Welcome to 24 Sandhill Crane – a stunning oceanfront six bedroom, six and half bathroom home that can host a group of up to 19 guests.
The outdoor area is simply the best! Outdoor dining table available, a private pool & spa, gas grill, plenty of seating and oceanfront views! The spa was newly added in 2024 and an outdoor fireplace will be added in early 2025. The private pool and spa can be heated seasonally only + for an additional fee
1ST FLOOR: Bedroom one has a king bed, flat screen TV, oceanfront view + access to the porch. The private bath has a walk-in shower and is accessible through the bedroom (and living area).
Bedroom two has two queen beds, flat screen TV, oceanfront view + access to the porch. The private bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Bedroom three has two double beds, flat screen TV + a private bath with a walk-in shower.
The ocean view downstairs living room, large flat screen TV, mini-bar area with a wine fridge + ice maker & porch access. The laundry room has a washer and dryer + a second fridge.
2ND FLOOR: The second living area has a large flat screen TV with access to the oceanfront balcony with outdoor dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances + has a breakfast table. The powder room + formal dining area just around the corner can seat up to eight guests.
The primary bedroom sits direct oceanfront with a king bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The private master bath has a walk-in shower + separate soaking tub.
At the end of the hallway, you have a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the bathroom for the bunk/twin bedroom located upstairs on the third floor.
3RD FLOOR: A bedroom with two twin beds & a pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) + flat screen TV. The bathroom is located at the bottom of the stairs on the second floor.
DETACHED BEDROOM: The newly added bedroom is located detached from the main home accessible via an exterior covered breezeway. This bedroom has one queen bed, flat screen TV, small sitting area, mini-fridge + an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. **Pictures coming once the bedroom is completed early 2025**

• Parking is limited to four cars maximum (not all can be large SUVs). Each car pass is an additional $17/pass/week + tax. We are not able to order more than four car passes. The garage is not available for guest use.

We had 11 adults (5 couples, 1 single) stay in this delightful home. The pictures do it justice. Access to the beach was direct, private, and easy. The rooms were clean, most things worked, and a pleasure. We were all family and decided to return to HH this time next year and we will certainly strongly consider returning to this residence.

This beautiful home had plenty of space for our extended family. Loved the separate living spaces and two separate porches. No one was on top of each other. The interior was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. I would easily recommend this home. Our only issue was parking but that is not unusual in Hilton Head.

The home is conveniently located in Sea Pines and close to Publix and Harris Teeter. The beach is a quiet area. The floor plan works well for a family gathering. There are always adequate supplies in the kitchen and baths to get started. The home is always clean with very nice bed linens and towels. We love the covered porch area. We have been vacationing on HHI since the 1990s. This trip we had our entire family and 3 grandchildren under 3. The home was perfect for us. The bedrooms offer a nice suite style so each family unit had privacy. The beach was so close and not crowded. The pool area, including outdoor seating, was our favorite place as we could still see the ocean from there and that's rare in a Sea Pines oceanfront home. Home is well maintained and spotless. Kitchen is well stocked--which was good because we prefer cooking to eating out. Our family would recommend this home and already have to others in our area.

This was our first time to Hilton head. It was a perfect getaway with my 3 children and spouses and 3 grandchildren ages 6,7 and 20 months. The outside area at ,pool level is covered and great to escape the sun and still be part of the sun. The pool was heated perfectly and great for evening swims. The grill is top of the line and well maintained. We are a cooking family so all meals were planned and executed. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are large, the beds all comfortable bathrooms clean and placed well.
Views of the ocean from the house are spectacular. The beach is amazing. We rented the beach chairs and umbrellas which is a must. We rented bikes but did find there were 2 bikes in the garage for use. There is also a kayak in the garage that we did not use.
It was a perfect trip and a great house. We sill definately return to Hilton Head next year.

We had a fantastic holiday right on the beach. This lovely house was just perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults and 5 grandchildren.Our family is spread out through Los Angeles, Montreal, Glasgow and London and this was the first time we had been altogether as a family for over 8 years. Although we come from Scotland, we have been visiting Hilton Head Island for around 30 years and it holds many family memories.The facilities both indoor and outdoor as well as its location made for a perfect family holiday. we would definitely stay here again (if we could afford it!)

We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchilden. We have been several times to HHI with all eleven of us. The home is beautiful and very close to the beach, although the property is in need of TLC, from probably all the rentals back to back.The painting needs updated, some of trim and doors are peeling off, the pool area tile does not drain properly, therefore causing standing water and slippery areas, outside cushions are needing replaced. It's a beautiful house, you can tell it's a rental. We paid $22,000.00, it should have been in better condition.........

This beautiful beach home is suffering from neglect. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken and also in the main room in lower level, the handrail is loose on the staircase, there is water leak stain in the ceiling, the pool area has low spots that caused tripping. One bedroom didn't have air conditioning and a box fan was left in the closet for use. The railing outside needs to be painted and furnishings are in need of updating,
considering we paid premium pricing, we expected a pristine property.
The location is perfect, the grounds are lovely, and our family had a wonderful time, but the interior left a lot to be desired.

Amazing house and great area
We had a wonderful time and for a family of 5-7 we all had privacy if needed! We loved being right on the beach and the breeze was so nice during the day.
We were not big pool users but it is nice to have there to lay around and put our feet in.
Beds comfortable and the ceiling fans were appreciated. Wish we could have left extra dishsoap, laundry supplies for the next folks but discouraged. Very clean !
Wifi good - we could stream our church service easily and 2 people had zoom work calls.
We may be back! Enjoy all!

My group of 11 (ages 5 months to 66 years old) thoroughly enjoyed this home. The heated pool and direct beach access can’t be beat! The layout of the home was great for our large group. Certain aspects of the home are showing some wear (mostly in the kitchen), but regardless we were comfortable there.
An area for improvement are the “essential” amenities. The quantity and quality of things like trash bags, paper towels, tissues, etc was pretty poor—for such a nice home I anticipated having enough of these items to get us through our week long stay. The home did not have any cleaning supplies so be sure to bring your own if you want to clean the counters, etc.
The rental company was prompt to respond and work to rectify the issue but the dishwasher was not working for the majority of our stay which was unfortunate for our large group.

Outdoor beach life!
Wonderful property, inside and out! The outdoor area was fabulous! We ate most of our meals outside, enjoyed the heated pool, and easy, close proximity to the beach via the private boardwalk. Coastal Home and Villa was very responsive to any questions prior to our stay and prompt in seeing about getting the pool heated when the heat had accidentally been turned off prior to our arrival. We have booked this property again for next year!

It was simply beautiful and so perfect for our group. The grounds and furnishings were well-maintained and tastefully updated. And the beach is right there!
