A place I'll never go back too

Nothing I was treated disrespectfully.I didn't even get to stay there after I showed my Res.

After I showed my Res.I was told to do her job and call Booking .com At 12:30 a.m.It was 2:a.m.after They told her I had a res.thst I was able to get a rm else where

Not the worst but not the best.

Bed was really comfortable!

Breakfast was lacking in amount and choices. Dixie Bathroom-size cups for juice? Really? Twice cleaning staff tried to enter our room without knocking or announcing themselves. Thank goodness for the protective lock on the door. Very damp inside and smelled like it too.

Outstanding place to stay while traveling through the area.

The breakfast was delicious with good selection of food. The seating area was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like the interaction with staff upon checking in and checking out. I checked in after midnight, so I asked for a late check. The person at the front desk told me to call in the morning to ask for a late check out. I didn’t see the point, so checked out around seven hours later to continue my journey. Upon checking out, I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one.

The staff was bad- we had front desk wake us up by calling us at 5:30 in the morning asking if we heard a noise! Also the breakfast was not stocked well and once stuff like milk for the cereal and syrup for waffles ran out it was not replenished

My stay was very peaceful.

I loved the location of the property, everything a solo traveler would need was 10 or less minutes away from the hotel.

I didn’t like the parking situation ; I wish there was more shaded parking. I had little mold in the room around the shower area I found on the last night (did not like at all). No meat options for breakfast.

It served its purpose. A place to stay overnight on our way to another destination.

We did not eat as we wanted to get back on the road.

Had to wait overlong for someone to let me in to check in. Check in took longer than it should since I had booked in line.

Worst place I have ever stayed. if we weren't extra tired we would have to left.

Breakfast was unavailable due to overcrowding and not much to offer and a wait time over 30 minutes. location was great

everything. was watching tv and it quit working. room key stopped working. Rooms need to be upgraded. breakfast area very small overcrowded. carpet in halls dirty and stink.

Vibrant Visit

Location was perfect as it was close to the college venue and close to nice eateries. Free parking was a plus. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

There was nothing we didn't like.

All in all it was a good stay and I would consider staying again,

Location was excellent. Staff was super friendly. Prices were unbeatable. The free breakfast was perfect.

Unfortunately, the pool was very murky so we didn’t get to enjoy it. Also our shower drain was very clogged making it difficult to drain.

Pleasant, but renovation underway.

Breakfast was marginal, hot dishes weren't set up until late, so we left.

Cleanliness was lacking. Variety not set-up.

Okay for the money

The breakfast was not replenished. No coffee biscuits or sausage gravy. The waffle mix was empty too. I told gm she opened door said look mam its full. But the lever didn't work easily and mix too thick to pour out. Don't point out I'm wrong see if you can fix it. Extra coffee container not labeled. How do we know what it is? We are paying guests. Not great.

The location was great

Nothing in the facility was good the rooms were nasty the hallway was filthy the walls in the room looks like there was smoke residue that was wiped off but it smeared all over the picture on the wall the bathroom shower was dirty and full of hair in the drain the entry way before entering the room was full of dust the floors haven't been mopped in weeks it seems and the air conditioner smells like mildew it was horrible

My stay was NOT pleasant at all

When I walked in the room they assigned me, the TV was and there were several towels on the floor. A clear indication that this room was already occupied. So they put us in a room with double instead of the king size bed. It took them almost 30 minutes to check us in

Did not feel comfortable. Needs new toilet seat first!

Bed itself was comfortable and looked clean but sheets were older.

Room 220. Toilet seat was old, peeling and had alot of stains. Afraid to sit on it. Headboard on bed was some type of wood but had numerous hand prints and smudges all over it. It made you think something went on.

Bad service, not a good place to stay.

There wasn't much to like.

We were locked out of our room, and sausage gravy for breakfast was spoiled. The room was cleaned and restocked during our stay.
