Dirty and very noisy!

The directions were not very good, I couldn't find the place. When we arrived there was nowhere to park. It wasn't very clean, dust everywhere, and the bedding didn't look clean, had marks on it all. Our bedroom was above the kitchen, and someone was cooking and making a ridiculous amount of noise. Until past midnight, I could hear the noise through ear plugs, so I didn't get a good sleep.

Really bad, not recommend at all

Basically nothing, I like only the fact I stayed there only one night, not longer

whole neighbourhood made me feel unsafe from the first minute, building outside looks like a council house, not a "hotel". Kitchen - doors were so noisy when open/closed, I was waken up couple of times by a huge 'bang' in the middle of night. Other people who stayed there obviously didn't care much about others. Room itself wasn't that bad, but mattress - with springs pop up all over, uncomfortable beyond words, terrible bed, really squeaky, felt like it's going to break down and I am not even a big person. "garden view" - haha. a joke. whole place in front and at the back needs tiding up. That was definitely not what I expected for the money I paid. I was knackered in the morning

Bed sheets had blood stains, walls covered in dirt shower very dirty pillow cases dirty, we ended up staying somewhere else as it was not clean at all!!! Also the bed was broken

very unhappy and let down !

the location was perfect

we did not get to stay here because the owner changed our booking. not only on the day we was supposed to arrive but after the time we could check in. so didn’t stay here. no communication from them and will want my money back. very dissatisfied

Just not worth it

Nothing great to say at all couldnt even stay there. Was horrible and asked very kindly for a refund and they didn't follow through. Wasn't even a working shower was all pulled apart. And no TV. Had to leave and book somewhere else

good for what it is but definitely room for improvement

location was great and the rooms are quite private and key lock doors so no hassle with messing with key cards comes with a double bed at no extra

the shower was dirty and shower door was broken. the door for bathroom is blocked by the bed so lots of accidental banging. I didn’t have continuous supply of toilet paper, towels or bedding. I had stayed for a week and then had to ask for them. I didn’t know if or where the kitchen was till a couple days later. I’m still unsure of how to get to it. the entire building needs a bit more TLC but everything else was good

ok for one night, if you have it just to sleep. not over a day stay

kind of cosy place to stay, 2 towels provided, access to the place

rooms super cold, vapour coming out of your mouth in the morning, cause heating is turned on probably for one hour a day? I’ve message the owner about heating, and I’ve been told it should come on. well I did for about 30 minutes? my parents were freezing both days, including night. cleanliness was kind of ok I’d say. bed squeaky. also somebody tried to enter to the room at 1am! had a keys as well!

Good place to stay for one night when visiting Birmingham.

I arrived very late and couldn’t find the place, but I received help with the check-in and everything at the phone. The shower ist nice and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything one could ask for.

I received the email with vital information only an hour before the check-in time which I gave and was therefore in a tricky situation. The neighbourhood is a little sketchy although it seems to be so central on the map.

I would not be staying at this property again.

The room was ok, unfortunately they did not provide any towels o I could not use the shower and had to use toilet tissue to dry my hands and face after a wash. This was after I had contacted the owner asking for him to bring some towels to the room!

That is a big scum, it’s really bad to list the house as a hotel or guest house. Especially hygiene and service zero. I didn’t like it at all Thank you
