It was fine

Clean and good water pressure

Broken tiles in the bathroom. Cheap decor in the rooms. Overpriced valet service.

This was a clean, comfortable, unique, and accommodating hotel. Loved it.

Loved the pillows and the modern aesthetic. Mostly loved how accommodating the staff was.

Nice but a little disappointed

The rooms were nice and the valet parking was nice as well

The property seemed a little run down. From what I understand they’re starting to remodel.

Friendly hotel, good facilities.

Rooms were spacious and well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful on the whole. Had issue with aircon but staff upgraded our room which was great. Store nearby was useful.

Air con didn’t work in our room on first night but staff upgraded us to a different room which was great.

Good stay

The location is great (near to Beverley Hills). The room was clean and the bedding was very good. A parking is available with a valet. The staff (reception and valet) was very kind and helpful.

Do not forget your earplugs, the room was noisy (road of 6 lanes in front of the hotel).

Great location, great value hotel!

The location is terrific. Quiet, comfortable rooms, very clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and valet. Yes, you do need to valet and that's the only kind of parking available. It's LA, it's how it's done and yes you will pay for parking, that's also normal in LA. (Don't park on the streets, you'll get a ticket or a tow.)

Ok, but noisy room and ridiculous Parking charge for a guest ! $30 is shocking

Not quite what the Pics show, it was a little rough around the edges, clean but old fashioned. Very noisy from the busy traffic. But the worst was the fact they charge guests for Parking !

Good

The noise level from outside is very loud. I requested that my room be clean and was there for 3 nights and no came to clean the room. No complimentary breakfast at all. The WIFI password that was given did not work. Hotel was over price in my opinion since it does not offer much.

it was raining and water leaked in all over my luggage and clothes. I checked out and told the front desk and all they told me was “OK”

Good position, average value

- the staff was very friendly and helpful - the location was nice - a Ralph supermarket across the street (a 7 lane street mind you) - 2 minute car ride to a really nice mall - cleaning service on demand (it depends if you like your privacy or you prefer regular hotel service)

- the high valet parking cost (the valet was lovely) - we couldn't open the windows, they were nailed shut - thin walls - you can hear everything both inside and outside the hotel
