About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Beach! This condo is located on the third floor of the complex, close enough to hear the waves crashing on the shore. The views are amazing! Sit on the balcony with your favorite beverage and enjoy the sunrise, watch the dolphins play in the water or the birds soar over the ocean.
The condo has recently gone through an extensive renovation. All new floors, fresh paint, new cabinets and more! The unit has 2 air conditioners to help keep you cool on those hot days. The unit has an open floor plan and features a kitchen island and plenty of counterspace.
The kitchen has all the appliances you need while on vacation - a dishwasher, a combo washer/dryer unit (no need to go to the laundry building), electric range with self-cleaning oven, over the stove microwave and a full-size refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.
There is a small dining table with 2 chairs, 2 stools at the island, as well as an outdoor table and chairs, giving you plenty of options to enjoy your meals.
The living room has a comfortable modular sofa with an ottoman to allow you to kick up your feet and stretch out. The couch is comfortable enough to sleep on or it can be easily moved to accommodate an air mattress for additional sleepers. There is an electric fireplace and right above it is a 65” Smart flat-screen TV with all your basic cable channels as well as access (with your own account information) to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. High-speed Wi-Fi is also included to allow streaming/work on phones, computers, and tablets.
The bedroom has a built-in closet organizer to unpack and organize your clothes. There is a queen-size bed and 2 nightstands. The bedroom has a 50” Smart flat screen tv with local cable access and, as in the living room, access to streaming services with your own account information.
North Topsail Island is a family community with clear blue-green waters surrounded by sand that is loaded with amazing shells and rocks. Many beachgoers are able to find shark teeth on the beach (some advice, find a local to help you in your search). Topsail is a quiet place to escape the rigors of life back home and relax with friends and family.
While Topsail Island is a quiet place, the towns of Sneads Ferry and Surf City are not far away. These towns offer shopping, restaurants, a spa, and nearby country club for those who want to play golf. There are also plenty of tourist activities to do.

**The condo is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the condo, on the balcony, or within 10' of the entry door. Failure to follow this rule will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.**
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to tidal erosion, direct beach access in front of this condo may be limited during high tides. However, it is accessible just a couple of buildings south of us in our complex and there is also a beach access a very short walk past the north side of the parking lot during these times.**

Pretty nice studio apartment that has everything you'll need for some time away from home.
There were a few issues though. I was rarely able to unlock the front door with the code so I had to use the spare keys. I have lost several items in the ocean on past vacations, mostly eyeglasses, but who wants to worry about more things to lose?
The worst thing about our stay was we couldn't use the balcony for the first three days due to it being refurbished. The owner knew about the issue two months before our vacation but didn't tell us until a week before. He gave us the option of a total refund or a discount for the days we couldn't use the balcony. There wasn't any time to rebook anywhere else so we stayed and got the discount. However, this shouldn't be a problem too much longer because it looks like all units should be done soon.
As a senior, staying on the third floor was a bit of a trek several times a day; but, this shouldn't be a problem for younger folks. This is the biggest reason I wouldn't book THIS unit but would on a lower level. The complex isn't close to anything so there is a lot of driving to do anything not beach related.
The owner was really easy to contact during our stay. Because of the discount for the balcony, I felt it was a good value.

It was just delightful, the pictures on the website were exactly the way the condo was when we walked in the door. Because of the cool weather, we never had to run the air conditioner, we were just able to relax with the cool breeze from the patio doors and the bedroom window. The condo was just the right size for my husband and I and we very much enjoyed our little getaway.

Condo was super clean and had almost everything we needed. I was more than surprised. I only wish there had been a clothes dryer or drying rack. Very cozy and view was amazing. Owner was extremely quick to respond to my questions and pleasant to speak with. Would certainly recommend this little joint!!

This was perfect for what we needed. It was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Was a bit disappointed that the beach area was closed right in the front of the property and the stairs were rotted off. The view, however couldn't have been better! Enjoyed listening to the waves lapping on the beach and the pelicans hunting fish. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be back ourselves!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We were here a little less than a week and we will definitely return! The place was clean and comfy. We loved just getting to sit on the balcony and watch the waves crash against the beach. Perfect place for a beachy getaway.

Property was as wonderful---everything you could want for a couples getaway. Plenty of space, mattress was heavenly and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only issue we had was with the dryer. Read it was for small loads but we couldn't figure it out. It's a steam dryer and only made the items wetter. If you don't want/need a dryer then this is the place for you! We would return.

