Bien situado y desayuno genial

Es un edificio antiguo pero reformado, estuvimos en la habitación del ático y muy bien, muy amplia y todo muy limpio. La ubicación perfecta, en la zona centro cerca de todo andando pero a la vez en una calle tranquila sin ruido. Tiene un par de parkings municipales muy cerca con tarifas muy económicas. Pero sin duda lo mejor el desayuno, todo casero y muy rico, servido por el dueño súper amable y atento.

Simplemente saber que es un tercer piso con escaleras algo empinadas, y la habitación al ser abuhardillada tiene zonas en el baño y la habitación donde hay que ir algo agachado para no darse en la cabeza. No es más que una leve incomodidad pero volvería sin duda al mismo sitio.

Un endroit parfait pour une escapade ou un déplacement pro

Le lieu, la chambre, l’accueil et le petit-déjeuner.

Juste une petite suggestion, mettre des produits (shampoing et gel douche) dans la salle de bain.

Midden in het centrum. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame huisbaas.

Beau petit studio ; TB placé ; personnel adorable

Tout était bien : La personne qui nous a reçus était charmante. Le petit studio était très propre. La position géographique est excellente. Le petit studio a été décoré avec goût. Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Le lit d'appoint (vraiment pas suffisant) Grince TOUT LE TEMPS, dès l'on bouge (même un peu...) Conviendrait, à la rigueur, pour un enfant (mais à peine...) Par contre, le lit de la chambre (pour un couple) est très confortable.

Ga ik niet meer naar toe.

Jongen (zoon) zeer behulpvaardig. Lokatie eerst niet te vinden als je met eigen auto komt. Ontbijt minimaal, er stond continu een man achter de bar naar ons te kijken. Voelde niet echt fijn.

Alles nieuw verbouwd maar niet goed. Licht op toilet gaat na paar seconden weer uit. Toilet veel te hoog. Geen haakjes voor handdoeken.

Céntrico pero incómodo

El desayuno y la localización

Éramos 4 y solo pusieron cama para tres. Escribi contando el problema y no tuve respuesta. Además era un cuarto piso sin ascensor con una escalera peligrosa que olía a humedad. La entrada a la habitación tenía una altura de menos de 1,30 m que obligaba a entrar totalmente agachado. Muy incómodo

Super maison d’hôte, je reviendrai avec plaisir

Tres beau logement, lumineux et grand. Pas un bruit. Literie très bonne également. Logement qui utilise des produits pour être plus économe donc super ! Belle initiative Très bien placé. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Mettre un peu plus de serviettes de toilettes et elles sont à changer car elles étaient abîmées. Mettre un petit tapis pour sortir de la douche. Sinon de tous petits détails : Les wc sont trop haut. Le temps du détecteur de la lumière des wc doit être modifié. Problème avec la tv. Il manque un grille pain pour le petit dej. Mettre une petite carafe à la place d’une ancienne bouteille en verre de jus d’orange. Un petit porte savon en poussoir pour se laver les mains.

Tolle Lage. Saubere und großzügige Zimmer.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, richtigem Tisch mit Stühlen, Ventilator, Waschmaschine und viel Platz. Perfekt.

L’emplacement

La literie était moyenne, les draps n’étaient pas correctement lavés, les équipements très moyens et les fenêtres très mal insonorisées Le petit déjeuner correct dans une petite salle assez sombre. En résumé à part l’emplacement , le prix est excessif par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Badezimmer komplett unbrauchbar

Die Erwartungen waren bei einer booking Bewertung von 9.2 sehr hoch. Wir waren nicht darauf vorbereitet, dass das Badezimmer komplett disfunktional war. Das Licht ging nach ca. 10 Sekunden immer aus, und es war stockdunkel. Die Armatur am Waschenbecken war defekt und nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Deckenhöhe ist für grosse Menschen viel zu niedrig. Es stank die gesamte Zeit ekelhaft aus den Abwasserrohren. Der Eigentümer sollte hier nacharbeiten und nicht bereits im Vorfeld die Gäste um eine Bewertung über 8 bitten

non lo raccomando

La presentazione dello stabile è quello di una casa in disuso da anni. Appena si apre il portone di ingresso si viene accolti da umn profondo odore di fogna che ti accompagna per le scale di tutti e quattro i piani senza ascensore. La camera, meno drammatica di come ci aspettavamo dalla presentazione esterna, sarebbe stata tutto sommato decente, se non fosse per l'odore di fogna che scaturisce dal lavandino e dalla doccia e che ti prende la gola. Il passaggio fra la sala e la camera ha una porta che è alta 130 cm, tanto che anche io che sono diversamente alta sono riuscita a prendere una testata sul trave.

Good experience staying in a traditional building

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The room had enough space and it was very comfortable with a park outside the window. It is not often that I get the experience of staying in a traditional building, so it was a wonderful time.

If I need to say something, in case you plan to have a meal in the room, please note that while there is a microwave available, there is no cutlery. You will need to bring your own cutlery to use.

Ideal for a nice stay in Bayonne with breakfast being a lovely bonus!

Nice room in a great quiet location and central for all the shops, sights, bars and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing and a complete surprise. The breakfast proved a very sociable place and easy to talk to fellow guests.

On arrival the fridge was not working and the safe deposit box (an important room facility for me) was locked. Although upset that the room was not perfect when I arrived - the owner Norbert - came round that afternoon and fixed everything. You can always judge a place by how the owner reacts when things are not right so well done Norbert.

Wonderful experience. I strongly recommend this place.

It was fun to stay in an old building, exquisitely remodeled, within the old city. We had no problems with the stairs, even though we are both in our seventies, and I broke my kneecap 4 months ago. It helps to be active and travel light. This place is delightful, and within walking distance to wonderful restaurants.

Nothing related to the stay, although the overnight parking lot near by would not accept our U.S. credit card. We solved that by paying the car behind us cash to use their credit card.

Friendly jost

We met the host on the street before our check-in time and he kindly offered to store our bags. He also gave us a map and recommended where to eat (at a discount with free aperitif).

We had to leave for an early train so missed out on the breakfast... and didn't say goodbye. So goodbye and thanks Norbert
