The space
Inverted living space design makes the best use of the great views of the water with a big loft like living space upstairs with open chefs kitchen for interacting.
Downstairs offers a spacious master suite with water views and a spa like private bathroom along with two spacious guest bedrooms and guest bath.
I.P.E. Brazilian hard wood decks wrap around this house on all sides.
Water access to for Kayaking and stand up paddle boarding directly from the back yard.
Access to a private bay beach and marina within the private community.
Close to ocean beaches and world class surfing in Montauk.
Access to over 6 local organic farms and farm stands.
Bike to the local farmers market on Saturday mornings, kayak on Gardiners bay in the afternoon then end the day with an epic sunset cocktail overlooking the harbor at Moby's restaurant.
This modern house with large windows offers exceptional wildlife viewing.
Hiking trails are located in close proximity
World-famous restaurants, local sourced boutique shopping interact with trendy nightlife, celebrity spotting and fitness classes taught by renowned instructors.
Stroll along breathtakingly beautiful, white sand beaches! 10 minute drive to Main Beach, voted best beach in the US!
Guest have access to the whole house and 1 acre property with water access.

We are always available via phone and email to interact and assist our guest with the optimal enjoyment of this special space.
Situated only 7 minutes from town and right by the most beautiful bay and ocean beaches. The area has some amazing restaurants, lobster joints, local pubs and bars and the dock for water sports is just a few minutes walking from the house.
You should plan to have a car, but biking would also be a reasonable way to get around.
We have a one week minimum stay during the holidays.
For Monthly rentals the cleaning fee is $ 600. Which includes someone coming to the house 2 times to clean and change linens.
Other things to note
The House may may have 2 private rooms available on some weekends instead of renting the whole house. Please inquire
