floor bedroom and more agile family members took top two bedrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was an extra bonus. The fireplace was a delight and hosts were responsive in making our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend!

There was an issue with the heating putting off a strong burning chemical smell. The host was great about communication with this issue. However we had to leave a day early. We were not refunded for the night we stayed but did receive $ for the night we didn’t stay. It would have been nice to receive a full refund. That was unfortunate and really wished we didn’t stay the night. But- we were tired from skiing and stayed. I wouldn’t recommend this place for kids.

House was super clean with all of the fittings needed in the kitchen. Town (Lincoln) is very close w/ a large supermarket, which made cooking in the house easy. Check-in and check-out instructions were made very clear & information binder had lots of local things to do. Location down the Kancamangus highway also allowed easy access to a number of NH state parks. Overall 10/10 stay - would revisit!
