The house fit our family’s needs perfectly! We are a big family and we enjoyed having enough room to have our own space when needed! The kids enjoyed the movie room and the large outside area to run around in! There is plenty of room on main floor for meals when the family gathers. Lots of water toys! The only drawback is getting to the water. Walking across the street is a little worrying with kids but after a day there you notice that it’s not a well traveled road.

Just WOW! We rented both homes for our family of 28 from 5 different states and LOVED every second of our stay! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, towels, dishes, space, parking and FUN!🤩 We got quick helpful responses from both Evolve and Seth before our arrival for planning and during our stay!! Kids (& adults)totally enjoyed the big gym activities , big screen movies & rec room downstairs, swing set, hot tub and sand box but our real favorite was hanging out on the dock which felt completely private- swimming, fishing, kayaking and SUPing on the River on beautiful sunny days was THE BEST!!! We used their water toys & brought some of our own! ( They have a great supply of life jackets too!) The ramp down to the dock is steep, but has good traction and handrails so even our 92 year- old Matriarch handled it!! We appreciated having multiple ovens & refrigerators for cooking for our big group!! Plenty of cookware/ spices/ paper goods were provided too! After watching the Paris Summer Olympics on the big tv inside, we held our own family Olympics in the grassy backyard & had a BLAST!!! Some of us enjoyed trips into Sandpoint to the Farmers Market & shopping, or lovely walks in both directions from the house, but this property was so amazing, we really had no need to leave. Wished we could’ve stayed a second week!! We all definitely hope to be back here again for more family bonding and time enjoying the nature and peace it has to offer!!!

Awesome family Christmas! This house was very clean and well stocked. Bedrooms to accommodate all 20 of us. Added bonus was the gym and a basement for our grandkids to hang out in. This is the second year that we have rented this beautiful home for our family "Christmas" which we celebrate after Christmas. There are 19 of us, 5 families in all, and the layout with a large kitchen, dining and living room are great! Having large bedrooms with attached bathrooms is a huge bonus so that every family has adequate space and privacy. There are many great entertainment options both inside and outside. It is well stocked and furnished. It was clean and welcoming. The beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a great place to relax and talk, there are multiple large TVs for movie watching. The gym is a huge bonus. Even though we stayed here in the winter (which is great), I can imagine that renting this in the summer or fall would be fantastic. It is a great year-around rental and you can find plenty to do no matter the time of year. Communication between us and Seth was excellent. He was prompt to answer our questions and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

The home is warm and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and the house has everything you will need. The layout worked really well and it’s really such a beautiful area. The owner and manager were responsive when we had questions and we even asked for the link to the mattresses they have. Great stay!

We held a reunion here and had family come in from Spokane, Portland, Los Angeles, and Provo. This lake house far exceeded our expectations.
There is just so much room both in the house and with the surrounding facilities and yard area, that we all had so much to do - the swing area, the gym area (which is the size of a school gym), the outdoor tables for eating and playing games, horseshoes, movie theater, hot tub, and the LAKE.
The host provides various water craft and life jackets. We spent two to four hours on the lake each day and often went at sunset for another hour of paddle boarding and rowing. Everyone enjoyed the huge hot tub.
The house is very well stocked. We brought a lot of food for our crew and six day stay and placed the dry goods on the large formal dining table. The two refrigerators were ample for us. There is also an outdoor freezer.
We ate at the large kitchen table or mostly outside.
The theater room was a lot of fun for our littles just to play in when we weren’t outside. And to watch movies - it was terrific. I’ve hung on to some of our favorite DVDs and was pleased to know the theater system also had a DVD player.
The adults played pickle ball, basketball, baseball, horseshoes, and frisbee. The kids covered all these, too.
We had cooler weather at night and the fireplace was great. We also had warmer days and the air conditioning in each individual sleeping area was appreciated.
Also, I was surprised that ‘Yokes’ (?) - a great grocery store - is only a quick 15 minute drive away.
There are so many wonderful things to say about this listing. It was just a wonderful stay.

We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay in this beautiful cabin in Sagle ID!! This large cabin was perfect for our large family! The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we could possibly need, the hot tub was perfect, the beds were so comfortable. We had so much fun with the kayaks and loved fishing in the beautiful river. We had a blast with the basketball and pickle ball courts. Evenings were so fun with the fire pit and the littles spent hours playing outside and in the sand box. The only thing we lacked was more time to stay there!!! The hosts were so responsive, helpful, and kind to communicate with. All of our children and grandchildren are hoping we make staying at this beautiful home in Sagle a regular tradition.

Clean, well maintained, very comfortable, warm enough during the cold month of February, nice kitchen with all we needed to cook family dinners, spacious enough for groups of all sizes and ages.
Every room has it's own full bathroom, plus there was a half bath by the kitchen for general use. The hot tub was large and the jets were amazing! Probably the best hot tub I've ever been in.
My family would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting. I do not have any complaints as the house and host were both wonderful!
One question for the host.....
The only thing we were a bit confused about was with the hot tub. The house rule was to put in chlorine shock after every use, but with so many people in our group we were rotating and using it multiple times per evening. To avoid making the tub too chemically treated for the next people getting in, we just did a single shock at the end of the night when everyone was done using it. I hope that was okay. Thanks again!

