Ready for some Vitamin Sea? Relax, restore & rejuvenate in this renovated home with water views from the roof deck! Watch the sun set on the water from the deck or stroll down to the beach for a spectacular event. This immaculate & comfortable charming 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath is only four houses from the sandy beaches of the huge Delaware Bay where there is actual social distancing going on! The bay beach is the best for long walks, dolphin sightings, collecting sea glass, running your dog and kayaking! The house is just a short 10 minute drive from the heart of historic Cape May and 10 min. drive from Wildwood.
This newly updated home boasts a spacious eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a sunroom, 1-1/2 baths, Washer/Dryer, a fenced in yard & an outdoor shower and sleeps 10-12. The master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress and it's own half bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and a trundle twin bed. The third bedroom has a pyrimid bunk bed with twin on top and double on the bottom. The living room has a double sleeper sofa and the sunroom has a double futon bed.
If you enjoy nature, this is the place to be. Cape May is the best place on the entire east coast to watch the bird and monarch migrations in the Spring and Fall. In June, horshoe crabs mate and lay eggs on the bay beaches attracting thousands of birds. Just a short walk or bike ride away is a nature preserve, The Cox Hall Creek WMA, which used to be a golf course. It has 6 miles of paved trails, many wooded trails, a pond and lots of birdwatching opportunities including bald eagles.
Definitely reserve a day to check out the cute shops along the pedestrian Washington Mall or to go on a horse-drawn carriage tour to look at the gorgeous Victorian architecture. Surfing at the cove in Cape May or North Wildwood is awesome.

We decided relatively last minute to have one more short family trip before summer was over. The location of this house was perfect for the activities we had planned and we really enjoyed being able to walk half a block to the nice, quiet, bay side beach. House was as described and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked.

We needed to make a shift in our vacation due to a loss in our family and still have a get away for our kids. We found this home and already loved the bay and it was perfect to have a place for everyone.
Easy stroll to the beach, fantastic outdoor shower for the kids, upper deck was magical for evenings. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals to the easy set up of the living room to watch a movie after the sun went down.
Decks, sunroom and fenced yard were the places to find the kids. Everything was very safe to have a newly mobile baby exploring.

Everything about this home was perfect! It was clean and cozy with a fenced in yard and a roof top deck with beautiful views of the bay and the location to the beach was perfect which made it easy to take our dogs for long walks each day. We’ll definitely be back!

This house is good - clean, easy logistically, and comfortable. It's close to the beach and has all the amenities listed on the page. The linens are BYO, which I only found out after triple checking, so it would be good if that was shared on the page. Also the side door does not lock effectively so you have to go out the other door and lock that one from the inside.

doorknob to gain entry was a bit tricky to open so we utilized the front door. The right refrigerator handle was extremely loose. The advertisement indicates beach chairs are there. There were no beach chairs. Had I known that I would have brought two from home. Not the biggest deal but everything the advertisement says is there at the house, should be.
Short drive into Cape May and the Wildwoods. A great time.

This dog friendly house is clean and well kept. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It's located just a few homes away from the bay beach which is dog friendly. The host is very communicative and nice. Yard is fenced in. The rooftop deck is awesome to watch the water, sunsets, birds, and stars.

Had the best time at Jeremy's house! Great location in a quiet neighborhood with access to a lot of different things to do all within 20 minutes. House worked perfectly for our 2 Moms, 2 Daughters and a puppy! When we locked ourselves out, Jeremy couldn't have been better to communicate with and helped us out immediately. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us. It was close to the beach and the rooftop deck had amazing views. The kitchen had all of the cookware that we needed to prepare and enjoy our family meals. There was only 1 full bathroom but the outside shower was really nice and we used that a lot. The host was prompt with any communication and helpful with answering my questions. I bring my parents down to the Villas every winter for a weekend of shopping. This rental was very clean and comfortable. The view from the deck is beautiful. And communication with the owner was very easy. This may have become a favorite spot.

This was our third visit to Jeremy's home (and there would have been more because we love Cape May and Villas in particular but his place is too often booked!). We had our usual fun time hiking, birding, dining in local restaurants, participating in a fundraising event at Cape May Theatre, seeing a movie at the Stone Harbor theatre (which was adorably decorated for Halloween), and walking the pups on the bay beach during gorgeous sunsets. We always feel as though Jeremy's is a home away from home so we are able to relax immediately. The house is always clean and welcoming. We love everything about our time there and thank Jeremy for his very gracious hospitality.

This is a very well kept property in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. We felt relaxed and safe here. We also loved the local beach on the bay and its proximity to the home. The house itself was well maintained and decorated with practical, yet stylish decor. It was a great little beach home and we hope to return soon!

