总体不错，性价比很高！

地理位置不错，周围店很多，便利店三步一个，离车站也近，方便奔波各个地方。房间大小也让人满意，一卫一洗浴间一卧室，还有阳台可以晒衣服。

床真的太吵了，一动就吱呀吱呀地响，影响睡眠质量

Cheap and exactly what I needed as a place to sleep.

The price was just absolutely unbeatable for space given. Room is exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very close to the station and there are some great local places to eat with English menus as well. If you need to run there is a small 330m asphalt track about 0.6 miles away.

The beds creak very loudly and a bit uncomfortable. If you're alone, you can probably take the extra bed and make one comfortable mattress if you put comforters on top.

非常棒的體驗!如果下次還會到大阪，會想繼續選這一間旅宿。

下飛機後，由於第一次到日本加上沒做太多功課，因此花了很多時間搞定我們到飯店的過程。如果是台灣搭飛機到大版第二航廈，可以先坐車到第一航廈，下車後沿著第一航廈的路標走上樓，會看到很大的大廳。那裏記得去買捷運票(這裡非常推薦直接買IC卡，非常便利)，我自己是在捷運站徘徊很久，有一位英文很好的日本人看到我似乎有困難，很好心帶我們到西九條車站，順便教我們如何買票XD。因此我們第一天是做到西九條車站下車沿路走10多分鐘的路到飯店，後來才知道原來西九條車站下車後，再去買千鳥橋的票，會更方便。千鳥橋出站後到飯店的過程只需要3分鐘即可到達。沒有提供早餐，不過飯店出去不到一分鐘的距離就有7-11，過馬路到對面也有全家，24小時皆有開。第一天到飯店已經晚上10:30，但飯店斜對面有燒肉店，非常好吃!也順利解決到日本的第一餐。因為飛機延誤，因此我們入住時間嚴重delay。在我們跟飯店告知後，飯店人員也很nice的告訴我們慢慢來。另外因為第一天要入住時一直找不到chick in地點。後來才發現，對方會在17:00前會寄一封email給你，上面會附註大門密碼，以及你的房號跟房間密碼，非常方便! 入住後，他們提供的床非常好睡(我在大阪的這幾天都睡得很沉)，且有提供暖氣、洗衣機、冰箱、以及煮水的熱水壺。我來日本時間是2023/12/22-12/27。這幾天大版天氣0-7度，所以有提供暖氣以及熱水壺真的很棒!

本想著飯店會向台灣提供基本洗漱用品，但抵達後發現他們沒有提供牙膏以及刮鬍刀。但因為對面就有超商，所以我們在裡面解決了這些問題。

We enjoyed it so much!

Location (near to 2 station - 3 minutes and 12 minutes walking time) and self check in/out ☺️ Price is really good!

Nothing much, as an suggestion maybe checking time can be a bit earlier or to get early checking time for fixed amount of money.

コスパ最高です

部屋、お風呂共にとてもキレイでした。ちょっとしたお皿やコップ、食器洗い洗剤もあり持ち帰りのご飯を食べるのに役立ちました。近くにコンビニや有料駐車場、駅、美味しいお好み焼き屋やたこ焼き屋もあり立地も良かったです。

特にありませんが、アメニティは何があるのか記載されていたら尚良かったかと。

大阪観光におすすめ！

千鳥橋駅の目の前で観光時に最適な場所でした。洗濯機とロボット掃除機があり、連泊に適していました。その他洗濯用洗剤、ハンガー、お皿、スプーン、フォーク、食器用洗剤、スポンジ、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫がありました。土日祝日も泊まったのに安いと思います。

ドライヤーがびっくりするくらい小さいので、自分のを持っていった方がいいです。洗濯物を干す場所が室内には少ししかないので注意した方がいいです。ベランダでは8着は干せそうでした。ハンガーも6個だったので追加で持っていった方がいいかもです。電子レンジはないです。

Modern clean apartment in good location and at a good rate.

Location. modern clean comfortable apartment with free use of washing machine. Some reviews commented on squeaking bed. But we slept 4 nights and if the beds had squeaked, it didn't bother us at all. Check in was remote but no issues. You will need to have mobile data. A microwave would be helpful.

5pm check in (late). No left luggage options.

ユニバーサルスタジオジャパンに近い。チェックイン・チェックアウトが非常にスムーズ。

清掃料が別途6000円かかること。その表示が分かりにくいこと。ベッドの寝心地があまり良くない。レンジやリンスがない。洗濯機や洗剤はあるものの干すところに困る。

誰にも教えたくないぐらい最高でした！！！

心地よさ！！初めての旅でわけがわからない状態だったにも関わらず、質問への受け答えは迅速且つ丁寧。本当に何から何まで素晴らしい、に尽きます！

しいて書くなら、、、（部屋や時間帯によると思いますが）大通りに面しているため日中は大型車が通るタイミング？近隣の工事？で、地震が来たかと錯覚するぐらい何度も部屋が揺れます。。やがて慣れますが最初はびっくりしました。なお、日中帯に室内を利用しない場合は全く気にならないと思います！！　※夜はとても静かです。

Enjoyable and a nice trip away for me!

Loved the rooms! Everything was clean and it was very spacious. I also loved having a balcony. For the price, I think it’s really good value! You get a spacious, well-maintained room. Additionally, there is a convenience store nearby, plus other restaurants.

Only minus for me was that it’s not the most convenient location for accessing the city centre. So if you care about convenience of location, somewhere else might be better.

The apartment is very cozy. The washing machine inside makes for a comfortable stay (but somewhere to dry the stuff would be appreciated). It is at 5min from an HS station and 13min walk from the nearest JR station. You can easily access everywhere!

If you're tall like myself (above 180cm) beware of the hood! I hit my head hard on it while checking everything.

it’s really near to the train station and it’s worth the price. the host was very responsive and it was really easy getting to the place! I enjoyed and wish I could stay longer.

we didn’t really know how to recycle the trash but I don’t think it should dissuade anyone from staying!

Affordable, convenient location, ideally for 2 people (or 3 if they travel light), has elevator

Location was good, it was very close to a train station so it made transportation easy. Super affordable for people who are wanting to travel on a budget, for what you are paying, this is a good deal. There's an elevator, which when you have checked bags, is a godsend.

There's limited space, especially if you are traveling with 3 people, with checked bags. It's extremely cozy. There is a washing machine unit, but it's only in Japanese and the host does not have English instructions at the time of this review.
