der aufenthalt in verbindung mit dem bernina- express ist okey.

die auswahl zum frühstück war ausreichend. die bedinung ist aufmerksam.

es wäre ratsam dass in der buchungsbestätigung darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das hotel bernina für den check-in zuständig ist!!! zum glück gibt es noch freundliche mitbewerber!

Il personale gentile ma l’offerta per chi non è onnivoro e presenta delle intolleranze è terribile!

Piuttosto scadente..alle soglie del 3000 non è possibile che non si possa offrire nulla per chi è vegano ed allergico al latte..

L'unica difficoltà se così si può chiamare ma che a noi non ha creato nessun problema e che per fare colazione devi andare all'hotel bernina che è lo stabile principale. Ma ripeto quel minuti di passeggiata per attraversare la piazza a noi piaceva

Excellent location to Bernina Express.

Difficult to find. Located adjacent to train station down a one way street going the wrong way. No name of hotel in front - name is actually Hotel Jane. No staff on site and check in is at Hotel Bernina. Hotel Bernina is about 200 yards to east in front of train station entrance.

Nice room with amazing view

Spacious room, nice design & layout. Amazing view. Comfort bed. Extremely clean and new. When we arrived in Tirano It was our impromtu decision to put up a night in Tirano before heading to Milan.. Had we not booked in advance our hotel in Milan we would have stayed for another night here.

I can’t say

the location was a lot further away from the hotel check in and it was very very difficult to drag a suitcase on the cobbled road. The hallway lighting didn’t work, it was very dark walking to the room, our room window opened up directly to the road to the point we could have unlocked the car parked outside our window. The room was very warm and stuffy. The air conditioning didn’t work. It was so uncomfortable we checked out early.

Lively modern room in excellent location.

The room was lovely. The bed very comfortable and the bathroom exceptional. Situated right next to the railway station but it was very quiet at night.

Breakfast was underwhelming but the cappuccinos were excellent.

Perfect location for a short stop over when traveling with the Bernina train

Great location!! Comfortable room in the groundfloor with a little terrace! Check-in located in the Bernina Hotel is easy and just a couple of minutes walk.

The location was great. Really close to the train station.

Unclear check in instructions. Alighting the train with our luggage, walking to the hotel only to be told to go and check in at another hotel was very tiring. Very unprofessional and rude person at the reception. There were several hygiene kits that were used in the bathroom and just left there. As if the room was not cleaned.

Loved it so much, I stayed three extra nights.

The room and the location were fantastic. The reception and housekeeping staff were wonderful and the restaurant staff for dinner were lovely. The breakfast staff were a little unwelcoming.

Breakfast was not the best. I think perhaps a bit short staffed as tables were often dirty and the room was HOT! This raised a concern for some of the food which was not chilled.

excellent location and very convenient

bed could be a bit better but for a single night stay, it was fine. also there should be sign posted outside the building that keys are collected from the hotel but we figured out in the end!

It is a very nice room, clean, quiet, at an excellent location, very friendly staff.

The bed is dangerous. It seems to be a king size bed, but there were two beds on roots connected with a blanket. They moved and we fell down in between of the two beds onto the ground.

Tirano is much prettier than expected. Apéro Near the Basilica with bread anf Bresola was very nice. Great food at the restaurant Belveder.