Hunting shark teeth
This is a beautiful property. It has modern appliances, and is stocked like a mini apartment. It was quiet, cozy, and felt like home after a few days. We were very sorry to leave this place. We have two cons. First, the property has limited beach access. We had to travel down the beach in our car and go to public access during high tide. Not a huge issue, we dealt with it. Second, the washer/dryer is one of those new-fangled deals that we struggled to operate. It would either fail to dry out clothes completely, or heat them up to the point of smelling burnt. And if you wished to dry your clothes you had to take half the load out per the instructions. Not worth fussing with.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. Even when we stupidly locked ourselves out of the house, Mark was right on it to help us out! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who needs a nice little getaway at the beach. Hope to return again!

Sweet & Cozy
This was a great spot for 2 adults to get away from it all! The decor was cute and beachy, great attention was given to details and the furnishings were perfect. Hats off to the cleaning crew. We have traveled a lot but rarely have I ever walked in and couldn't find so much as a dust bunny, a stray hair or a spider web on the deck. The unit was immaculate. Many thanks to those who worked to make it so. Would like to find a dustpan to go with the broom for next time. And yes there will be a next time for us!!! Many thanks for sharing your home.

Great Weekend
Arrived in a Gail Storm at 10:00pm, but settling in with the fireplace, outstanding. Grew up at Lejeune, had not been back to Topsail in 48 years, use to be all sand, now all grown up. Enjoyed my return, will be back soon.

Perfect Get Away
I decided to take advantage of being out of work for a knee injury/surgery and head to the beach for some Vitamin Sea. I used the stairs and short beach walks as Physical Therapy. The condo had everything needed for a rehabilitative stay. Thank you.

Nice place for the price
Condo was excellent. View of ocean was perfect. It was a nice place for the cost of the stay. Unfortunately, the high tide kept us off the beach about 1/2 of each day we were there. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It was exceptionally clean and well decorated with modern appliances, etc..

My husband and I had great time at this oceanfront condo. Very clean, nicely decorated, and a fabulous private location. Our only suggestions are a new mattress and a new couch would be nice additions.

Enjoyable stay
The unit itself is very clean and updated beautifully. They definitely showed pride in ownership. Direct view of the beach was awesome! Walking distance to a tiki bar which was fun. Being that this location is end of island not a lot around that doesn’t take a bit of a drive but not too bad. We also went to Splash by the Sea which we highly recommend. Staff and food were amazing. I love the quiet of the beaches in this area but not too quiet. Make sure you put the parking pass in your car upon arrival as we watched someone get towed on our way out and a sign out front does say you will be towed. It’s a reasonable request to preserve that only guests and residents are parking there.

A perfect beach weekend!
The condo was absolutely spotless and the view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was never crowded and I couldn’t have hoped for anything better for our stay. The kitchen had everything we could need and the updated modern bathroom was a real treat. This place is just perfect and we will be back! 10/10 I would recommend.

Book Now - Newly Refurnished Condo!
I’ve been to many, many beaches around the world in my 53 years of life, but with fully transparency, N. Topsail Beach is by far THE BEST (for me) in my very humble opinion. Why? Because I am at the age where I just want to relax and not go on an adventure; been there and done that when our kids were younger. #Iheartemptynesters
The Condo - stop looking and book now! Newly refurbished, extremely clean, and a tremendous view from the balcony. Also, though some of the reviews mention the high tide, just know that for us in late June/early July, it worked out and nothing to sway our decision for the future. If anything, it gave us a little break to go inside, eat lunch, then go back out for another round in the afternoon.
The Beach - again, stop looking and book now! Though here are some things we wish I had known beforehand: 1) because of the tides, it’s hard packed sand, so though we enjoyed our easy walks, bring your bikes!! 2) bring your running shoes!! 3) during low tide at the north end of the island (~.2m from condo), as the the waters ebbs back it creates a shallow water inlet, so bring a snorkel 4) bring your fishing pole!! and finally 5) eat at the Ocean’s Edge (St. Regis condos) for both the incredible food and view. Though recommend you go when it opens (5pm) to avoid the long wait.
Lastly, since this was our first time in the area, we weren’t sure if it was because of COVID or if it’s normally the way it is, but during our stay the beach was sparse with people. Meaning…no crowds!
