الموقع.المواقف. وجود غسالة وفرن وثلاجة وميكرويف واغراض الطبخ. تصميم الشقه والبلكونه.وحود غرف تخزين ملابس. مناسبة للاقامة الطويلة

لاتوجد قنوات في التلفزيون. لايوجد تنظيف يومي. الشيك ان معقد قليلا.

Great clean room in a very safe location- would stay again!

The location was excellent. Very safe and right outside the building were several restaurants, a grocery store and a target. All less than a block from our room.

The remote controller for the TV was bad. It needs to be replaced. The sink in one of the bathrooms was a very slow drain. There were no utensils to cook with. I would have liked to know that before coming to pack that. A pack n play (port a crib) for babies would be a nice addition because carrying that up and down wasn’t easy and there’s plenty of room to set that up in the closets.

Fantastic find! Will definitely do again and recommend!

Great location from fwy and perfectly placed for walking into the village for food and jogging. Great & clean amenities (gym, pool etc). Unit was perfect size, extremely clean which was of the utmost importance. Fantastic instructions on parking, getting into bldg and the unit. Loved the instructions on use of appliances and pull out bed. Really appreciated the responsiveness of the host and easy check out.

Nothing to mention except upon arrival the main entrance garage gate was not working but it was fixed by day 2. Key phob batteries were a bit low so the person at the guards station had to buzz me in a few times but not bothersome!

Deep Clean the apartment!!!! Walk away, pictures do not show truth of apartment

We needed to be close to UCLA. Didn’t want to worry about traffic so early in the morning

The apartment needs a deep clean from top to bottom. Dust everywhere, base boards, walls, and ceiling. The apartment had no comfy feeling and the sofa was very uncomfortable. I cleaned before using anything!!! There was only 4 very thin towels in the bathroom and I asked for more and never came. Also some of the kitchen decor was Christmas which was odd. I reported it to the host and took my own pictures of stains we noticed so we don’t get blamed for anything. Water was out for almost a whole day. There was pumbling issues and maintaince had to come and there was lack of communication from host of times that anyone was come by Seen a BIG Roach crawling from the washer area to the bathroom. It was so big it took a long minute to kill, Also one late night in the gated parking lot there was a dog alone in a car about ready to attack me and two homeless people somehow got in and were sleeping behind a wall. When I told the security, she then told me what can I do about it? So I ended up calling the police. Like I said we stayed here for convenience that’s it. Also no patio furniture to enjoy the nights The only thing the apartment provideed was location Honestly the pictures do not show the dirt and dusy everywhewre. the pictures do not show stains and markings all over the walls. And I was told to provide my own towels after through text after never getting towels Lack cleaning and maintance. RUN!!!

Superb

Location was excellent and parking was including in the secure parking lot of the building.

The apartment shakes once in a while. I don't know whether it was near an elevator or it is how the whole apartment complex is.

location is perfect, in the middle of everything and great spot to walking distance target, trader joes, cafes etc.

could have available extra blankets and pillows.

This is a well-located apartment that is a great place to stay at a reasonable rate.

It is in a terrific location. I enjoyed walking around Westwood Village. Target, Trader Joe’s restaurants, all within walking distance. The apartment is very large and there is a nice-sized balcony. The videos they provide are super helpful; keep them handy!

The apartment is sparse. It was functional, but not warm and cozy. The pool and the gym are both across the street which was not clear to me from the listing and the parking was very convoluted. I was still getting lost after a week. Also, the parking lot entrance is on a completely different street.

Great location and fantastic facilities but beware of street noise.

This is a very comfortable property in a fantastic location with amazing building amenities. The parking spots are very useful and the beds were comfortable. All appliances (including washing and dryer) worked very well and it was very clean. Checkin went very smoothly for us and we liked the what's app videos which were very easy to follow. We used the heated pool and hot tub which were very welcome after a long day of touristing. This is good value for money given its central location, proximity to the 405, to shops and restaurants.

We loved the property but had a lot of trouble sleeping due to street noise. We heard homeless people, partygoers singing christmas carols, live bands, sirens, ambulances, you name it at all hours of the night. The windows don't close property and are thin so you basically can hear a pin drop on the street. The building itself is very soundproof and we heard nothing from within the building but unfortunately the street noise can be heard from the windows very easily. Not for sound sleepers but because of the location and parking spots we would still stay here again. It could have been better stocked with kitchen supplies but the basics were there and we just bought what we needed at the nearby Target.

All in all it was a terrific stay!

Amazing place with pool, gym and beautiful garden/courtyard, just a small walk from UCLA, cafés and shopping nextdoor. The apartment was cozy, clean, everything worked and it had everything we needed as a family, including a beautiful balcony with view to the courtyard. Great communication and service with videos for check-in and out.

The kitchen was less well equipped, we had to buy an ovenproof dish and some other stuff.
