Everything was good, very clean, Friendly staff, modern looking, good breakfast, free wi-fi and parking, location was great! Walking distance to shopping & restaurants...

Location of hotel was great and convenient. Overall stay was good.

Didn't have breakfast made it down too late. Wasn't informed about the breakfast either when I checked in. Front desk didn't provide much information when we checked in.

Better communication. Guests should be given more information about the property, breakfast, etc. I was given my keys and sent on my merry way.

Exceptional

The rooms were clean and modern. The staff was polite and welcoming, ther breakfast was great and the property was adjacent to a shopping center.

The location of the hotel was great.

The temperature in the hallway was extremely hot at 9 pm. Also, we should have been informed that the alarm system was being tested. We were awakened by that and were unaware it was a teat.

Pleasantly comfortable

Location was great. Last minute booking after family's house we were staying with lost water pressure. The beds were extremely comfortable. Best sleep we had in a 2 week vacation spanning several states. Loved the soft lighting behind the furniture/headboards.

Bathrooms need extractor fans.

The location and the staff and the owner also said that he appreciated us staying there. It was clean everywhere the beds were exceptional.

Clean rooms and bathrooms!

Breakfast was pretty bad. But free is free. I stayed on the third floor and the whole floor had no air conditioning in the hallways. So just cranked the ac up in the room to get the room to cool down.

The temperature on the fourth floor was ridiculously hot. The air conditioner in my room ran constantly to keep up with ut. It was also warm in the gym, so I only used it once during my stay.

overall happy with experience and would stay again!!

cleanliness, ease of checkin and check out, quiet and comfortable. very easy to get to my destination from there and was close and available when needed.

indoor pool meant voices echo loudly and the water was COLD! maybe try heating it a little? still went swimming though, as long as I kept moving haha

I’ll never stay there again or recommend it.

The young lady working the desk at night, was rude, lazy and displayed absolutely no customer service/hospitality until I challenged her because I wasn’t accepting her laziness, her rudeness or her lack of motivation to do her job. She should get a job at the tingling circus because she represented your location like a clown.

Not too good.

I liked the room itself, and the overall location. It was nice and quiet

A staff member came into my room while I was changing, within my booking time frame. Staff wasn’t very helpful and I have been trying to reach the manager to talk about this issue and I still haven’t heard back. Very awful service.

good for one night and early risers

clean and spacious room, location close to Blue Spring State Park

cold non heated indoor pool, breakfast ends at 9am every day- even Sundays. We went down at 9.05 and no more breakfast possible. Gram’s kitchen down the road is great though!!!!

It was great, and I might visit again when I have more time to use the indoor pool

Modern facility and the breakfast was acceptable, even though I would have run breakfast until 10AM, not 9AM

There was noise from next door. It wasn't bad, but you would think they could have built a MODERN HOTEL with more soundproofing.
