Great, but organization has room for improvement

I absolutely loved the location. It’s brilliantly positioned near Eton and Windsor castle with quick drive to the LEGOLAND, which was great. I also really liked the property itself, even though some of the things were a bit uncomfortable (such as the chairs and the low bed in the master bedroom), however overall the property was nice. And the parking space was very useful. The PassTheKey stuff was very helpful with all our requests.

I do however want to say that the verification process was not convenient. It made the whole thing more complicated than it should be and Superhog support was mediocre at best. Additionally, I was not happy with how small was said about the waiver and the deposit. I would prefer if the info about it was more noticeable

Clean apartment with everything that you need for a short stay but the bed was very low

Location of the property was good in terms of accessibility to the high street and local surroundings - very central. It isn't actually accessible from the high street, you have to walk around to the back and I found this a little daunting - I wouldn't have liked to have done it in the dark. That said, I don't know the area so..............

The car parked in the neighbouring bay hadn't done a good job so that made it difficult to get mine in and I worried about mine getting damaged if the other one left first but fortunately I was the first to leave. Nothing you could have done about that at the time but maybe you could have a word now that you know. The bed was very low, not what I expect at all from my work travels.

clean space and modern comfortable but an unusual location and a horrible entrance

the lighting in the bedroom was multicolours and the entrance , local authority housing I think , the parking was so tight I had to find alternative parking as the next door space has a Range Rover

Had a great time, and this apartment was an excellent base.

Great location, easy walking distance to the castle and town centre yet far enough away to be quiet. Whole apartment was very clean and comfortable. On site parking space , just yards from the door, was a great feature. Most apartments in the area I looked at just supply a voucher for off site parking.

A little too much tech for me, but a folder with instruction manuals was a help. Parking space was very tight for our van.

Well thought out apartment, everything you needed for a comfortable stay and amazing location!

This accommodation didn't disappoint. The location was even better than we thought it would be. We parked up and walked everywhere the whole weekend. It was so quiet despite being close to all the facilities that Eton could offer; pubs, restaurants and nice independent shops. A short walk over the bridge, which itself had a real buzz about it and was a perfect photo point for sunsets over the river, and you were in Windsor, the castle up ahead and swans on the water!

Nothing to report, we liked everything about our stay, thank you.

Very good

Nice location. Eton is obviously close to Windsor but a lot quieter. Appartement was clean and reasonably well equipped.

It’s a bit heavy on gadgets you don’t need. Pans need replacing. The bed is weird but for our kids, that wasn’t a problem.

council flat poor quality stay

nothing. This was advertised as a beautiful boutique apartment, it is not. it is also not on the high street, it is around the back in not a very nice area. I turned up alone for work and was utterly shocked. I felt unsafe and the flat itself was not up to standard. I had to check myself into alternative accommodation I called the property immediately, distressed and advised of this issue and advised that I had to pay for alternative accommodation, I was charged over £750 for a week, I didn't stay there one night. i asked for a refund the night of the arrival and they flat out refused. I would have expected to loose the first night, but to keep all of my money is disgusting. it is very falsely advertised. DO NOT STAY HERE!

A great location for a visit to a royal town

Ideal location with brilliant sized car parking space Guest services very responsive Modern and well laid out and clean apartment

Too many gizmos and gadgets in apartment, light sensors in wardrobe and bathroom on at random times Bins full and smelled outside front entrance Very dark on approach to apartment Not enough info or instructions given on entrance to apartment Bed is very low, like sleeping on floor Smart tvs did not work after indicating in guest manual they are smart tvs

Fantastic stay!

The appartment was clean, tidy and in a lovely location with just a short walk away to anywhere we wanted to go. Most things we needed were already here for us for example complimentary coffee, tea, sugars and milks. The apartment was well decorated and felt comfortable. All in all a fantastic stay!

The mattress was rather uncomfortable and the bed far too low, but this was just a small matter.

Needs attention for the price.

Fairly quiet despite the town centre location.

Dirty scatter cushions, walls need repainting in places, bed far too close to the floor for comfort. No instructions provided for kitchen appliances, especially the induction hob. Extractor fan above the hob isn't connected so it doesn't work and the flat fills with cooking fumes. Lounge seating area (sofa) does not point towards the TV, so only one person can sit and face the TV. Two seated people have to sit and look to their right, which is very uncomfortable. Approach to the main entrance door (through the dustbins to an unlit doorway) is quite Dickensian.

Small but a good spot!

Great location and parking. Kitchen well laid out and a nice shower.

Main Bed too low and sofa bed too hard. Sensor lights in wardrobe were annoying at night. Also very small so would be a struggle with 4 adults.

Great apart from the duvet situation!

Location was amazing!

Beds not very comfy and no duvet cover was provided for the sofa bed. Tried to contact hosts but only got automated response. They called back once we’d left the property and we’re home the following day.

Perfect place to stay for a shirt trip to Windsor

Great apartment, very modern, clean and well equipped. In a good location for visiting Windsor and surrounding areas. Communication was good on the lead up to and throughout our stay. Nice touches with small welcome pack in the kitchen with tea/coffee etc and toiletries in the bathroom.

Winsdor staycation

Location was fantastic! Lots of amenities on your door step. Lovely to walk out and be on Windsor Bridge within 2 mins!

Excellent location but Flat was a little uncomfortable, bed was very low, sofa bed not the best and shower wasn't great unless you wanted to wash your hair every time. It was very warm when we stayed so having a fan or some portable air con would be beneficial as quite stuffy after a day out.
