Relax and unwind at this cozy single-level home featuring a quaint covered backyard patio with hot tub and built in fireplace, and a front yard patio with a bubbling fountain to relax to with your morning coffee.

The house also includes use of the two car garage, front load washer/dryer units, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, an office table, and a backyard covered retreat with hot tub.

Within walking distance is the neighborhood park with playground and basketball court. For those a little more adventurous, there is the City of Chandler Espee Park featuring baseball fields, a splash pad, and a skateboard/bike park.

Cute nearby shopping and restaurant hubs in the area include Downtown Chandler, Downtown Gilbert, and Agritopia.

We recently added solar to the roof so you can know that the energy you are using at this house is being offset by renewable energy sources.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was lovely, clean, easy check-in, great location, quiet neighborhood and nice patio. We did not use the hot tub as it was 110 degrees outside during our visit but we did sit on the patio early morning and it was great! This house is perfect for individuals, couples or families. We will definitely book again when visiting Chandler.

We really enjoyed this property. It was very comfortable and had a lot of little extra touches that we enjoyed such as the fluffy bathrobes provided and bath salts for the soaking tub. Also one of my pet peeves with many homes we have rented is that they often do not have full length mirrors but this property had one. All in all, the property had everything we needed to make it a great home away from home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Chandler! The large corner lot on a quiet street was perfect for my boys to play and be outside much of the time. Lots of mature trees provided wonderful shade, beautiful landscaping, and NO pool! It was very difficult to find a place with no pool (I’m much too anxious for that with young kids!) and this place was exactly what we needed. The inside layout was really spacious and efficient and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed cooking just about all our meals in the large and fully stocked kitchen. Having access to the garage was very nice as we are not used to the heat! Plenty of towels and blankets, and we enjoyed the games and books. The location was convenient for us, close to grocery stores, and my husband and I felt very safe on early morning runs around the neighborhood. Just so peaceful! Hope to be back one day soon. Thank you!

We stayed here for a family wedding that was in Chandler. The house was clean, well stocked, and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family! Thank you for a great vacation!

The house was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Use of the garage was a great bonus! Nicely decorated, sizeable kitchen, great outdoor space and in a great location. We will consider staying here on future trips to the area.

Traveled at the end of March. Easy walking distance to two parks. Pretty close to all the attractions we wanted to see, Hot tub plenty big for us. Communication very good with Josh.

This was my first experience with VRBO and it was a great experience. As I was new to VRBO, I did have a few questions and Joshua always responded promptly. We appreciated the extras at this house that we haven’t had with some of our beach rentals, which included linens, soaps, essential paper products and coffee. The patio area was beautiful. We would definitely rent this house again!

Location was great and we enjoyed the hot tube and the whole property was great for our stay and it met our basic requirements. Yard is nice and very relaxing. Was a bit too warm in the house for our comfort but ceiling fans helped. Maybe we have been spoiled by most properties we stay at because we found it surprising that there were no spices, etc for cooking. There were some sparkling water in the fridge and enough coffee for one morning. Dining table was great for the 4 of us and could seat more however you definitely sink in the seats of chairs but still ok to sit at and alternately it is very nice to sit at the table outside. Beds were very comfortable in the bedrooms and all bedding, towels etc was good quality. We would stay again if back in Chandler.

This house was gorgeous, and so close to everything in Chandler. We were less than 10 minutes away from downtown and Top Golf and less than half a block from a grocery store. The layout of the house and amenities provided made it an enjoyable time for my family. The host was super at enduring our stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a great location. The back patio was a lovely place to entertain our sons and their wives. We were able to have dinner outside by the fire. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Tons of entertainment options. Home was nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It was very easy communicating with the host. He was very informative and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Upon our arrival, the house was super clean, and my husband appreciated the cold drinks in the refrigerator. There were plenty of towels and dishes. I would mention that if you plan on cooking - bring some spices, the only ones available on the property were salt/pepper. The neighborhood was very nice and well-maintained. It was far too hot for us to enjoy the beautiful outdoor area but it would certainly be a great place to hang out in the winter months. There is a grocery store 1/2 mile away and lots of places to go out for food. It is only 25 minutes to downtown Phoenix. Josh was very attentive to all of our questions and concerns.

Stayed for a week in this wonderful house. Quiet neighborhood in a very well cared for home. The house was very clean. The property is nicely landscaped, and everything is well maintained. We contacted at host at check-in and checkout, there was no need for further contact because everything was perfect.
