About this house rental

Beautiful and Charming Newly Renovated 4 bedroom house with large decks to watch unforgetable sunsets over Mordecai Island . Located in quiet residential neighborhood near Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club, but minutes away by bicycle from downtown activities. The home was lifted after hurricane sandy and fully renovated in 2020, with brand new Mattresses, bed spreads, floors etc . House has central air and heat, tankless water heater. All updated appliances, washer and dryer.

Upstairs:
Bedroom #1 - Master Bedroom, with access to the upper deck, incredible view of the bay, king size bed, large walk in closet with barn door, Flat Screen TV, Roku .
Bedroom #2 - Kids Bedroom with Two Twin Bed, Trundle and Day Bed ( sleep 4 children)
Full Bathroom with Walk in Shower.

Downstairs:
Bedroom #1 - Queen Size Bed, Closet.
Bedroom #2 - Queen Size Bed, Closet.
Bathroom #1 - Full bath.
Open Concept Living Room with Flat Screen TV and Roku Stick , Seating area to relax after beach activities.
Open dining and kitchen areas, with access to the large deck, Dining table seats 8 - 10 people.

Outdoor:
Large Upper Deck Looking Over the Bay with outdoor seating area ( sofa and chairs, coffee table) to watch sunset or gather for pleasant conversation, could be accessed through master bedroom or by the spiral stairs. Absolutely Gorgeous View of the Bay, private sunset observation deck.
Lower Deck is a Great place for a family gathering for dinner with outdoor dining table (seats 6-8 people) with Grilling area right off kitchen ( Gas Grill) with easy access to backyard, spiral stairs to the upper deck. Spacious outdoor shower located in the backyard as well.

The property is as advertised. Interior is clean and renovated, functional for an active family with ample cooking and dining space. Bedrooms were clean with comfortable mattresses. Outdoor shower is key with 5 boys coming and going from beach. Location is perfect, literally on the bay with great sunset views and block and a half (.2M) walk to the ocean beach. Any little question was answered by owner in less than an hour.

Located on a quiet bayside dead end street by a marina and dog park, this home was a great setting for our family beach trip. Sunsets were spectacular, accommodations were well appointed and styled, outdoor porches expanded living space and there was plenty of room for us to spend time together and be comfortable!

I booked this house for my moms 60th birthday weekend and the house was absolutely perfect! The location was close to downtown beach haven and just two blocks from the beach. The sunset views from the deck that looked over the marina was definitely the best part of the house. We had a very minor issue with the dishwasher and the hosts were there within 30 minutes on a holiday weekend to fix the issue, which I found very impressive. My family and I can’t wait to book this house again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Quiet location in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for taking our dog for a walk. It was an easy bike ride to both the beach and town as well. Ideal for a more laid back Beach Haven experience.

Very noisy location. Kitchen had a serious problem with ants. Poured a cup of coffee one morning went to get creamer when I turned to pour I had ants in my mug!!!

My family and I had a wonderful week! We enjoyed the home and all the decks especially at sunset. The backyard was a great place for the kids to play. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the restaurants and activities. Would love to come back again next year!

My first trip to LBI

My first trip to LBI

Our rental was clean, bright and spacious. Location was at the end of a dead end street next to a boatyard on the bay side. The ocean side beach was only 2 1/2 blocks (a 5 minute walk) from the house. There was a deck on the first floor and a rooftop deck. Nights were great on the rooftop deck! Our group was 6 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space. There was even a dining room table large enough to fit all of us. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and children’s toys were available for your use. I will definitely be visiting LBI again!!!

We had such a great time in Beach Haven and at this property! It was in a great location - an easy 5 minute walk to a quiet beach, right on the bay with relaxing views and a 5 minute drive to some of the best restaurants in LBI. The house was clean and we loved using both the upper and lower decks. We can't wait to come back!

This is a very clean and immaculate home. Perfect destination on a quiet street. Owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again. My review is a little late but we stayed the first week of August 2020!!

This is an immaculate property in a lovely location. Although the house is right on the bay, it is only a 3 block walk to the ocean. We came in September during the off season, and it was quiet and delightful. Our stay, as of this writing, featured brand-new furniture and rugs, some with their tags still on! The King bed upstairs is so comfortable. It was great for our 6-night stay. We especially enjoyed the upper deck off the master bedroom -- views of the water, quiet, with lovely furniture.