My family goes on a getaway every year. This was by far the best place for our family. Many bathrooms. Never felt like we needed more. Lots of plates and bowls and everything in kitchen. Hot tub was amazing! Radiant floor heating was awesome. Natural gas fireplace was great! Awesome smart TV. Lots of seating for dining. Close by to home in Spokane. Enjoyed every moment of it! Might book it again next year.

This is an amazing property that really allows you and your family to get away and spend time together. We loved sitting on the dock at sunset, cooking under the pavilion while the kids played in the yard, pickle ball and hikes. The paddle boards and kayaks were a hit with the kids. The home is awesome and so well stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals with. Large dumpster to ensure plenty of room for trash. Hot tub was a great way to spend time and unwind after a day of activity. Loved seeing the wild turkeys, deer and eagles. Only regret is wishing we had more time to spend at this location. Created so many memories with the family and the kids continue to talk about it.

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked playing in and on Lake Pend Orielle. Fishing from the pier was one of our favorite things. The children particularly liked swinging, roasting marshmallows, and the hot tub. There were adequate bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family and a big enough kitchen fir all of us to gather for games and meals.

Large Family Gathering
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 18 people, ages 1yr to 60+, and this place had something for everyone! Our kids were never bored as they had a swing set, ping pong table and woods to play in at the house and also a lovely secluded swimming area just a short walk across the road.
The adults enjoyed visiting on the beautiful, picturesque back patio, fishing, and swimming.
The house was clean and very functional in that each bedroom/family had their own bathroom which was such a bonus with kids.
We were concerned about the house not having ac but even in the 90 degree heat, with the use of fans and some small window units upstairs, the house stayed very comfortable.
We were also fortunate enough to get to meet the owners of the house and they set up a water trampoline for our kids to use on our last day- so generous and the kids had a blast! It was lovely to meet the owners and get to know them and the story behind the house...
Some very small recommendations for future renters: there is only one refrigerator and if you have a large group, you will need to use coolers because of limited fridge space. We did this and it didn't deter at all from the experience but just as a heads up. Also, the dock space is small so if you park 2 boats, it takes up most of the dock. Again, we still were able to make the most if it and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We are looking into booking again for next year!

Not what we expected
The house could not sleep the posted amount. At the most comfortably it could sleep 18.
The outside was under renovation, so had no place for kids to play and potential areas to play were taped off to stay out. Advertised badminton could not be played because grassy area was taped off and rest of area was trashy because of construction.
Fire pit was not as advertised.
Parking was restricted without advance notice.
Doc to swim and boat from was across a road with speeding cars, so crossing for children was scary at times.
Water toys like kayaks and paddle boards had to be hauled about a 100 yards down and back up a steep ramp every day - not easy to do for older adults or smaller children of which we had both.
Hot tub wouldn't get hot.
Ping pong table was warped so useless.

Great property!
We stayed here for our annual friends gathering. The property has updated rooms, comfortable beds, basic equipment, a nice backyard, and access to a dock. Enjoyed our time immensely!
The upstairs bedrooms have a loft that connects to the adjoining room, accessible only by ladders in the rooms, which was really fun for the kids.
Some water equipment was available, kayaks and paddleboards, also a ping pong table and cornhole.
The coordinators were very accessible and answered promptly, very helpful!
Notes to be aware of for planning (not complaints, just things you should know):
It was record breaking heat and limited air conditioning which made the evenings uncomfortable, but they had swamp coolers (which required a ridiculous amount of water) and a few small window a/c units, which helped a bit fort those rooms, but the kids had a hard time sleeping. It didn't cool down with the windows open until 2am. Bring box fans for the evenings if it will be in the 90-110 range.
The internet is the best available for the area, but it is very slow. We have Verizon cellular, which doesn't get service at the property, so streaming videos for the kids was not possible. We worked around it.
We rented a boat from Sandpoint Water sports, and it was only a 20 min boat ride to the dock for the house. The path to get down is a bit steep, so prepare for that if you have limited mobility.

Lovely Home, Wonderful Stay
The pictures do not to justice to the immensity of this home! Our group of 6 couples enjoyed each having a private bedroom and bath. Also we had plenty of space for prepping meals and eating and watching a movie. We took a few long walks and enjoyed the winter wonderland around this home. It was a perfect getaway location for us!

This house met our needs! With 6 bedrooms and full bathrooms, everyone had privacy and space. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed multiple people to use at the same time. Parking was safe and easily accommodated our 3 vehicles. The hot tub jets were wonderful after skiing. The backyard was perfect for young boys, and access to the lake shore was easy. Seth was very responsive and made communication easy. The only thing we could come up with that would have improved our stay......a different can opener! I’m sure that has already been replaced. Excellent experience for our entire family Christmas, even had a Christmas tree for us!