The house was very clean and well maintained, and the location is wonderful for a quiet family vacation. It’s on a lovely quiet street, just a very short walk to the beach which made it easy to pop over several times a day to go for a swim, walk the dogs, or watch the dolphins in the sunset. Our dogs loved the yard, and we loved that the fence was very secure and well maintained. The king mattress was more comfortable than the others, but all were in good condition and clean. The owner was very responsive to questions before we booked and provided helpful info before we arrived. The whole experience was great!

My family and our dog Percy had a lovely time at this house - conveniently located with wonderful amenities like outdoor shower, fire pit, grill, and roof deck all while being a short walk to the bay and an easy quick drive to the cape may beaches! I would have appreciated more prompt and complete communication with the property manager when issues arose early in the trip with household appliances. But overall the trip went smoothly!

My Fav Beach-house to rent!!!
Love this property so much!!! It is totally immaculate, comes with a fully stocked kitchen so you literally can buy your food and know that there are spices, oils, tinfoil etc. waiting just in case you need them. The beds are comfortable, rooms clean, and it’s a on nice quiet street.
But what we love most is stargazing at night on the upper crows nest, and the minute walk to the bay with our pup. It has the best sunsets in the area, and dolphins feeding in the morning just up the beach. Close enough for a fun drive into Cape May proper, but the perfect place to just chill out and enjoy nature and family.
The owners are fabulous and have filled the house with their good vibes and very sweet decor. Can’t wait to go back! 💕

Perfect getaway!
Super easy check in process. Very accommodating for a late check out. Home is really close to the beach. Roof top deck and it's views were amazing! Beach was perfect for our little ones. Fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our dogs. Neighbors are very close by but were all really friendly. We will be back for sure!

Peaceful few days by the ocean
Jeremy's home was perfectly located and beautifully appointed while remaining perfectly comfortable for myself, my two grown daughters, and my 2.5- year-old pup. We loved the interior spaces, the picnic table on the porch, the rooftop deck, and the short walk to the beach! We made use of everything, including the short drive to all local restaurants and nature walks! I highly recommend this home.

Very nice house close to the beach
My daughter her dog and I had a great time staying at the house 1/2 block from the beach. The dog had a great time playing ball in the yard. The house was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable, but the kitchen chairs were not.
The weather didn’t cooperate, but it was February so we stayed in and watched movies. I hope to go back in warmer weather.

We enjoyed our stay at the vacation house on the bay. It had everything we needed. Loved taking walks around the quiet neighborhood and on the beach. Charming Beach Getaway
We were really pleased with our stay at the house. It was clean, and newly renovated. There were a few hiccups at the very end of our stay, but the owner communicated quickly and nothing was really a problem. The Delaware Bay beach was very close! Less than a five minute walk. Although not as impressive as the Cape May waves, the bay beach was great for spending a quiet summer afternoon (one late afternoon, my wife and I were the only ones on the shore to watch the sunset). Overall, highly recommended place! The firepit was quite a treat for smores!

Dog Friendly Bay Paradise
The property itself is just as pictured, and the living room is actually a little more spacious than it looks. We had 6 people + 1 dog stay (and even some working remotely!) in the house very comfortably. We used the grill and outdoor table every night, hung around the firepit, watch sunsets from the roof deck, etc. Dogs are allowed on the beaches outside of 11am-4pm, and our dog made so many friends throughout the week! The bay is also mostly OK to swim in. There is a QR code at the beach entrance whichyou can scan to see a report of the bay's levels that given day. It is also really easy to get to Cape May beaches (17 minute drive maximum, never had an issue finding parking on the same block as our beach entrance). The neighborhood itself was very quiet mid-week but still not a place I would consider "busy" on the weekends. We also walked roughly 1 mile to a very fun bar/restaurant called Harpoon's where you can see the sunset, have drinks/dinner, and listen to live music! Because the area is so residential, Harpoon's was bustling! If you like smoothies and local/organic/vegan products, take a drive to Green Street Market in Rio Grande! You can also rent beach bikes from Shore Bike Rentals which is a 6 min drive/15 min bike ride from the house (only $50 for a week).

We had a great time at this rental property. It was perfect for a small family and very pet friendly. It was just a short drive to the beach and just a few steps away from the bay. Me and my friends couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Everyone had plenty of room to sleep, the house had everything we needed, and the beach is incredibly close. After a tumultuous year for our family, we were so grateful to have found this beautiful home to stay in this summer. It is newly renovated, comfortable, and quite a peaceful retreat . It is a few houses from the beach and a perfect vacation choice :) (not to mention pet-friendly which allowed our Lilly Rose to be with us also!) The sunsets from the rooftop deck are amazing too! The owner, Jeremy was a pleasure to rent from/ communicate with and responded promptly and supportively to our questions.
