Zgodne z opisem.Cena adekwatna do jakości.

Wejścia do budynku i pokoi na kody przysyłane indywidualnie.Dardzo dobry, szybki i miły kontakt z wynajmującym.

Strome i wąskie schody na piętra do pokojów.

Dość przyjemne miejsce na krótką wizytę w Poznaniu.

Mieszkanie dość czyste, bardzo miła właścicielka. Mieszkanie okazało się dużo mniejsze, niż to na zdjęciach, jak zazwyczaj. Mały aneks kuchenny zaopatrzony w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty.

Spoko, ale raczej będę unikał.

Małe pomieszczenie spełniające wszystkie potrzeby. Koncepcja wpisywania kodów zamiast kluczy ciekawa, strach zgubić telefon.

Schody trochę przypominają konstrukcję schodów z domku letniskowego, delikatnie za wąskie. Cienkie ściany i drzwi (z dykty?). Jak się światło zaświeci na korytarzu - masz je w pokoju. Drzwi sa tak prowizoryczne, że boisz się cokolwiek zostawiać w pokoju. Słychać ludzi na górze jak rozmawiają. Pokój oddzielony cienką płyta. Slychac charpanie, rozmowy, jak podłączają ładowarki do kontaktu.

В прохладное время года не рекомендую, возможно летом там терпимо.

Запах плесени, подушки зачем-то обрызгали освежитель, низкая неудобная мебель, полное отсутствие шумоизоляция, холодно, постоянно отключали отопление, в доме попасть сложно - сенсор не исправен(вход в дом может занять до получаса). С окон дует, просыпаешься с насморком, окна текут.

Preis/Leistung war top. Check in sehr einfach . Kleines Apartment aber ausreichend.

I am very content with this choice. Good value for money. Very affordable and nice environment.

Very nice neighbourhood and the house itself. Cleanliness. The room had a balcony. Efficient communication with the host.

I think there could also be at least one stool in the room (could be helpful to enjoy being on the balcony). More of electric sockets would be good.

Really good and nice place to stay in Poznań.I get what I wanted-a place looks alike small single-bedroom flat for a responsible price.With my own bathroom and small kitchen.Because I don't have a good memories with a shared bathroom and kitchen in places like hostel's. Located in a peaceful area,good linked with city centre. Easy self-check in and very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended .

I would say that this place was TOO clean because it smelled like cleaning products very strongly all the time and it’s not a great thing when you have breathing problems. our room had tiny kitchen and tiny bathroom and a nice view from the balcony (garden).

it’s nice there if you have a car, if don’t- you would need to do walking or calling taxi. there are some bus stops around but it’s not possible to buy a ticket there so we walked a lot

Would recommend, especially if you are travelling by car

The owner is very welcoming, friendly and always ready to answer questions. She is really nice person! Beds were clean, the room is small, but it was very comfortable for 2 persons. The apartments have an electric stove, microwave, kettle and the necessary set of utensils. But no washing machine, just a fact

There is a lot of dust on the chandelier and on the closet (we wanted to put things on the closet) and stairs are dirty and you bring it into the room, and since this is a small studio, it spreads quite quickly.We swept the room almost every day, although it might be worth asking about the vacuum cleaner

Good value for money for a short stay

Good value for money, clean, convenient check in process, free parking, tea and biscuits.

The shower was very very small and would have been useful to have some shower gel or shampoo. Beds were also very small, as well as towels, and you can hear pretty well other people, doors, stairs, etc. Tap water tastes weird.
