I would personally not go back there,they can do better but the property itself was beautiful

Place was very beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. Wife was a pleasant sweet heart

Shower water was cold. Husband was very impatient and irritated, made me uncomfortable. Blankets smelt of other people

The lawn was very beautiful

There was no tissue in the toilet. The room was extremely cold with no heater or electric blanket. The base cover was dirty. There were crumbs on the bed. The cutlery was not entirely clean. There was no sugar, just a few teabags.

The hospitality was on another level, hospitality the host was very friendly and the place very clean.

Waste of money

I liked the area where it's situated in.

The place was filthy. Whoever cleaned there did a rushed job. There was a problem with the water and they don't have a generator for back up during load shedding.

Place not clean. Pool dirty. The apartment's reception room is the bathroom. Water not hot in the morning, only late in the day. Toilet was not secured.

Loved my time at Letaba. would recommend to anyone visiting from abroad or from within South Africa

Mrs Hayek was an amazing host who was always willing to help with anything. Actually invited me to dine with them on occasions. Great location

Had a wonderful stay overall.

The host was friendly and communicated well. The host also told us about the nearest stores which were a walking distance away.

Had to leave the bathroom light on for the vent to get rid of the drain smell and it’s a bit loud.

Nothing we didn't stay at Letaba we had to rebook elsewhere the very same day.

On arrival we waited outside for almost 20 minutes in the cold before we were attended. The place had no heaters and it was cold. The shower had cold water and the shower pressure was very poor.

We stayed at Letaba Cottages for 18 days. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful at all times.

The TV needs an upgrade. There are blue lines on the TV which are a nuisance when watching TV. The freezer part of the fridge needs to be fixed.
