Nesatisfacator!

Amplasamentul hotelului

CAmera este foarte mica si amplasata chiar langa usa de acces in hotel. Datorita traficului pe aceasta usa care se trantea incontinuu ziua si noaptea, mi-a fost imposibil sa ma odihnesc.

Don't leave your bike in the hallway

Helped me with printing boarding pass, friendly people, WiFi was decent enough for me to work remotely. Cleaners very nice people

Bed was a bit hard and the old guy that owns the place was nice to me but went well over the top when a food delivery guy left his bike in the hallway whilst delivering food, chill mate it's not that big a deal you're embarrassing yourself and need to chill

Solo la dimensione dell'appartamento è il vantaggio.

Attrezzature per cucinare, quasi inesistenti. Prenotato per 3 persone e nel letto erano presenti solo 2 cuscini. Ti forniscono solo una misera saponetta per le mani e 2 bustine di doccia schiuma per tutto il soggiorno. Trattamento da hotel ma sono entrati solo una volta per cambiare i cestini della spazzatura. Pulizie mai effettuate e tantomeno il cambio lenzuola. Semplicemente pazzesco.

Overall, I would stay there again.

The apartments were exactly what I was looking for in the city. Each apartment had quality air conditioner, ample space, and comfortable furniture. There was an elevator as well as a luggage ramp for the apartments.

The electronic remotes for the outer apartment entrance to the building and the parking area were not needed as the retractable arm for the parking area is permanently raised and the outer door for the apartment complex seemed to remain unlocked.

A great place to stay if you want a good bargain.

We got surprised as the staff has offered us an apartment as a gift. The stay was amazing, the rooms were properly insulated and everything was clean.

Good value for your money, good location

Easy check in, we were allowed to check in earlier. The place was relatively clean, would have been nice to have a new dishwasher sponge. Comfy beds and quiet area. Daily cleaning (change of towels if needed, taking out the garbage)

There was dust and floors a bit dirty, being at the seaside would be nice to have a daily vacuum. Very limited cutlery.

very bad on soundproofing.You can hear everything from other apartments . very poorly equipped kitchen. The cleaning can be improved especially when you inform the hotel that you will have a kid with you on the stay .

welcoming staff and good location for my stay

The property is of a modern build. secure entry with digi keys.it provides basic cooking/eating equipment for 4/6 in the kitchenette ( take tea towels, mugs if you prefer your UK cuppa) and bath towels (which were changed through our stay)/bedding ,. all the staff were very helpful and welcoming and I would not hesitate to stay here again. the restaurant was closed in the evening for our stay but they were open for breakfast and the bar was open all day. conveniently situated near to a good restaurant so not a problem at all. walk of approx 15/20 minutes to City Mall. and on bus routes too for venturing further. we booked a driver to Otopeni due to all our luggage but easy bus to Constanta bus/train station. for trains to Airports etc. my second stay here. there is building work taking place outside which didn’t really affect our stay very much this time. the reception staff speak English too and are available to help with questions/advice. 🙂
